No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persentase pengulangan (repeat) eksposur pada modalitas Digital Radiography (DR) di Rumah Sakit Daerah (RSD) Mangusada Badung serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama penyebab pengulangan tersebut. Dari total 5.151 pemeriksaan radiologi yang dilakukan selama periode Maret hingga Mei 2024, ditemukan 34 kasus pengulangan eksposur, yang setara dengan 0,66% dari keseluruhan pemeriksaan. Angka ini berada di bawah batas maksimal 2% yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor: 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 tentang Standar Minimal Pelayanan Rumah Sakit. Faktor-faktor utama penyebab pengulangan eksposur meliputi pergerakan pasien (50%), artefak pada gambar (23,53%), kesalahan peralatan (14,71%), dan kesalahan dalam posisi objek (11,76%). Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya edukasi pasien mengenai pentingnya menjaga posisi saat pemeriksaan, pelatihan rutin bagi tenaga medis untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, serta pemeliharaan peralatan secara berkala untuk mengurangi tingkat pengulangan eksposur dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan radiologi

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan informasi anatomi pada pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi Antero Posterior (AP) dengan lutut fleksi dan lutut extensi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan sampel pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan knee fleksion dan knee extension. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara informasi anatomi pada pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan posisi lutut fleksi dan extensi. Pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan posisi lutut fleksi dapat memberikan informasi anatomi yang lebih baik tentang sudut lumbosacral dan hasil pemeriksaan yang lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan lutut extensi

No full textRemaja putri memiliki resiko paling tinggi menderita anemia disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, seperti remaja pada masa pertumbuhan dan ketika remaja putri mengalami menstruasi, pada saat ini proses perubahan fisiologi tubuh akan meningkatkan resiko anemia. Anemia merupakan suatu keadaan kadar hemoglobin lebih rendah dari nilai normal (12 gr/dL). Pengetahuan sangat penting perannya bagi remaja putri untuk mengetahui berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan anemia. Pendidikan kesehatan menjadi upaya dalam pencegahan primer dalam pencegahan anemia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental design dengan jenis penelitian yaitu one group pre-test and post-test. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 58 responden, yaitu siswi kelas X SMK Karsa Mulya Kota Palangka Raya. Teknik pengambilan sampel meggunakan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test (p-value=0,000 atau p<0,05), yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pemberian pendidikan kesehatan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia di kelas X SMK Karsa Mulya Kota Palangka Raya. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pemberian pendidikan kesehatan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi pada remaja putri. Oleh karena itu, pihak sekolah dapat bekerja sama dengan fasilitas kesehatan terkait pemberian pendidikan secara rutin tentang pencegahan anemia guna meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia bersamaan dengan pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD)

No full textRemaja adalah masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak dengan masa dewasa dengan rentang usia antara 12-22 tahun, dimana pada masa tersebut terjadi proses pematangan baik itu pematangan fisik, maupun psikologis. Terjadi kematangan fungsi jasmani maupun yang biologis. Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dengan perilaku seks pra nikah di Kelas X dan XI Jurusan Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) SMKN 1 Palangka Raya Tahun 2024. Kuantitatif, dan jenis pendekatan desain cross-sectional, sampel penelitian ini berjumblah 52 responden, yaitu remaja di kelas X dan XI jurusan tehnik instalasi tenaga listrik (TITL) di SMKN 1 Palangka Raya teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan Tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku seks pra nikah diperoleh nilai (p value =0,000 atau p <0,05) sedangkan uji Chi-square sikap remaja dengan perilaku seks pra nikah diperoleh nilai (p value =0,00 atau p <0,05) Hasil uji-chisquare dapat diperoleh nilai p value =0,000 atau p=kurang dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan ada nya hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku seks pra nikah di kelas X dan XI jurusan Teknik instalasi tenaga listrik (TITL) SMKN 1 Palangka Raya Terdapat hubungan yang sighnifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dengan perilaku seks pra nikah. Meskipun peran remaja dinilai baik, Hal ini menujukan bahwa pengawasan orangtua sering tidak menyadari bahwa anaknya sudah tahu tentang berpacaran dan remaja cenderung menghabiskan waktunya berpacaran. di kelas X dan XI jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL) di SMKN 1 Palangka Raya

No full textForest partnership is one of the five schemes within the Social Forestry policy framework, aiming to improve the welfare of communities living in and around forest areas. Despite having a legal foundation through Ministerial Regulation of Environment and Forestry No. 09 of 2021 and Government Regulation No. 23 of 2021, its implementation in Central Kalimantan remains limited. This study analyzes the potential, challenges, and opportunities of forest partnership using a case study approach in the Rungan Landscape, which spans approximately 517,313 hectares and includes various forestry permits. The analysis reveals that although there is a potential for up to ±60,000 hectares of partnership area using a plantation plasma model, not a single Forest Partnership Agreement (NKK) has been realized. The main obstacles include differences in perception, bureaucratic procedures, and limited facilitation. The study recommends the development of regional policies, increased outreach efforts, and the involvement of universities as facilitators in the formulation and implementation of partnerships

No full textThe Rotiklot Dam Catchment Area is located in Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research aims to forecast the rates of erosion and sedimentation utilizing the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) method, as well as to assess the levels of erosion hazard present. According to the modeling outcomes, the average annual erosion rate within the Rotiklot Dam Catchment Area is calculated to be 18.5 tons/ha/year. The erosion hazard assessment indicates that the land within the Rotiklot Catchment Area is classified into two categories of erosion hazard levels: moderate and severe. Specifically, the area classified as having a moderate erosion hazard level encompasses 549.55 hectares, while the area categorized as having a severe erosion hazard level covers 587.55 hectares. The modeling results indicate that the average annual sediment discharge at the outlet of the catchment area leading to the dam is 1,865.75 tons per year. Over the course of the 28-year simulation period, the cumulative sediment total amounts to 106,317.1 tons

No full textPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan practical lifeskill Montessori dengan membuat alat musik dari material yang dapat didaur ulang, ditujukan bagi anak-anak usia dini di Bimbel Up Great Kids Palangka Raya. Aktivitas ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus, kemandirian, serta daya cipta anak melalui proses menuangkan, merakit, dan menghias alat musik sederhana yang berbahan dari botol plastik bekas, kacang hijau, dan beras. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga diintegrasikan dengan pengenalan budaya lokal melalui lagu daerah “Isen Mulang” yang dinyanyikan bersama setelah alat musik selesai dibuat. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, serta pencatatan lapangan pada tiga anak usia dini yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan practical life ini mendorong partisipasi aktif anak, meningkatkan koordinasi tangan-mata, serta menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan ketertarikan terhadap budaya lokal. Penerapan metode Montessori dalam konteks aktivitas yang berorientasi pada seni dan lingkungan menunjukkan kebermaknaan dalam menghasilkan pengalaman belajar yang bermanfaat dan menyenangkan untuk anak-anak prasekolah

No full textBackground: class used by parents for work, also during the online learning process using audio-visual media in economics subjects, many students are less enthusiastic in carrying out the teaching and learning process, many students do not pay attention and rarely ask questions when after the teacher explains they also ask students cannot answer and just keep quiet. Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship between parental attention and the use of audio-visual media for online learning and economic learning outcomes at Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya High School. Method: The research method used is quantitative methodology. The population in this study are students of classes X Natural science 1, X Social science 1, and X Social science 2 at Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya High School, which is as many as 69 students. And data collection techniques using questionnaire and test and analysis techniques using product moment correlation and multiple correlation. Results and Dıscussion: From the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a positive relationship between the attention of parents of students and economic learning outcomes in class X at Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya High School in 2022/2023 with a correlation coefficient Γx1y = 0.665. This relationship includes a strong relationship, (2) There is a positive relationship between the use of audio-visual media for online learning by students and the learning outcomes of class X economics at Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya High School in 2022/2023, with a correlation coefficient of Γx1y = 0.574. The relationship includes a moderate relationship, (3) There is a relationship between parental attention and the use of audio-visual media and the learning outcomes of grade X economics at Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya High School in 2022/2023, with a correlation coefficient of Γx1y = 0.685. Teachers Professional Development And Students' Academic Achievement In Public Senior Secondary School In Niger State, Nigeria
No full textThis study investigated teacher's professional development and students' academic achievement in public senior secondary schools in Niger State, Nigeria. The descriptive survey of the correlational type was adopted for the study. The population of this study comprised 7,825 Public Senior Secondary School Teachers. A sample of 367 teachers was selected using purposive and simple random sampling techniques. A researcher-designed instrument titled "Teacher's Professional Development and Students' Academic Achievement Questionnaire (TPDSAAQ) was utilised for data collection. The findings of this study revealed that; teachers' professional development programmes engaged in senior secondary schools in Niger State include seminars, workshops, conferences, online courses and peer observation. Similarly, the level of students' academic achievement in public senior secondary schools in Niger State, Nigeria is high. There is a significant relationship between teacher's professional development and students' academic achievement in public senior secondary schools in Niger State, Nigeria. It was recommended, among others, that the government prioritise sustaining and expanding teachers' professional development programs. Policymakers should regularly assess the effectiveness of teachers' professional development initiatives in improving classroom practice and student performance. Teachers should be encouraged to apply the strategies learned from professional development programs in the classroom, and structured follow-ups should be provided to provide ongoing support. School authorities should encourage and formalise peer observation programs, where teachers regularly observe each other's lessons and provide constructive feedback

No full textThe partner of the service activity is the Joint Business Group (KUBE) of Tahai Baru Village, Maliku District, Pulang Pisau, which produces processed food with the raw material of jack bean. The problems faced by partners include the resulting Jack bean tempeh products that pungent smell and are easily destroyed; the packaging of Jack bean tempeh chips, which is still very simple and without labels; and limited marketing. The purpose of this service activity is to improve the quality of processed food products of jack bean through standardization of product processing, developing the selling value of products through packaging, labeling, and product legality, so that it is commercially viable. The implementation methods used include counseling, training, and mentoring. The result of this activity is a "Tahai Baru" brand jack bean tempeh chip product, using updated product processing methods so that it does not taste and pungent smell, with six (6) flavor variants, packaged in aluminum foil standing pouch packaging, attractive label design, and by the law, and has a Business License Number (NIB) Number: 9120019231896
