Fumiko Enchi’s “Shadow spirits” ― In a Family Where Daughters Have Left the Nest
Get PDFThe phrase “Spirits” is used not only as the name of Enchi’s work, but also to mean a work that is typical of Enchi. For this reason, it is necessary to thoroughly decipher the true nature of the “sprits” depicted in this work.Subsequently, we analyze the work and discuss “spirits” from the perspectives of the slope,dressing tables, aging, and creativity. For Enchi, the slope becomes a passageway between the present and her past, and by extension, the classical world, a rich creative world, and a space and time in which she can achieve what cannot be achieved in reality.departmental bulletin pape
Analysis of Improvement in Students' English Writing Part 5: Changes in Writing after Intensive Instruction of Common Errors among Japanese Students, the Introduction of Rubric, and an Automated Scoring System for Measuring "Quality of Content"
Get PDF短期大学1年必修英語授業で，「内容の質」を含む「英文ライティング・ルーブリック」を配布して，それを繰り返し参照させながら指導を行った．さらに授業専用の「自動採点システム」を導入して学生に使用させた他，過去の学生の英文を典型事例として示した．その結果，事後のライティングテストでは，事前と比較して，語数，because断片文エラー，for exampleエラー，順序を表すディスコースマーカー，その他のディスコースマーカー，Topic Developmentにおいて大幅な改善が見られ，またbe動詞エラーにおいて一定の改善が見られた．学生アンケートでは，ルーブリック，自動採点システム，典型事例としての先輩学生の英文のいずれも，英文ライティング力向上のために有効に機能したと判断されるコメントが得られた．In a required first-year English class at a junior college, we distributed an "English Writing Rubric" that included a "Quality of Content" section and instructed students by repeatedly referring to it. In addition, an "automatic scoring system" for the specific purpose in class was introduced and used by the students. Also, past students' English writing was shown as exemplars. As a result, in the post-writing test, compared to the pre-test, there was a significant improvement in word count, errors in 'because' fragment sentences, errors in 'for example' sentences, discourse markers indicating sequence, other discourse markers, and in Topic Development. Additionally, there was a certain improvement in errors involving the 'be-verb (copula)." In the student questionnaires, the rubric, the automatic scoring system, and the exemplars of past students' English writing were all recognized as effective in improving English writing skills.departmental bulletin pape

We investigated whether the land was gifted or sold and found documents in the Imperial Household Archives that shed light on the circumstances surrounding the land sale. Study on children’s halls as social work centers
Get PDF本研究ではソーシャルワーク拠点としての児童館の現状と課題について検討した。児童館職員が児童館及び児童館職員の現状と今後をどう考えているか、語りをSCAT 分析法によって分析した。その結果、児童館職員がソーシャルワーク技術を意図的に用いて支援を試みており、インテークからモニタリングに至るソーシャルワークプロセスを実践していることが明らかになった。とくに、緊急介入を必要としないローリスクケースでの継続的な見守りについては高い効果を持つ可能性も示唆された。児童館の特徴がもつソーシャルワーク拠点としての強みや課題が見えてきた。しかし、その援助実践は試行錯誤を繰り返しながら経験と勘によって身につけた技術によるものであり、ソーシャルワークの専門性という点では十分でないことが職員自身にも自覚されていた。This study examined the role of children’s halls as social work centers. Narratives were analyzed using the SCAT（Steps for Coding and Theorization）to determine what children’s hall staff thought about the current situation and future of the children's halls and their staff. The children’s hall staff intentionally used social work techniques to provide support and that they practiced a social work process from intake to monitoring. In particular, continuous monitoring of low-risk cases that do not require emergency interventions may be highly effective. The strengths and challenges of social work centers with the characteristics of children’s halls were identified. However, the staff themselves were aware that their assistance practice was based on skills acquired through experience and intuition gained through repeated trial and error,and these skills were not sufficient in terms of social work expertise.departmental bulletin pape
