Whoʼs to Blame for High Prices?
Get PDF本稿では，日本における2022年以降の物価上昇の原因について検討し，今後の日本経済の動向について展望した。はじめに，これまでは物価が上昇してこなかった原因について整理した。第1の原因はインフレ率ゼロという人々のノルムである。第2の原因は，値上げを許さない顧客に対応した日本企業の価格据え置き慣行である。次に，2022年以降の物価上昇の原因について検討した。主要因は原材料コストの上昇であり，その事実が広く人々に知れ渡ったことによって値上げは公正であるとして受け入れられたと考えられる。また，海外の高インフレの状況を見聞きすることでインフレ率に関する参照点が上昇し，値上げが許容されやすくなった可能性もある。さらに，値上げが同時多発的に発生したことで，他店のより安い価格を探す行動をせずに値上げを受け入れた可能性も考えられる。最後に，近い将来の日本経済の動向について展望した。今後ノルムが変化し，値上げが受け入れられる世界になるためには，物価上昇以上の賃金上昇が実現することが重要な鍵になるだろう。Bulletin論文Article本稿は，「友野典男氏学術講演会」（2023 年7月8日，札幌学院大学）の第2部パネルディスカッション「人間心理と「少し」先の世界」における話題提供「物価が「高い」のは誰のせい？」の講演内容に大幅に加筆修正を加えたものである。友野典男氏をはじめ講演会出席者の皆様からのコメントに感謝する。本稿の作成においては，JSPS科研費JP22K01559の助成を受けた。departmental bulletin pape
The Question of Dr Nye’s ‘Happily Rare Dilemmas’ in Samuel Beckett’s ‘A Case in a Thousand’
Get PDFThis paper aims to understand Samuel Beckett’s purpose in his use of ‘intervals’ and their meaning by exploring their repeated representations in ‘A Case in a Thousand’ (1934). The mechanism of this short prose consists of multiple fragmented layers of time, place, characters’ actions, utterances, and wills. As a result of this discontinuity, readers detect multiple ‘intervals’, through which Beckett paradoxically suggests the impossibility of totalising ‘intervals’ by depicting an excessive amount of them. Get PDF本論文では，生命起源に関わるさまざまな束縛条件と新しい生物学展開をまとめた．生命起源には冥王代に成立したハビタブルトリニティが前提条件として不可欠であることが地質学的に示された．生命の構成物形成のための化学合成の条件が生物学的に明らかにされてきたが，すべての条件を満たすひとつの環境はなく，複雑な過程や場が想定しなければ合成されない．生命誕生までの地質学的時間の束縛条件も厳しいものとなっている．生命誕生への新たな展開（ゲノム解析技術の開発，CPR生物群の発見）から，共通祖先を探れる可能性がでてきた．From geological views, the habitable trinity should be established at Hadean. From biological views, the conditions for the chemosynthesis for building blocks of life have been revealed. The geological time constraints are severe. But no environment satisfied all conditions. The complex scenario should be supposed. Report on the “Three Generations of Foot Health,” Online Lecture
Get PDF多世代に共通の健康課題として「足の健康」を取り上げ，専門家5名よる知識提供型の講演会を企画したのでその実施成果を報告する．講演内容は「乳幼児の足と健康」，「靴とフットケアの関係」，「末梢動脈疾患の予防」，「フットケアの実際」，「トラブル回避は足元づくり」であり，乳幼児から高齢者までの幅広い世代を念頭にオンラインにて情報を提供した．講演会へは100名から110名のアクセスがあり，終了時アンケートには参加者の約8割が回答した．講演会の内容が日常生活に取り入れられそうと回答したものが90％，足の健康に関するイベントがあれば参加したいと回答したものが94％であった．足の健康は，トータルフットケアという「足育」「靴育」，足トラブルへの対応，専門機関への受診と治療，という一次予防から三次予防を念頭においたシームレスな健康教育の展開が必要不可欠である．今後，教育機関，医療機関，企業や商業施設等の関連機関との連携を考慮し，定期的な情報発信のプラットフォームの構築が急務であると考えられた．This is a report of the online lecture meeting about “Foot Health”. And the foot health was the common health issues among multiple generations. This time was organized by five experts to provide knowledge to the people. The contents of the lectures were “Infants’ feet and health,” “Relationship between shoes and foot care,” “Prevention of peripheral arterial disease,” “Practical foot care,” and “Avoiding problems by selecting good footwear.” Between 100 and 110 people accessed the online lectures, and 80% of the participants responded to a questionnaire at the end of the lectures. Ninety percent of the participants answered that the content of the lecture could be incorporated into their daily lives, and 94% reported they would like to participate in any events related to foot health. It is essential to develop a seamless health education program for foot health that covers primary to tertiary prevention, including “total foot care,” “shoe education,” response to foot problems, and consultation and treatment at specialized institutions. In the future, it is imperative to establish a platform for regular information dissemination in collaboration with educational institutions, medical institutions, and related organizations such as corporations and commercial facilities.Bulletin教養教育Liberal Arts研究ノートdepartmental bulletin pape
Support for Sapporo Gakuin University Students with Developmental Disabilities: Benefits and Challenges of the Mandatory University-Wide FD/SD Workshop III ─ Seamless Support from Admission to Employment for a Diverse Students ─
Get PDF本稿では令和5年度に札幌学院大学において実施した発達障害を含む障害学生支援に関する全学必修型FD/SD研修と事後アンケート結果について報告する．令和5年度は過去2年間で実施した研修会の内容や参加者の感想・希望を踏まえ，これまでの研修会内容のまとめと学内外組織連携について取り上げた．事後アンケート(WEB)の回収率を踏まえれば大学全体の状況への言及には限界があるが，全学必修型の研修会は日頃直接学生と関わりがない教職員への理解啓発に有用であり，全学的な「合理的配慮」等のキーワードの理解につながったこと，学内外組織連携に向けて具体的な事例等を踏まえた情報提供が必要であること，札幌学院大学には既に学内障害学生支援部署を中心に教職員間で障害学生支援について相談する体制が整っており，多くの教職員が相談・連携先を想定できていること等が示された．また障害学生支援に係る研修会参加に肯定的な意見が多く，今後も多様な方法で全教職員への障害理解啓発を継続することが期待された．This paper presents the content of the FD/SD workshop on support for students with disabilities, including developmental disabilities, held at Sapporo Gakuin University in 2023. The workshop required the attendance of all faculty and staff and this report includes the results of a post-workshop questionnaire. In 2023, drawing on the content of workshops from the past two years and feedback from participants, we revised the workshop’s content and discussed collaboration between internal and external organizations in supporting students with disabilities. While the results of the web-based questionnaire survey may not fully reflect the university’s overall situation, the workshop has proven beneficial in raising awareness of disabilities among faculty and staff not regularly interacting with students. It highlighted that the workshops have enhanced many faculty members’ understanding of key concepts such as “reasonable accommodation.” It also pointed out the necessity of providing information through specific examples to foster organizational collaboration both within and outside the university. Moreover, Sapporo Gakuin University has established a consultation system for faculty members to support students with disabilities, centered around the department dedicated to disabled students’ support, and many faculty members can envisage a place for consultation and collaboration. The response to participating in workshops on supporting students with disabilities was overwhelmingly positive, suggesting that the university should continue to employ various methods to promote disability understanding among all faculty and staff in the future.Bulletinファカルティ・ディベロプメントFaculty Development調査報告departmental bulletin pape
