guarding Sakai Port and examines related records to clarify the process of deciding the death sentence. In response to the French government's demand to execute in public all those who took part in the shooting, the Japanese side tried to reduce the number of people to be executed, but their attempts were not successful. Although it appears in Tatsugoro Yokota diary that just after the seppuku sentence was announced, soldiers appealed to domain officials for the right to bear a surname (苗字御免), further verification is needed concerning soldiers’ request to be permitted to commit seppuku before the seppuku sentence was officially announced.本稿は、堺港の警備に当たっていた土佐藩兵に対する処罰の決定過程とその受け止めに注目し、関連記録を調査して、死刑判決の決定過程を考察した。銃撃に加担した全員を公開処刑することを要求したフランス政府に対し、日本側は処刑対象の人数減少を談判したが叶わず、最終的に士卒にも切腹が言い渡された。切腹決定後に藩兵から苗字の公称を藩側に申し出ることは記録に見えるが、切腹決定前に切腹を申し出た事実についてさらなる検証が必要である。departmental bulletin pape
The Significance and Potential of Town Walks to Share Local Values --Focusing on Local Revitalization and Related Population--
Full text linkFocusing on “town walk(Machiaruki）" an activity that contributes to the sharing of local values, as an effective means of revitalizing local areas, this paper examined the contemporary significance and potential development of town walks from various angles. Previous research examined current phenomena related to town walks and identified their characteristics. After adding considerations from city walking examples from around the world, this paper then examines the future development of town walks from the perspective of relational population.
The examination reveals that attachment to the local area is formed from the elements of town walks that create the
appeal of town walks: "walking," "sharing," and the relationship between guides and guests. Furthermore, from the perspective of the related population, the concept of "reciprocity" underscores the possibility of developing town walks based on the values of the new consumer society.地域活性の有効な手立てとして、地域の価値を共有する「まちあるき」に着眼し、まちあるきの現代的な意義と展開可能性についての考察を多角的に行った。先行研究から、現代のまちあるきに関する事象を取り上げ、その特徴を捉えた。さらに、世界のまちあるき事例からの考察を加えた。その上で、今後のまちあるきの展開について、関係人口の観点から検討した。考察の結果、まちあるきの「歩く」「共有する」という要素から地域への愛着が形成されること、ガイドとゲストの関係性がまちあるきの魅力を作ることが明らかになった。また、関係人口の視点からは、「互酬性」の概念から、新たな消費社会における価値観を踏まえたまちあるき展開の可能性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Full text link1944年教育法以来、英国では国家による教育課程統制は不在であった。学校カリキュラムは、教師の専門性に委ねられるべきものであるという考えが、広く共有されていたのである。しかし、1950年代にはすでに全国的な教育課程基準の必要性について発議されており、その後、1970年代後半のラスキン・カレッジでの言及を経て、サッチャーによる1988年教育改革法によってナショナル・カリキュラムの再導入が決定した。本研究は教育課程基準の再導入に向かうそれぞれの議論について論じながら、そこに至る経緯を包括的に明らかにすることを目的とする。departmental bulletin pape
Analysis of the Undulations Appearing in the Horizontal Lines of the Zheng Xi Xia Bei —Target the Horizontal Line with the Widest Width in a Single Character—
Full text link過去の研究では方筆（方勢）系が多かった。対極にある円筆（円勢）系の古典研究も必要不可欠である。本研究では、円筆の雄、鄭羲下碑を題材に、一文字の中で最も横幅がある横画を抽出し、それに出現する「うねり」を研究対象として分析した。多くの人が鄭羲下碑の特徴としてとらえている横画のイメージと、古来より伝わる「仰勢・平勢・覆勢」の理論を踏まえた上で分析したところ、ある法則性によりタイプ別に分けることができ、条件付きであるが、鄭羲下碑の一文字の中で最も横幅がある横画は、上中下部のどの位置にあっても覆勢の傾向が強いという結果が出た。departmental bulletin pape
