    Edukasi Poster untuk Tingkatkan Pengetahuan Overweight Siswa di SMAN 1 Samarinda: Poster dan Overweight

    The prevalence of overweight among students of SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda is the main focus in efforts toimprove adolescent health. The main objective of this activity is to increase students' knowledge regarding the risksand impacts of being overweight. So it is hoped that it can increase motivation for change at the student level.Education is carried out using an interactive lecture method through the poster media 'Recognize and PreventOverweight'. Evaluation of effectiveness is carried out using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed asignificant difference between the level of student knowledge before and after counseling, with a significance valueof 0.000 (p <0.05). This finding indicates that the use of posters as an educational medium is effective in increasingthe knowledge of students of SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda. It is hoped that this research can increase adolescentawareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle

    Examining War Takjil as a Practice of Social Cohesion: Interfaith Interaction on Social Media

    This study explores the phenomenon of the war takjil on TikTok during Ramadan 2024 as a manifestation of interreligious social cohesion in Indonesia. Emerging amidst heightened political tensions and religious identity polarization in the lead-up to the general election, this phenomenon stands in contrast to the dominant narratives of conflict often found on social media. The war takjil trend instead showcases harmonious interactions between Muslim and non-Muslim communities in the shared social activity of seeking takjil (pre-fast breaking meals). Employing a qualitative approach through netnographic methods, the study draws on Émile Durkheim’s theory of social cohesion to analyze the organic solidarity cultivated within digital spaces. The findings reveal that the war takjil reflects a shift from a condition of anomie toward social harmony, and highlights the role of social media, particularly TikTok, as a new arena for fostering solidarity and cross-identity communication. Thus, this phenomenon offers a concrete example of how religious and cultural practices can intertwine to form inclusive and constructive social cohesion in the digital age

    This community service activity aims to enhance students' abilities in writing scientific articles through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Based on an initial survey, the main obstacles faced by students are limited time, difficulty in understanding writing structures, and low levels of creativity in developing ideas. To address these issues, training was conducted involving the use of AI-based tools such as Grammarly, QuillBot, and ChatGPT. The activity consisted of an introductory workshop, simulations of AI usage in article writing, group discussions, and intensive mentoring. Evaluation of the program showed a significant increase in students' confidence and productivity in completing scientific articles. The publication of the scientific articles produced by the students serves as a form of appreciation and recognition of their efforts. This activity has proven effective in improving the quality of students' scientific writing and introducing the ethical use of AI technology in academia.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah melalui pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Berdasarkan survei awal, kendala utama yang dihadapi mahasiswa adalah terbatasnya waktu, kesulitan dalam memahami struktur penulisan, serta rendahnya tingkat kreativitas dalam mengembangkan ide. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan pelatihan yang melibatkan penggunaan alat berbasis AI seperti Grammarly, QuillBot, dan ChatGPT. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari workshop pengantar, simulasi penggunaan AI dalam penulisan artikel, diskusi kelompok, dan bimbingan intensif. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kepercayaan diri dan produktivitas mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan artikel ilmiah. Publikasi artikel ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa menjadi bentuk apresiasi dan pengakuan atas upaya mereka.     Fraudulent investments have become a significant problem in Indonesia, including in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency, where a high number of people fall victim to investment fraud. A lack of understanding of legitimate investments and low financial literacy have resulted in numerous victims, especially among university students, housewives, and the elderly. Therefore, outreach based on real-world case studies is crucial to enhance public vigilance against investment-themed fraud. This study employs a direct outreach method with an educational approach that includes introducing the definition of fraudulent investments, the characteristics of legal investments, and how to identify illegal ones. The findings indicate that the outreach activity successfully increased public understanding of the difference between legitimate and fraudulent investments and improved their vigilance towards suspicious investment offers. The discussion shows that case study-based outreach can effectively reduce the number of new victims of fraudulent investments and strengthen the community's role in protecting themselves and others from investment fraud.Investasi bodong menjadi masalah penting di Indonesia, termasuk di Kecamatan Siulak, Kabupaten Kerinci, dengan tingginya jumlah masyarakat yang terjebak dalam penipuan investasi. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang investasi yang sah dan rendahnya literasi keuangan menyebabkan banyaknya korban, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa, ibu rumah tangga, dan lansia. Oleh karena itu, penyuluhan yang berbasis pada kasus nyata menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan masyarakat terhadap penipuan berkedok investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan langsung dengan pendekatan edukatif yang mencakup pengenalan definisi investasi bodong, ciri-ciri investasi legal, serta cara mengenali investasi ilegal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai perbedaan antara investasi sah dan bodong, serta memperbaiki kewaspadaan mereka terhadap tawaran investasi yang mencurigakan. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan berbasis kasus nyata dapat efektif mengurangi jumlah korban baru investasi bodong dan memperkuat peran masyarakat dalam melindungi diri mereka sendiri serta orang lain dari penipuan investasi

    Pendampingan Self Declare Sertifikasi Halal pada Pengolah Jamu Loktabat Banjarbaru untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Produk

    The loktabat herbal medicine processing group in Banjarbaru City faces significant challenges in improving competitiveness, especially regarding the absence of halal certification. This community service program aims to assist the group in obtaining halal certification through a self-declaration scheme, developing an integrated digital documentation system, and strengthening halal value-based marketing strategies. The implementation method adopts a participatory approach with a focus on two main areas: (1) production and standardization, including halal certification workshops, raw material mapping, and SOP development; and (2) business management and marketing, including the implementation of digital bookkeeping systems and the development of halal branding. The program was implemented for eight months involving 25 active herbal medicine processor. Targeted results include obtaining halal certification within six months, increasing operational efficiency by 30%, implementing a digital documentation system with a 90% adoption rate, and expanding the marketing network through three specialized marketplaces for halal products. This program contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of local MSMEs through product standardization and digitalization of management systems, as well as supporting the achievement of the university's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in terms of collaboration with the community. The success of this program can be a replication model for the development of other traditional MSMEs in adopting halal standards and modern management systems.Kelompok Pengolah jamu loktabat di Kota Banjarbaru menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing, terutama terkait belum adanya sertifikasi halal. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi kelompok tersebut dalam memperoleh sertifikasi halal melalui skema self declare, mengembangkan sistem dokumentasi digital terintegrasi, dan memperkuat strategi pemasaran berbasis nilai halal. Metode pelaksanaan mengadopsi pendekatan partisipatif dengan fokus pada dua bidang utama: (1) produksi dan standardisasi, mencakup workshop sertifikasi halal, pemetaan bahan baku, dan pengembangan SOP; serta (2) manajemen usaha dan pemasaran, meliputi implementasi sistem pembukuan digital dan pengembangan branding halal. Program dilaksanakan selama delapan bulan dengan melibatkan 25 pengolah jamu aktif. Hasil yang ditargetkan meliputi perolehan sertifikasi halal dalam waktu enam bulan, peningkatan efisiensi operasional sebesar 30%, implementasi sistem dokumentasi digital dengan tingkat adopsi 90%, dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran melalui tiga marketplace khusus produk halal. Program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan daya saing UMKM lokal melalui standardisasi produk dan digitalisasi sistem manajemen, sekaligus mendukung pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi dalam hal kolaborasi dengan masyarakat.     This study aims to determine the effect of Location, Price and Product Quality on d’BestO Purchasing Decisions in Sungai Penuh City. The population in this study were d’BestO consumers in Sungai Penuh City. The sample in the study was taken using a non probability technique using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 26 program. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that the location variable did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the product quality variable did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and location, price and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at d'BestO in Sungai Penuh City

    FROM BLACKBOARD TO GAMEBOARD: THE INTEGRATION OF MONOPOLY IN NAHWU LEARNING

    This study examines the implementation of the Monopoly game as an alternative medium in teaching nahwu at the university level. The medium, modified under the name Masirah Nahwiyyah, is designed to create a more interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful learning atmosphere. The research was conducted through a literature study method by reviewing various sources such as books, articles, and scientific journals published within the last five years. These sources were selected due to their relevance to the topic of nahwu learning and educational media innovation. Data were analyzed descriptively by identifying and summarizing different perspectives from previous researchers on the effectiveness of games in enhancing students’ comprehension. The findings indicate that Monopoly nahwu helps students strengthen their mastery of basic grammar rules, such as i‘rab, the construction of jumlah ismiyyah and jumlah fi‘liyyah, as well as the identification of main sentence elements (mubtada’, khabar, fa‘il, and maf‘ul). Furthermore, this game fosters critical thinking skills, quick analytical abilities, and teamwork. The lecturer’s role is also essential in applying this medium, serving as a facilitator who guides the gameplay, provides feedback, and ensures that learning objectives are achieved. Thus, Masirah Nahwiyyah can be viewed as a creative strategy that not only emphasizes learning outcomes but also nurtures active, collaborative, and motivated learning experiences for students.  Penelitian ini menelti tentang penerapan permainan Monopoli sebagai media alternatif dalam pembelajaran nahwu di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Media tersebut dimodifikasi dengan nama Masirah Nahwiyyah dan dirancang untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan bermakna. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel, dan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Sumber-sumber tersebut dipilih berdasarkan relevansinya dengan topik pembelajaran nahwu dan inovasi media pendidikan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengidentifikasi dan merangkum berbagai pandangan dari peneliti sebelumnya mengenai efektivitas permainan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Monopoli nahwu membantu mahasiswa memperkuat penguasaan kaidah dasar tata bahasa Arab, seperti i‘rab, konstruksi jumlah ismiyyah dan jumlah fi‘liyyah, serta kemampuan mengidentifikasi unsur utama kalimat (seperti mubtada’, khabar, fa‘il, dan maf‘ul). Selain itu, permainan ini juga mendorong kemampuan berpikir kritis, ketangkasan analitis, serta kerja sama dalam kelompok. Peran dosen sangat penting dalam penerapan media ini, yaitu sebagai fasilitator yang membimbing jalannya permainan, memberikan umpan balik, dan memastikan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, Masirah Nahwiyyah dapat dipandang sebagai strategi kreatif yang tidak hanya menekankan hasil belajar, tetapi juga menumbuhkan pengalaman belajar yang aktif, kolaboratif, dan memotivasi mahasiswa

    This research aims to explore the holistic meaning of Asbab al-Nuzul of educational verses as a guide in addressing the crisis of the chain of knowledge transmission caused by artificial intelligence (AI), which increasingly reduces the role of teachers. The urgency of this research lies in the role and responsibility of Islamic education in shaping the character of students in the presence of AI, particularly concerning these issues. This study is designed using a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing library research as the primary source. The current moral shift away from Qur'anic values is not surprising. Therefore, to cultivate good character in students, the presence of humans as role models, inspirators, motivators, and facilitators is required, and it is not sufficient through AI technology alone.     Eksistensi Masjid Asasi Terhadap Perkembangan Pendidikan di Pesantren Thawalib Gunung Kota Padang Panjang

    The aim of this research is to describe the developments that have occurred at the Thawalib Gunung Islamic Boarding School and the relationship between the Islamic boarding school and the Asasi Mosque in Padang Panjang City. This research is historical research which consists of four stages with steps: heuristics, source criticism, synthesis, and writing. Apart from using archives, this research uses data collected through interviews and observations. The conclusion of the research shows that the Thawalib Gunung Islamic Boarding School was founded on April 21 1921 with the name Islamic Islamic Boarding School, the forerunner to the establishment of this Islamic Boarding School was inseparable from the influence of Surau Asasi which at that time was established in the Gunung area of ​​Padang Panjang City.  Asasi Mosque as a place of education is to provide religious knowledge, especially for the sons and daughters of the Nagari Gunung community. From a mosque, the community wanted the establishment of an Islamic boarding school with the name Pondok Pesantren Thawalib Gunung.

    Visualisasi Ayat Kursi pada Ornamen Kursi Mimbar (Studi Living Qur’an di Masjid Quwwatul Islam Yogyakarta)

    This article discusses the visualization of the Ayat al-Kursi (Verse of the Throne) on the pulpit chair in the Quwwatul Islam Mosque in Yogyakarta. The ornamentation of Ayat al-Kursi in the form of a chair signifies that the Quran has entered the realm of aesthetic dimensions. The decorative carving of Ayat al-Kursi displayed by the author is a result of the reception of a fusion between Javanese and Kalimantanese artistry with the Quran. In this context, the author employs Alfred Schlutz's theory to elucidate two phenomena, namely the because motive and the in-order-to motive. The findings of this research are twofold. Firstly, the inclusion of Ayat al-Kursi as an ornament on the pulpit chair is because this verse possesses extraordinary meaning and content, explicating the magnificence of Allah over all of His creations. Secondly, it serves as a reminder to the preachers and congregants to always remember Allah SWT and His omnipotence, as well as to encourage the congregants to frequent the mosque for worship. Thus, the presence of the Ayat al-Kursi ornament on the chair not only signifies aesthetic values but also holds a profound history and encapsulates religious values found within the Quran
