Identifikasi Faktor Resiko dan Terapi Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) pada Balita: Literature Review: Risk Factor Identification and Treatment of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) in Todlers: a Literature Review
Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan akut merupakan penyakit infeksi yang menyerang saluran pernafasan atas dan bawah yang biasanya ditandai dengan gejala ringan seperti batuk dan pilek. Tujuan dilakukannya review ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi saluran pernafasan pada balita serta terapi yang digunakan untuk menangani infeksi saluran pernafasan pada balita. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Narrative review yang merupakan proses pengumpulkan beberapa referensi dari jurnal yang tersedia secara online. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor lingkungan memiliki persentase sebesar 53,4%, diikuti oleh faktor individu sebesar 26,6% dan faktor perilaku sebesar 20%. Untuk terapi farmakologi, penggunaan obat golongan antibiotik mencapai 29,77%, analgetik-antipiretik sebesar 27,45%, ekspektoran 20,34%, antihistamin 13,22%, kortikosteroid 8,22%, dan bronkodilator 1%. Sementara itu, terapi non-farmakologi yang digunakan meliputi terapi komplementer dengan persentase sebesar 70%, terapi pijat sebesar 20%, dan terapi inhalasi sebesar 10%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar faktor resiko Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan pada balita disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan yang meliputi pencemaran udara, kondisi fisik rumah dan kepadatan hunian rumah dengan persentase sebesar 53,4% serta terapi farmakologi pemakaian obat Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) pada balita yang paling sering diresepkan adalah golongan antibiotik dengan persentase sebesar 29,77% dan terapi non-farmakologi yang sering dilakukan adalah terapi komplementer dengan persentase 70% yang meliputi pemberian larutan jeruk nipis dan kecap, larutan jahe dan madu serta pemberian minyak kayu putih
Hubungan Kelengkapan Formulir Resume Medis dengan Status Persetujuan Klaim BPJS Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit X: The Relationship Between Completeness of Medical Resume Form and the Aproval Status of BPJS Inpatient Claims at X Hospital
Resume medis adalah ringkasan dari semua perawatan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien oleh tenaga kesehatan dan ditandatangani oleh dokter atau penanggungjawab perawatan. Menurut PERMENKES No.24 Tahun 2022 kelengkapan resume medis harus diisi dengan lengkap dan jelas. Kelengkapan resume medis sendiri sangat penting sebagai salah satu syarat klaim BPJS. Klaim BPJS yang tidak terklaimkan 100% akan berdampak pada cash flow rumah sakit. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis hubungan kelengkapan formulir resume medis dengan status persetujuan klaim BPJS rawat inap di rumah sakit x. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif analitik. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasional dengan pendekatan propektif. Populasi dari penelian ini berjumlah 1684 berkas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 323 berkas, menggunkan teknik quota sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan angka kelengkapan formulir resume medis yang tidak lengkap berjumlah 30 berkas (9,3%) dan formulir resume medis yang lengkap berjumlah 293 berkas (90,7%). Status persetujuan klaim yang pending berjumlah 31 berkas (9,6%) dan status persetujuan klaim yang disetujui berjumlah 292 berkas (90,4%). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Chi-Square sebesar nilai sig. = 0,000 (Nilai Sig. < α=0,05) sehingga H0 ditolak,dan dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan kelengkapan formulir resume medis dengan status persetujuan klaim BPJS rawat inap di rumah sakit x
Gambaran Umum Asupan Gizi Remaja Perempuan terhadap Peningkatan Fenomena Terjadinya Dismenore Primer: General Description of Nutritional Intake of Adolescent Girls on Increasing the Phenomenon of Primary Dysmenorrhea
Dismenore atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nyeri saat menstruasi sampai saat ini prevalensinya masih cukup tinggi, khususnya dismenore primer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran hubungan antara dismenore primer dan status gizi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review dan didapat sepuluh artikel. Dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) dalam proses pengumpulan artikel penelitian. Selain itu, pencarian artikel penelitian yang relevan menggunakan tiga database yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed dan ResearchGate. Artikel yang dipilih berdasarkan periode publikasi dalam rentang 5 tahun terakhir (2019-2024), populasi target remaja perempuan, serta berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Simpulan yang didapat yaitu menyatakan bahwa status gizi dapat memicu dismenore primer. Remaja dengan status gizi baik akan kecil kemungkinan mengalami dismenore. Makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi oleh remaja juga dapat memicu dismenore primer. Makanan tersebut seperti junk food, kafein dan alkohol. Perilaku tidak sehat seperti melewatkan sarapan, kurangnya kesadaran serta pengetahuan akan pentingnya pola makan dan ketersediaan nutrisi yang kurang memadai juga menjadi faktor pemicu dismenore primer. Dalam mencegah dismenore primer, disarankan khususnya remaja perempuan untuk lebih memperhatikan status gizinya. Seperti tidak melewatkan sarapan, mengurangi makanan junk food, kafein dan lebih memperhatikan pola makan serta jajanan yang dibeli
Antidiabetic and TNF-α Lowering Effect of Tagetes erecta Extract in Alloxan-Induced Diabetic Rats
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by impaired insulin production or action, often leading to pancreatic β-cell dysfunction and apoptosis. Pro-inflammatory cytokines, notably Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-α), play a critical role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes (T2D). While Tagetes erecta (marigold) has demonstrated potential in lowering blood glucose in hyperglycemic conditions, its anti-inflammatory effects in diabetic models remain underexplored. This study aimed to evaluate the antidiabetic and TNF-α lowering effects of T. erecta extract in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Twenty-five male Wistar rats were divided into a normal control group (n=5) and a diabetic group (n=20) induced by alloxan (blood glucose ≥126 mg/dL). Diabetic rats were then randomized into four treatment subgroups (n=5 each): untreated diabetic control, and diabetic groups treated with T. erecta extract at doses of 25 mg/kg BW, 50 mg/kg BW, or 75 mg/kg BW (administered intraperitoneally). Statistical analysis revealed that T. erecta extract significantly reduced blood glucose levels in alloxan-induced diabetic rats (p <0.05). Furthermore, the highest dose of T. erecta extract (75 mg/kg BW) effectively attenuated elevated TNF-α levels, demonstrating a significant anti-inflammatory effect. In conclusion, this study provides compelling evidence that T. erecta extract exhibits both antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory properties by significantly lowering blood glucose and TNF-α levels in alloxan-induced diabetic rats, particularly at the 75 mg/kg BW dose

Alhamdulillahirabbil ‘alamin. The next edition of Borneo Journal of Pharmacy (Borneo J Pharm), has been published at February 2025. This edition contains ten articles: Pharmaceutical Regulations, Pharmacology-Toxicology, Clinical-Community Pharmacy, Pharmacognosy-Phytochemistry, Analytical Pharmacy-Medicinal Chemistry, and Natural Product Development, and. This edition includes writings from three countries: Egypt, Indonesia, and Libya. The authors come from several institutions, including Indonesian Food and Drug Authority, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, Universitas Borneo Lestari, Institut Teknologi Bandung Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya, Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya, Universitas Islam Indonesia, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Salsabila Serang, University of Tripoli, Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology, El Ezaby Pharmacy, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, IPB University, and Universitas Sriwijaya.

Utilization of Treated Wastewater from the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry for Road Spraying: Pemanfaatan Air Limbah Terolah dari Industri Beton Ready Mix untuk Penyiraman Jalan
The ready-mix concrete industry plays a crucial role in supplying concrete for various construction purposes. During its production and operational processes, this industry generates wastewater from laboratory activities, mixer van washing, and truck mixer cleaning. The generated wastewater is treated and planned to be reused for road spraying within the industrial area. This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the generated wastewater and its potential impact on roads, and evaluate the efficiency of its reuse. The total volume of treated wastewater produced is 11.88 m³/day, containing parameters such as pH, TSS, Cl⁻, and SO₄²⁻. Based on the water quality measurements, the treated wastewater meets the quality standards set by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry for pH and TSS, and by Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 for chloride and sulfate. Therefore, the wastewater is considered suitable for road spraying. The efficiency of using treated wastewater for this purpose reaches 43% during the dry season and 86% during the rainy season
Optimalisasi Drone Dan GIS Untuk Pemetaan Wilayah Dan Penegasan Alamat Di Kelurahan Pasir Panjang, Kota Kupang: Optimization Of Drones And GIS For Area Mapping And Address Affirmation In Pasir Panjang Village, Kupang City
The development of drone technology and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has provided new opportunities in mapping and address verification. This study aims to optimize the use of drones and GIS for regional mapping and address confirmation in Pasir Panjang, Kupang City. The methodology includes collecting spatial and attribute data, processing aerial imagery using photogrammetric software, and creating geospatial maps with attribute information. The study identifies key challenges such as the lack of standardized address naming, unnumbered buildings, and unclear administrative boundaries. The results highlight the effectiveness of drone-integrated GIS in producing accurate and up-to-date geospatial data, supporting urban planning and public services. This research also provides recommendations for policy improvements in address standardization and urban management in Kupang City
Ethnomathematics: Urgency and Challenges of Implementation in Elementary School Mathematics Learning
Background: Ethnomathematics is a mathematics learning approach integrating students' cultural and social contexts into mathematical content. This approach is important for enhancing the relevance and understanding of mathematics at the elementary school level, particularly in fostering multicultural awareness and promoting social justice. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, including issues related to the curriculum, teacher preparedness, and the availability of culture-based teaching materials. Aim: This study aims to analyze the urgency of implementing ethnomathematics in elementary mathematics education and to identify the challenges encountered in its application. A literature review method was employed, analyzing journal articles, books, and previous research on ethnomathematics, elementary mathematics curricula, and culture-based learning practices. Data were collected from databases such as ERIC, Google Scholar, and Scopus and then analyzed thematically. Result and Discussions: The findings indicate that ethnomathematics is highly urgent for (1) increasing students' learning motivation through familiar cultural contexts, (2) developing critical thinking regarding socio-cultural realities, and (3) supporting inclusive education. However, implementation challenges include (1) a lack of teacher training in designing culture-based materials, (2) limited standardized ethnomathematics resources, and (3) resistance from an education system still oriented toward national examinations
Development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) on Plane Figures Using Indonesian Traditional Houses for Grade IV Elementary/Islamic Elementary School Students
Background: This study was motivated by the importance of developing valid and practical student worksheets (LKPD) that are student-centered to foster students' interest in learning mathematics. Aim: The study aims to examine the development process of student worksheets (LKPD) on plane figures using Indonesian traditional houses for Grade IV students. In addition, this study also aims to evaluate the feasibility of the LKPD and to assess students' and teachers' responses to the worksheets. Method: This research used a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Result and discussions: The results show that the average validity scores from the language expert, content expert, and media expert were 95%, 90%, and 96.65%, respectively, all categorized as "highly appropriate." The small-scale trial yielded a total score of 321 out of a maximum of 450, with a feasibility percentage of 71.33%, categorized as "feasible." Meanwhile, the large-scale trial obtained a total score of 883 out of 990, with a feasibility percentage of 89.19%, classified as "highly feasible." Conclusion: Therefore, the LKPD on plane figures using Indonesian traditional houses for Grade IV Elementary/Islamic Elementary School Students meets the criteria for validity and practicality and is suitable for classroom learning
Analisis Diftong Bahasa Dayak Ngaju untuk Dokumentasi Bahasa Daerah Berbasis Teknologi
Penelitian ini membahas fenometa yang terdapat dalam bahasa dayak Ngaju yakni penggunaan diftong sebagai bagian dari kata dalam bahasa Dayak Ngaju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis diftong dalam bahasa Dayak Ngaju Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengguankan observasi dengan metode simak catat yang dilanjutkan dengan simak-libat-cakap, serta rekam. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa bentuk diftong dalam bahasa dayak ngaju paling dominan adalah diftong ai, au, dan ei. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yakni terdapat diftong yang tidak ada dalam kaidah bahasa Indonesia yaitu diftong ui pada kata “apui”. Temuan lainnya terdapat pada kata “balau”(indo: rambut) “balau” (Indo: lapar”). Meskipun memiliki bentuk susunan huruf yang sama, namun memiliki cara pengucapat/pelafalan yang berbeda
