No full textWatakham Studio, a music studio operating in Palangka Raya, currently manages rental data manually, which can lead to recording errors, service delays, and difficulties in data archiving. This research aims to design and develop a music studio rental information system using the Waterfall method. This method is chosen due to its systematic approach, consisting of the following phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed information system focuses on the digital management of rental schedules, customer data, and transaction reports. A case study was conducted directly at Watakham Studio to ensure the system meets the real needs of users. The implementation results show that the system can accelerate operational processes, reduce the risk of errors, and improve service efficiency. By applying the Waterfall method, the developed information system operates according to the initial design and has a positive impact on studio management

No full textKegiatan pelatihan penulisan artikel yang diselenggarakan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Bisnis dan Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis mahasiswa secara sistematis, komunikatif, dan inspiratif. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 47 mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen dan dilaksanakan dengan metode yang terstruktur meliputi sesi materi teknis, workshop praktik menulis, serta bimbingan langsung dari fasilitator berpengalaman. Melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan aplikatif, peserta dibekali kemampuan mengembangkan ide menjadi tulisan yang terorganisir dan menarik, sekaligus meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam mengekspresikan gagasan secara tertulis. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas tulisan mahasiswa, yang tidak hanya memperkuat kemampuan akademik mereka tetapi juga membuka peluang untuk berkontribusi dalam publikasi ilmiah dan pengembangan profesional. Dampak positif dari kegiatan ini juga dirasakan secara institusional, dengan meningkatnya budaya literasi dan produktivitas karya tulis di lingkungan fakultas. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam membentuk lulusan yang kompeten dan kreatif, siap menghadapi tantangan dunia akademik dan profesional di masa depan

No full textAnak sekolah merupakan salah satu populasi yang paling rentan dalam hal gizi. Kekurangan dan kelebihan gizi pada anak akan berdampak negatif terhadap pertumbuhan dan rentan terhadap penyakit menular dan tidak menular. Anak yang tidak mendapatkan gizi yang cukup akan tertinggal dalam perkembangan fisik, mental, dan intelektualnya.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah sosialisasi. Karena kegiatan ini dirasa efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi secara langsung pada peserta didik. Pada kegiatan sosialisasi ini peserta didik diharapkan dapat memperoleh informasi terkait dengan 4 pilar gizi, manfaat gizi seimbang, dampak penyakit dari makanan yang tidak seimbang dan tidak bergizi.Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi di sekolah berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon positif. Selama sosialisasi, peserta didik antusias dalam berdiskusi dan berpartisipasi dalam sesi tanya jawab. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi gizi seimbang yang diadakan pada SD Negeri 8 Menteng dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi siswa-siswi dalam pemahaman asupan gizi yang seimbang. Melalui kegiatan ini siswa- siswi dapat mengetahui asupan gizi yang seharusnya di konsumsi sesuai dengan usia dan kondisi tubuhnya. Anak-anak yang sejak dini di ajarkan atau di beri pemahaman mengenai gizi seimbang akan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi tubuh dan menjadi pondasi untuk kedepannya dalam memperhatikan asupan makanan yang masuk dalam tubuh, siswa-siswi juga dapat memilah-milah makanan yang baik untuk tubuh mereka karena sudah memiliki pemahaman yang sudah di dapat sebelumnya
Pemanfaatan Media Flipbook Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Jepang Materi Hajimemashite Kelas XI
No full textThe objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using flipbook media in Japanese language learning, with a particular focus on the material "Hajimemashite" for grade XI students at MAN Kota Palangka Raya. Research and Development (R&D) method was used to measure the improvement of students' understanding before and after the use of flipbook. The results are clear: the flipbook media is rated as very feasible, with language, material, and media validation tests. It is clear that students' posttest results increased significantly after using the flipbook (p-value < 0.05). The student response questionnaire showed that the flipbook increased the intensity of self-study. Advertisements that appear in the flipbook application do reduce students' learning comfort. This flipbook media is effective in improving students' understanding of Japanese. However, it needs improvement in technical aspects

No full textThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Bigbook as an inclusive literacy tool for instilling multicultural values in early childhood education. The research was conducted at TK Satu Atap Wonco, Baubau City, located within a socially diverse community regarding religion and ethnicity. Participatory Action Research (PAR) was a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The intervention was structured into three thematic sessions: religious literacy, ethnic diversity awareness, and prosocial behavior development. The findings reveal that Bigbook effectively facilitated children's understanding of interfaith symbols and practices, encouraged ethnic awareness through visual representation, and nurtured prosocial behaviors such as sharing, empathy, and cooperation. Beyond serving as a visual medium, Bigbook was a narrative tool that integrated children's cognitive and affective development. The responsiveness and contextual awareness of the teachers significantly supported the success of this inclusive literacy program. This study concludes that Bigbook holds substantial potential as a pedagogical strategy in multicultural education at the early childhood level, offering an adaptive, contextual, and reflective approach. It further contributes to the development of inclusive education policy within pluralistic societies

No full textCurrently, various products are offered to attract consumer interest, especially in the food industry with fast and practical serving offers. Frozen food is a food choice that is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia, including in Ponorogo Regency. Along with the increasing interest in consuming frozen food, awareness of the halal aspects of products is needed and must be considered by food producers. However, the limitations and understanding of Islamic Sharia standards have not become a principle in running a business. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is in the form of assistance starting from the preparation of training modules, socialization, and introduction of halal concepts, theoretical and practical training, assistance and consultation, and implementation of halal certification. Assistance to UM Savira Frozen Food is focused on understanding how to choose halal raw materials according to halal value chain standards. Through this training, business actors will be given practical knowledge regarding the criteria for halal raw materials, halal verification methods, and the application of halal standards in the entire production process. The results of this activity have a positive impact in terms of knowledge and understanding of partners who are aware of halal standards to ensure that products produced by micro businesses have guaranteed quality and meet halal criteria, providing a sense of security and trust to consumers

No full textUtilization of narrow land with intercropping patterns on seasonal crops needs to be done to minimize crop failure and increase farmers' income. The people in Laci Carep Village generally cultivate plants in monoculture (planting one type of plant on cultivated land). The target to be achieved from this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of the people in Laci Carep Village about cultivating horticultural seasonal crops with intercropping patterns. This activity was carried out in the community in Laci Carep Village, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara with a total of twenty participants. The implementation stages of the activity include land surveys, dissemination, field demonstrations, mentoring, and evaluation with pre-tests and post-tests to determine the level of understanding and skills of the participants. The results of this activity show that community knowledge about intercropping patterns increased by 27% and community skills in implementing intercropping patterns on horticultural plants also increased by 35%. This shows that this activity was successfully implemented and right on target

Despite offering high-quality products and receiving positive customer reviews, the business continues to face challenges in expanding its marketing reach. This is primarily because Savira Frozen Food Home Made relies solely on WhatsApp to offer and promote its products. As a result, it can only reach customers who already have and have saved the business's contact number. Sales are still carried out directly from the home as well. This community engagement initiative aims to broaden the marketing reach of Savira Frozen Food Home Made through the Shopee e-commerce platform. By utilising this digital platform, business opportunities and potential increases in income through expanded market reach are expected to grow significantly. It may also enhance the competitiveness of micro-enterprise products in the business world. The implementation methods include training and mentoring in creating a Shopee account, developing digital marketing strategies, optimising Shopee Ads features, and managing customer service and delivery. The mentoring results show an increase in marketing reach, with the products reaching 6 out of the 21 sub-districts in Ponorogo. These results demonstrate that using digital platforms can effectively expand the market of micro-enterprises and increase the competitiveness of their products more broadly

No full textThe area of oil palm plantations in Dharmasraya Regency is not in line with the amount of production obtained by farmers. This is due to the large number of parthenocarpic fruits caused by the few pollinators and male flowers, so the pollination process in oil palm plantations is not optimal. This activity aims to train farmers in Koto Beringin Village, Tiumang District. The activity method is carried out through counseling and demonstration plots on applying hatch & carry techniques for Elaeidobius kamerunicus to improve the pollination process so that oil palm production can increase. In this activity, farmers are expected to be able to produce products in the form of oil palm pollen and Elaeidobius kamerunicus breeding cages. From the activities that have been carried out, it is known that farmers' knowledge of hatch & carry techniques for Elaeidobius kamerunicus is still very minimal. Through counseling and demonstration plot activities, farmers have been able to breed Elaeidobius kamerunicus and collect oil palm pollen. From the results of observations in people's oil palm fields, it is known that after the application of the Hatch & Carry technique was carried out, there was an increase in the number of Elaeidobius kamerunicus pollinators from 524 individuals/Ha to 21,137 individuals/Ha and will continue to increase if the application of the Hatch & Carry technique continues to be carried out. If farmers apply the hatch & carry technique of Elaeidobius kamerunicus correctly, it can increase the number of pollinators that play a role in pollination

No full textIn the modern technological era, mastering computer network literacy is very important, especially for vocational high school (SMK) students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), preparing to face Industry 4.0 and 5.0. To enable students to apply basic network understanding in the workplace, they need theoretical knowledge and practical experience. This training aims to increase students' interest and understanding of computer networks using practice-based training and software simulations such as Packet Tracer and VirtualBox. The methods used include interactive material delivery, hands-on exercises, open discussions, and evaluations using pre-tests, post-tests, and interest questionnaires. The results show a significant improvement: the average pre-test score for computer network literacy, which includes components of basic knowledge, understanding of topology, and network configuration, was 43.2% and increased to 71.93% after the training, with a gain of approximately 28.73%. Besides cognitive aspects, affective aspects such as students' interest and self-confidence were also significantly enhanced. These findings support an applied and practical learning approach, essential to improve network literacy among SMK students, and emphasize the need for collaboration between education and industry to prepare a competent and ready workforce to face future technological challenges
