Interview with Nagai Kafu: Kotaki Atsushi’s “Discourse of Meister Kafu”
Full text link令和3年に県立神奈川近代文学館に寄贈された小瀧穆氏関係資料のうち、ノート『荷風大人の談話』は、中央公論社版『荷風全集』編集の任にあたった小瀧氏と永井荷風との談話メモである。小瀧氏は全集の目次や組版、用字といった編集実務上のことだけでなく、しばしば荷風作品の執筆経緯や意図をも質問したらしい。小瀧が荷風文学の分析的読者でもあったためか、本ノートには荷風の代表作や親しい文学者たちについての、荷風著作や関係者の回想には見えない内容を多く含む。荷風が自作について残した声の痕跡を翻刻によって紹介する。Among the materials of Mr. Kotaki donated to the Kanagawa Museum of Modern Literature in 2021, the notebook ``Discourse of Meister Kafu'' is a document of a conversation between Mr. Kotaki and Kafu Nagai. Kotaki was in charge of editing the Chuokoronsha edition of ``Kafu Complete Works.'' Mr. Kotaki, apparently, did not only asked questions about editing practices such as the table of contents of the complete collection, typesetting, and fonts, but also often asked questions about the history and intentions behind the writing of Kafu's works. Perhaps because Kotaki was an analytical reader of Kafū's literature, this notebook contains a lot of testimony about Kafū's representative works and literary figures he was close to that cannot be seen in Kafū's writings or the reminiscences of those involved.departmental bulletin pape
The academic history of Masamune family
Full text link岡山県備前市に、正宗敦夫先生が丹精込めて蒐集した古典籍・文書・短冊などを中心として創設された正宗文庫に関する事柄を扱い、そして「正宗文庫を通して正宗家」の学問の系譜を述べてみたい。併せて、本稿は特に正宗家三代に亘って姻族として嫁いだ讃岐多度津藩岡田家周辺に関する調査報告を取り扱い、正宗家の学問の系譜についても考察してみたい。In may scholarly investigation, I delve into lineaga of Okada family in the Sanuki Tadotsu Han. Notably, their daughters-Kano, Toku and Mine-formed matrimonial alliances with Masamune family across three generations. My primary focus centers on the brothers of these brides, who pursued their educations at Seikei-shoin guided by the esteemed Soan Ikeda, renowned as the Tajima saint (Bunka 10 1018 ～meiji 11 1878). Furthermore, both So-an Ikeda and Ryosai Hayashi who was the Karou (top of the aristcratic samurais serving the lord) of the Tadotsu Han, actively embraced the “sect of Yomei-gaku”. Through this scholarly exploration, I engage in contemplation regarding the spiritual essence embodied by both Hakucho Masamune and Atsuo Masamune.departmental bulletin pape
Junbi Nagai and Naosato Nabeshima
Full text link中川文庫（祐徳稲荷神社蔵）には、佐賀鹿島藩の歴代藩主が蒐集した貴重な古典籍類や草稿群などが多く収められている。特に六代藩主鍋島直郷は、祖父の四代藩主直條の文事を家学として継承し、更なる文事興隆のため心血を注いだ。直郷の文事を顕彰するにあたって、その直郷を支えてきた人々のひとりに、大坂の永井洵美（文安）がいる。洵美は、当時高名な香道指南であったが、一方で、直郷の文事を支えた重要な人物としては、その活動はほとんど知られていない。今回、中川文庫の蔵書群から、今まで明らかになっていなかった直郷のもとでの洵美に関連する文事と活動の跡を年譜形式にして採り上げ紹介しその基礎資料とする。The Nakagawa Bunko (Yutoku Inari Shrine) contains many valuable classics collected by successive lords of the Saga Kashima Domain. In particular, Naosato Nabeshima, the sixth lord of the domain, connected his grandfather, Naoeda, the fourth lord of the domain, as a family study. One of the people who has supported his achievements in the study of Naosato’s literature is Junbi Nagai in Osaka. Junbi was famous in Osaka as a teacher of incense, but he is rarely known as an important person who supported Naosato’s literature. This time, Nakagawa Bunko will introduce the traces of literature and activitis related to preparation that has not been revealed until now in chronological order, and organize and create basic materials for Junbi’s work.departmental bulletin pape
The Irregularization of MLA Professionals and the Japanese-style Employment and Civil Service System
Full text linkMLA、すなわち、博物館、図書館、公文書館の専門職の非正規化が進んでいる。図書館司書、博物館学芸員は国家資格であるが、アーキビストの国家資格はない。2020年度から国立公文書館長が認証するアーキビスト認証制度が発足したが、これは国家資格ではないものの公的資格といえる。その前提に『アーキビストの職務基準書』がある。1987年制定の公文書館法では、附則2 でアーキビスト配置についての特例規定が置かれた。この特例規定を廃止すべしとの論があるが、それは公務員制度の変遷について理解しておらず、運動論として誤っており、アーキビストの正規職員化・会計年度任用職員の待遇改善を求めなければならないことを指摘する。日本では、アーキビストについての統計調査や専門職団体がない。このことが公文書館やアーキビストの認知の低さに繋がっており、日本においてもアーキビストの専門職団体を結成し、倫理綱領を策定し、統計調査を実施する必要があることについて述べる。正規専門職の賃金も、日本型雇用では一般職公務員と同賃金であり、専門職に見合った待遇がなされていない。この日本型雇用をジョブ型雇用に改める必要がある。最後に、専門職雇用問題についての国際比較が必要なことについて論じる。The informalization of MLAs, or museum, library, and archives professionals, is underway. While librarians and museum curators are nationally certified, there is no national certification for archivists, although a certification system for archivists, certified by the National Archives of Japan, was launched in FY2020. The premise of this system is the Statement of Professional Standards for Archivists. In the Archives Law enacted in 1987, a special provision regarding the assignment of archivists was included in Supplementary Provision 2. There is an argument that this special provision should be abolished, but this argument does not understand the transition of the civil service system and is incorrect as a campaign theory, pointing out that we must strive to make archivists regular employees and improve the treatment of fiscal year appointees. In Japan, there are no statistical surveys or professional associations for archivists. This has led to a lack of recognition of archives and archivists, and we will discuss the need to form a professional association of archivists, establish a code of ethics, and conduct statistical surveys in Japan. The salaries of regular professionals are the same as those of civil servants in general employment in Japan and are not commensurate with their professional status. It is necessary to change this Japanese-style employment to job-style employment. Thinking About the Handing of Publications in Archives
Full text link本論の目的は、アーカイブズにおける刊行物の取り扱いについて、その問題点を示し、解決にむけたルールを策定する上での骨子を提示することにある。元来、アーカイブズと図書館は社会的な役割はもちろん、所蔵するモノが持つ機能が異なることから個別に存在しており、学問領域も異なる。一方で、現実にはアーカイブズにて刊行物を扱うケースは多く、特に近代以降の個人文書になるとそれは大半となる。そうした状況を踏まえ、二つのフォンドを事例として、どのような問題があるのかを具体的に提示し、整理・出納、そして管理面においても問題があることを指摘した。その上で、今後の取るべき方針を三段階に区分し、アーカイブズにおける業務と掛け合わせ、刊行物の取り扱いにどのような考えやルールが必要なのかを提示した。これはあくまで骨子ではあるものの、これを機に、同様の問題を抱えているアーカイブズ関係者と共通のルール化にむけて議論していくこととしたい。The purpose of this paper is to show the problems with the handling of publications in archives and to present a framework of rules toward a solution. Generally, archives and libraries exist separately because they have different social roles and different functions in terms of the objects they hold, and they also have different fields of study. On the other hand, in reality, there are many cases in which archives handle publications, especially when it comes to personal documents from the modern era onward. In light of this situation, he presented specific examples of problems with two fonds, and pointed out that there are problems in terms of organization, retrieval, and management. He then classified the policies to be taken in the future into three phases, crossed them with the operations in the archives, and presented what kind of ideas and rules are necessary for the handling of publications.
