    Voltage Profile Improvement, Transmission Line Loss Reduction in Rajasthan Power System: A Case Study

    The complexity is increasing day by day with the advancement of buses in interconnected power system. The complexity of the power system can easily handle by analyzing the performance of the transmission system by using load flow study. The real and reactive power losses are largely affected at the transmission level. This paper presents case study of real time system operation to reduce losses and improve the voltage profile with optimum utilization of existing transmission system elements. West-North part of Rajasthan power system having one 400 kV GSS, five 220 kV GSS and nineteen 132 kV GSS have been selected to carry out case study and simulated in PSSE software. Simulation model consists of 55 buses, 34 transmission lines, 66 transformers and 34 capacitor banks. Eight cases have been simulated considering the effect of transformer tap position, closing of opened transmission lines and shunt capacitors. From simulation studies it is found out that transmission losses are reduced by 50.36 % in addition to improve network voltage profile

    Role of Different Salts in Dyeing Process and their Replacement

    The present paper was aimed at studying possibility of using different organic salts as substitute of nondegradable inorganic salt in dyeing process as these inorganic electrolytes cause environment problems. Using cationic hydrolyzed starch derived from 2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride resulted in enhanced rate of dye fixation with increased DS value for counteracting static repulsion between fibers and reactive dye. Exhaustion and fixation efficiency reported was 30g/L for reactive dyes when sodium edate was used as inorganic salt alternative while sodium citrate gave higher exhaustion and fixation efficiency of 25g/L for same dyes when compared. Use of PEO45 di-block copolymer derived from [2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride(MeDMA) has proved to provide strong attraction to anionic reactive dye increasing dye uptake to 5g/L which is optimum concentration for neutralizing fabrics. While polycarboxylic acid salts has shown same effects regarding exhaustion and fixation as that of sodium sulphate and sodium chloride evaluated by comparing K/S values.

    Watermarking technology reflects ownership information in most appropriate form inside any media like audio, video, image etc, so that owner of the object will claims its ownership when anyone claim fraud ownership on that object. This paper proposes a new algorithm & testing technique that will extract watermarking and shows effect of various attacks on image it will also works as a better technique from the other developed algorithm. Proposed work also takes care of attacks on the watermark image to test the robustness and imperceptibility of the watermark.

    Information security is one of the vital issues in modern communication networks. There are many mathematics based Security Methods. Quantum Cryptography is a new physics based Cryptographic methods that use nil amount of mathematics for encrypting and decrypting data that means faster access. This method converts and then transferred bits in the form of protons and electrons. Thus, the keys generated can’t be hacked by any computational logics. Meanwhile, Li-Fi, a new network connecting medium that also work with visible light to do communication. Data in Li-Fi is being transferred via visible light from LED’s in the form of electrons and protons as a moderate to supply networked, mobile, top speed transmission in a simple way. If any hacker tries to steal data via eavesdropping or anything else the protons changes its form. This lead to, result in wrong checksum value so the error find by receiving end easily in decoding the data. These both technologies are faster than traditional methods because they use less mathematical computation. So, this research is to integrate Quantum Cryptography with Li-Fi via methods of physics, which is light to make network and communication more secure, robust, reliable and faster

    Mobile opportunistic network is a delay tolerant network. They are specially characterized by their intermittent connectivity. End to end connectivity is not available. They use store-carry-forward technique for transmission of data. Opportunistic network has various privacy and security challenges. The aim of the implementing privacy in the opportunistic network is to attract more users to use this network. As the main concern in this network is privacy and, there is not a fixed infrastructure present and the message is forwarded through many intermediate nodes, so, there may be a selfish node which is not interested to forward the message to a particular destination, or the user does not want to show its identity when it wants to communicate or send message to a particular destination, then it is a risk or threat to the privacy of user or the packet is dropped by the selfish node. In this paper we have discussed various attacks which can be triggered in opportunistic networks. Selective Forwarding attack is the main focus of this research.     Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is an AC synchronous motor whose field excitation is provided by permanent magnet and has Sinusoidal back EMF waveform. In the Sensorless PMSM, rotor is the important part of this drive. Accurate rotor position information is important for a sensor less PMSM drive. In any kind of machine or drive is desirable to use a methodology which is very less depend on sensor and complicated circuits So in this article be used a mathematically field-oriented control (FOC) method. In this article, main object is control the variable speed and improve the efficiency of the PMSM motor. So PMSM control is control variable torque and axial flux to used vector control method. The main parameter of the PMSM drive is control the stator current and also find the rotor current (which does not measure directly) be apply for measurement is coordinate reference transformation. Used the basic concept of FOC model in this model concept is total current which take machine is inject on quadrature axis minimum current apply on direct axis. Current inject position is totally applied on quadrature align because direct align current is wastage so FOC technique desire give maximum power of the PMSM drive maintain its speed and efficiency. Also information of the rotor angle is very important give the correct information so be connected a feedback of the output of the parks transformation. All work is based on coordinate transformation like Clark transform and Park transform also its invers is applied in the article. Total work is represented computer MAT LAB Simulation and Experimental output is represented. PMSM application is used with increasing popularity of electrical vehicles, Power train is used the Electrical Vehicles and Industrial applications. Our work is designates the control system of the axial flux of the Permanent Synchronous Motor. For various applications is also operate on Renewable energy for powering PMSM motor with FOC model.
