Mortar mixture is an important element in civil/construction work. As a binding agent, mortar mixtures are widely used in various types of work with different strength levels according to their needs. Many sand raw materials are often used but do not meet the material requirements, either grain gradation or other requirements. In this research, a compressive strength test was carried out using fine sand with the addition of stone ash, to test how much strength was achieved with varying percentages of additional stone ash. The manufacture of test specimens for this mortar mixture refers to SNI 03-6882-2002. Testing was carried out at 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. With additional variations of 0%, 20%, 40% and 60% stone ash. The results of this research are mortar mixtures with the addition of 20% stone ash will increase the compressive strength from 4.74 MPa without the addition of stone ash to 7.13 MPa, tending to decrease at an additional 40% the compressive strength is 6.96 MPa and at an additional 60% the strength is obtained. press 5.74Mpa. The simple regression equation for the relationship between the addition of the percentage of stone ash (variable x) and the compressive strength value (variable y) is y = -22.578x2 + 14.97x + 4.8122 with the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.97 (very strong)
The Influence of Local Wisdom Bapukung on Productivity and Role Balance of Housewives
Balancing caregiving duties with multiple responbilities is a persistent challenge for housewives, particularly those managing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Bapukung, a traditional swaddling practice from South Kalimantan, offers a potential solution by improving infant sleep quality and providing mothers with uninterrupted time to manage household and business tasks. This study investigates the influence of Bapukung on the productivity and role balance of housewives using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected from 30 respondents in South Kalimantan through structured questionnaires. Results reveal that Bapukung significantly influences both productivity (β = 0.816, p < 0.05) and role balance (β = 0.787, p < 0.05). These findings align with the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Balanced Scorecard frameworks, demonstrating how cultural practices can serve as strategic resources to enhance time management and efficiency. Analisis Keterampilan Proses Sains pada Mata Kuliah Pendidikan IPA: Analysis of Science Process Skills in Science Education Subjects
Science process skills are an inseparable part of science learning. Basic science skills are the foundation for practicing more complex integrated skills. Science process skills are part of the nature of science as a process. Science process skills are essential for prospective teachers in elementary schools because there are science subjects, so science learning is by the nature of science itself. Based on observations in science education courses, it appears that prospective PGSD teachers are still not skilled in KPS. Prospective teachers who are equipped with teaching skills and other skills in learning science will determine how teachers teach science by the nature of science. This study aims to analyze the science process skills of PGSD students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education who are taking the Science Education course in the even semester of 2023/2024. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through Observation, and data analysis using qualitative descriptive. The results of the research show that the dominant science process skills of prospective elementary school teachers can be implemented, namely the skills of observing, classifying, and measuring, while the skills of predicting, communicating, and concluding still need to be trained. It is hoped that prospective teachers who are equipped with good process skills will have an impact on mastering science concepts in their learning so that they can encourage their students' critical thinking and creative writing abilities

Evaluasi Efektivitas Penambahan Polimer Dan Biopolimer Terhadap Tanah Lempung Bereng Bengkel Ditinjau Dari Kekuatan Geser Tanah: Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Polymer And Biopolymer Additives On Clay In Terms Of Soil Shear Strength
Clay soil has high plasticity and low shear strength characteristics, making it a challenge in construction projects, especially in areas with high water content, such as Bereng Bengkel District, Palangkaraya City. To address this issue, polymers and biopolymers have been used as stabilization materials to enhance the shear strength of the soil. This study aims to evaluate the effect of adding polymers and biopolymers on the mechanical parameters of clay soil, particularly cohesion (CC) and internal friction angle (ϕ). Laboratory experiments were conducted following SNI 2825:2015 standards for direct shear testing. Clay soil samples were collected from Bereng Bengkel and mixed with polymer (polyacrylamide) and biopolymer (xanthan gum) at concentrations of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0%. Shear strength parameters were analyzed to determine the effectiveness of each stabilization material, with the optimal concentration determined based on maximum cohesion and internal friction angle values. The results showed that the addition of polymer could increase cohesion by up to 70% and the internal friction angle by up to 130% at concentrations of 1.0% to 1.5%, while biopolymers could increase cohesion by up to 39% and the internal friction angle by up to 313% at concentrations of 1.0% to 2%, compared to the initial values. These findings indicate that soil stabilization with polymers and biopolymers significantly improves the shear strength of Bereng Bengkel soil.
The study concludes that the optimal combination of stabilization materials can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of clay soil and opens opportunities for further research with other additive materials such as lime or cement
