Transformasi Hukum Islam di Indonesia: Dari Tradisi Historis Menuju Integrasi Hukum Nasional
Indonesia, as a nation with a Muslim-majority population, presents its own dynamics in the development of national law. This article aims to analyze the processes of transformation and integration of Islamic law into Indonesia’s national legal system from both historical and contemporary perspectives. Employing historical, normative, and sociological approaches, this study traces the trajectory of Islamic law from the era of Islamic kingdoms in the archipelago and the colonial period to its institutionalization in the modern national legal framework through regulations such as the 1974 Marriage Law, the Compilation of Islamic Law, and the recognition of Sharia in Aceh. The findings indicate that Islamic law functions not only as a cultural and religious legacy but also as a normative pillar that strengthens the national legal system. Its integration has occurred through legislative channels, the religious court system, and public policies that are harmonized with the values of Pancasila and the Constitution. Nevertheless, this process continues to face challenges, particularly in reconciling Sharia-based norms with principles of human rights and gender equality. This article underscores the need for a contextual fiqh approach and the application of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah so that Islamic law may serve as an instrument of substantive justice that is adaptable to Indonesia’s legal and social pluralism
Ritual Upa Upa Tondi Mandailing: Jejak Kultural dan Kritik Teologis Islam
Upa Upa Tondi is a cultural tradition that is still preserved by Mandailing ethnic communities, but its suitability with Islamic aqidah needs to be reviewed. This tradition is believed to contain elements of spiritual support, but potentially contains values that are contrary to the principle of tawhid. The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning and implementation of the tradition and critically analyze it from the perspective of Islamic aqidah in order to find a balance point between cultural preservation and purity of faith. The research uses a qualitative method with a social theology approach, collecting data through observation and interviews with traditional and religious figures. The findings show that this tradition contains positive social values such as solidarity, empathy, and communal care. However, from an Islamic theological perspective, this practice requires critical evaluation to ensure it does not deviate from the principle of tawhid, especially regarding beliefs in spiritual elements not based on Islamic teachings. Therefore, a wise and educational approach is needed so that this tradition can continue to be preserved within the framework of pure Islamic values.
Enhancing the Enthusiasm of Blind Students through Set Operation Learning Using Fruits Context: A Lesson Study
This research aims to enhance the enthusiasm of blind students in learning set operations using the lesson study approach within the context of fruits. This research is motivated by the challenges of presenting the abstract concept of set operations to blind students, who often require media and teaching methods tailored to their conditions. Lesson study, as a collaborative cycle among teachers, is expected to facilitate the development of effective learning strategies. Meanwhile, fruits were chosen as the context because of their characteristics that are close to students' daily lives and easily accessible through the sense of touch. This research method uses design research adapted to the stages of lesson study: Plan, Do, See, and Redesign. Data collection techniques using observation of student activities and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods to understand how the use of fruits context in lesson study can enhance the enthusiasm and understanding of blind students in learning set operations. The research results are expected to contribute to the development of inclusive mathematics education for blind students, as well as provide practical recommendations for teachers in implementing lesson study and using learning media that meet the needs of the students

Uji Inter Rater Agreement pada Panduan Konseling Kelompok Kognitif Perilaku Bermuatan Nilai-Nilai Ta’lim Muta’alim untuk Mereduksi Perilaku Bullying Siswa MA
This study aims to develop and evaluate a group counseling guide using the cognitive behavioral approach integrated with ta’lim muta’alim values to reduce bullying behavior among Madrasah Aliyah (MA) students. The background highlights the urgent need to address bullying, particularly within boarding school contexts, where students also function as santri, requiring culturally and religiously responsive interventions. The research adopted the Borg & Gall (1983) Research and Development (R&D) model, involving validation by experts in guidance and counseling, educational media, Islamic religious education, and end-users. The instrument was assessed using Gregory’s (2015) inter-rater agreement model to ensure accuracy, usefulness, practicality, and appeal. The results showed that the guide achieved a perfect agreement index (1.00) across all validation domains, indicating excellent relevance and applicability. Qualitative feedback from validators supported the integration of ta’lim muta’alim values such as discipline, respect, humility, and compassion as highly compatible with cognitive-behavioral techniques. The findings emphasize the novelty of culturally contextualized counseling by blending Western psychological methods with pesantren-based moral education. While the guide is highly effective for MA students, especially those in Islamic boarding schools, broader implementation in general high schools may require cultural adaptation. This research contributes to the innovation of counseling practices in Indonesia by offering a moral-religious framework that addresses behavioral problems like bullying in a holistic manner
Exploring Muslim Youth Perceptions of Gender Imitation And Transwoman Representation in Digital Media
The rise of gender representation and transgender identity in digital media especially through gender-imitation content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube has influenced how Muslim adolescents interpret the boundaries between entertainment and morality. This study explores Muslim youths’ perceptions of gender-imitation and transwoman representation on social media using Husserl’s phenomenological approach. Fifteen Muslim adolescents aged 13–15 who actively follow gender-imitation accounts participated in semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using the Colaizzi method with validation through member checking and source triangulation. The findings reveal a core tension between entertainment and moral judgment. While many adolescents perceive gender-imitation content as humorous and creative entertainment, others interpret it as a moral deviation conflicting with Islamic values. This ambivalence reflects a negotiation between digital culture and religious principles, showing that exposure to such content simultaneously entertains and challenges moral reasoning. The study underscores the need for Islamic values-based media literacy to help Muslim adolescents critically interpret gender representation without diminishing their moral and spiritual sensitivity
PENGARUH FINANCIAL DISTRESS DAN RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM SYARIAH DI INDONESIA
ABSTRACT
Sharia shares are an investment instrument that has market opportunities and quite large development potential in Indonesia because it is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This research analyzes financial distress and its influence on financial ratios on sharia stocks in Indonesia. The proxy used in calculating financial distress is using the Modified Altman Z-Score formula and financial ratios consist of liquidity ratios, namely using the Current Ratio (CR), solvency ratios, namely Debt to Total Assets Ratio (DAR), profitability ratios, namely Earning Per Share (EPS). The samples in this research were companies listed on the sharia index, namely the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) using a purposive sampling technique. From a total population of 70 companies, 14 companies were selected with a research duration of 10 years from 2015-2024. This research uses panel data regression analysis. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence of financial distress (Z-Score value) and profitability ratio (EPS value) on sharia stock prices. Meanwhile, liquidity (CR value) and solvency ratio (DAR value) have an insignificant influence on sharia stock prices. The independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on sharia stock prices with an R2 value of 88.16 percent
