Possibility of social child care and community-based child care support From the efforts of children and family support centers
Get PDF本論文は、先進的な取り組みを行う児童家庭支援センターへのインタビュー調査を通して、地域子育て支援の意図や実践を分析し、児童家庭支援センターが担うべき地域子育て支援のあり方を検討することを目的とした調査研究である。分析の結果、大カテゴリー10、中カテゴリー29、小カテゴリー70 を抽出した。社会的養護機関の機能と専門性を活用しながら、複数の事業を一体的に運用するなかで職員のスキルが向上し、地域へのまなざしも醸成されることがわかった。小さな実践を積み重ねながら、目の前の困っている人を助けに行くフットワークの軽さが民間の利点であった。社会的養護の機能が子どもの養育からソーシャルワークへと抜本的に変わる可能性が示唆されたが、子どもの権利擁護と利用者の自己決定の尊重が支援の原則であると認識されていた。This paper aims to analyze the intentions and practices of community-based child care support through an interview survey of children and family support centers that are adopting an advanced approach. Further, it strives to examine the nature of community-based child care support that children and family support centers should adopt. As a result, ten large categories, 29 medium categories and 70 small categories were extracted. The skills of the staff were found to improve and their attention to the community was fostered as they operated multiple projects in an integrated manner while utilizing the functions and expertise of the social child care agency. The advantage of the private sector lied in the physical proximity to attend to those in need while building up small practices. Although it was suggested that the function of social child care could radically transition to social work, the protection of children’s rights and respect for users’ self-determination were recognized as the principles of support.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本論は認知言語学の見地から、英語と日本語の物語文中の時間の進行について分析している。本論では英語の時間構造の特徴をそのまま日本語の分析に当てはめることはせず、それぞれの言語の特徴に沿った分析を試みている。人間の時間に対する認知能力は共通のものであるという考えを基本に、英語と日本語の物語文中の時間の進行の構造を明らかにしている。This study elucidates the structure of the temporal progress of narratives in English and Japanese through cognitive linguistics.
