Current Status of Therapy Dog Introduction to Overseas University Campuses: Future Possibilities
Get PDFセラピードッグという言葉はすでにわが国に定着した感があり，近年では，いくつかの団体が，大学キャンパスへ訓練済みのペットを伴って訪れ，学生や教職員に動物とのふれあいを提供する機会が見られるようになった．本学も2017年からセラピードッグとのふれ合い企画を定期的に行っている．しかしながら，日本と比べて，海外の大学キャンパスではセラピードッグを積極的に活用していることが多く，学生のストレス軽減を狙って，試験前などキャンパス内にセラピードッグを導入するところも増えている．更に，海外の大学の図書館やカウンセリングルームにセラピードッグが在駐していることもあり，学生はセラピードッグに触れて，一緒に同じ空間で過ごすことで，不安や緊張した気持ちを和らげ，心の安らぎや意欲を高める等様々な効果が発表されている．本稿は，海外の大学キャンパスでのセラピードッグ普及活動や研究について紹介し，これからの国内の大学キャンパスおけるセラピードッグ導入と可能性について考察したい．The term “therapy dog” appears to have taken root in Japan. Several organizations have visited university campuses with trained pets in recent years, providing opportunities for students and faculty members to interact with the animals. Our university has also been holding regular programs to interact with therapy dogs since 2017. Many overseas university campuses have been using therapy dogs more actively than in Japan, with an increasing number of schools introducing therapy dogs to campuses to alleviate stress among students before examinations and other stressful events. Moreover, therapy dogs are sometimes stationed in overseas university libraries and counseling rooms. Research has shown that students can enjoy various beneficial effects by interacting and spending time together in the same space with therapy dogs, such as relieving anxiety and tension and bringing out peace and motivation. Get PDF本論文は，ハイデガーの『存在と時間』の「歴史」と「歴史性」にかんする議論を批判的に検討する。「歴史」と「歴史性」にかんする彼の議論はいくつかの点で重要な意味をもつ。彼が「現存在」と名付けた人間存在の分析は，日常性と平均性の中へと「頽落」した「非本来的な現存在」から「死への先駆的決意性」に目覚めた「本来的現存在」の提示でひとつの頂点に達するが，そうした「本来的現存在」は事実上「歴史的実存」として存在するからである。こうした「歴史的実存」として「現存在」はおのれの「歴史」をもつ。だが，その具体的な様相は，この「現存在」が「死」を覚悟しながらおのれの時代的状況への参入を「決意」し，「将来」を展望しながらかつての伝統を「伝承」「反復」し，「共同体」と「民族」へと連帯しながらこれに与えられる「運命」と「共同運命」を掴み取ることのうちにある。こうした「現存在」の「歴史」の描き方は，「現存在」を取り巻く社会的諸条件をほとんど捨象するきわめて主観主義的な歴史観であり，「現存在」と「運命」の送り手である「存在」との閉ざされた疑似宗教的な関係に「現存在」を閉じ込めるものであるように思われる。また，ハイデガーの「歴史」と「歴史性」の議論こそは，彼をして6年後にナチズムへと関与させる思想的基盤となった。本論では，ハイデガーの歴史観の問題点を剔抉するとともに，彼のナチズム関与の誘因についての分析を行いたい。This paper critically analyzes Heidegger’s discussion of ‘history’ and ‘historicality’ in Being and Time. His discussion of ‘history’ and ‘historicality’ holds significance in several respects. His analysis of human existence, which he called ‘Dasein’ (German: ‘being-there’), reaches its peak with the presentation of ‘authentic being-there’, which has awakened to ‘anticipatory resoluteness toward death’ from ‘inauthentic being-there’, which has ‘deteriorated’ into everydayness and averageness. This is because such ‘authentic beingthere’ exists as ‘historical existence’ in practice. As such a ‘historical existence’, ‘beingthere’ has its own ‘history’. However, its concrete mode lies in the idea that this ‘beingthere’ ‘decides’ to enter its own historical situation while being ready for its ‘death’, ‘succeeds’ and ‘repeats’ the traditions of the past while contemplating the ‘future’, and seizes the ‘fate’ and ‘destiny’ given to it in solidarity with the ‘community’ and the ‘people’. This way of depicting the ‘history’ of ‘being-there’ is an extremely subjectivistic view of history that almost completely excludes the societal conditions surrounding ‘being-there’ and that seems to confine ‘being-there’ to a closed, pseudo-religious relationship between ‘being-there’ and ‘being’, the deliverer of ‘fate’. Moreover, it was Heidegger’s discussion of ‘history’ and ‘historicality’ that formed the ideological foundation that led him to become involved in Nazism six years later.
