    Penerapan Prototyping dalam Perancangan Sistem Informasi Presensi Kepegawaian (Studi Kasus Pengelolaan Kehadiran Pegawai)

    The rapid development of information technology encourages educational institutions to manage employee administration more effectively, particularly in recording staff attendance, which serves as a basis for evaluating discipline and performance. The manual attendance process that relies on physical logbooks and Excel-based recapitulation often leads to delays, input errors, and potential data loss. This study aims to design a web-based employee attendance information system as a more structured, accurate, and accessible solution. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach, which includes preliminary studies, data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, as well as needs analysis to formulate a system design that aligns with the school’s operational conditions. The system design was developed using the Prototyping method, while process modeling and functional requirements were documented using UML as the basis for constructing the system workflow. The results of this study produce a system design that supports real-time attendance recording, integrates location validation and photo documentation, and provides automatically generated reports that can be printed or exported. This research contributes by offering a digital attendance system model that is more efficient, accurate, and adaptive to modern administrative needs, with the potential to improve the effectiveness of employee attendance management

    Rancang Bangun Sistem Pematangan Buah Pisang Berbasis Internet Of Things (IOT)

    The agricultural sector plays an important role in meeting the national food needs, particularly in the production of fruit. However, the storage and marinating of agricultural products still traditionally uses chemicals which may impair crop quality and pose risks to health and the environment. The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies offers more secure, efficient and controlled solutions through automated and real-time monitoring systems. The aim of this research is to design and build an Internet of Things-based banana ripening system capable of improving the safety, efficiency and quality of the ripening process. The research method used shall be an experimental method, testing all components of the system. The system is built on a microcontroller ESP32-CAM, a colour sensor for the detection of ripeness based on colour intensity, a DHT22 sensor for monitoring water temperature and humidity, a vibrating alarm for the environmental conditions and a Telegram application for real-time notifications. The test results showed that the colour sensor could distinguish between the condition of immature and mature fruit, indicating the inactive warning when green and active warning when yellow, and the notification sent to the user. The DHT22 sensor registers the average temperature and humidity between 27.50 and 33.20 degrees Celsius and if it exceeds this value, the cooling system is activated and a warning is sent. If network conditions are slow, there are delays in the delivery of notifications of around ±2-5 seconds. In conclusion, the developed maturity system, which is based on the Internet of Things, is capable of working automatically, securely and efficiently to monitor and control the maturity process in real time, with the potential to improve the quality and the value of agricultural products

    Penerapan Latihan Skipping dan Jump Squat Terhadap Kualitas Jumping Smash Bola Voli

    The problem of low quality jumping smashes among volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 2 Gringsing, characterized by weak hits and suboptimal movement coordination, prompted this study. The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the effectiveness of skipping exercises and jump squats in improving the quality of jumping smashes. The method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest two-group design. The sample consisted of 30 students who were randomly divided into the Skipping group (n=15) and the Jump Squat group (n=15), following 12 training sessions with a predetermined protocol. Data were collected using a valid and reliable jumping smash assessment rubric (α ≥ 0.70). Statistical analysis results showed that although both groups experienced improvement, skipping training produced a significantly higher average gain score (52.20) than Jump Squat (36.27) with a p-value of 0.032 and an effect size of d=0.83 (large category). The study concluded that Skipping training was more effective than Jump Squat in improving jumping smash quality, presumably due to the complexity of the neuromuscular stimulus and the resulting improvement in movement coordination. These findings can be considered in the development of training programs for beginner students

    Pengaruh Latihan Cirquit Circle Passing Drill Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Passing Pemain Academy U10-U12

    This study aims to analyze the effect of circuit circle passing drills on improving inner foot passing skills in U10–U12 youth academy players. The main problem in coaching basic techniques at an early age is low accuracy, consistency, and situational understanding when passing. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The research population consists of all U10–U12 young star academy players, and the sample consists of 15 players selected through total sampling. Data collection instruments included a passing accuracy test (score range 0-10) and a technique observation sheet with five assessment indicators. Data analysis was performed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the paired sample t-test to determine the difference in ability before and after treatment. The core training consisted of a circuit circle passing drill at three stations, followed by a cool-down. The results showed a significant improvement in passing ability, marked by an increase in the average score from 8.07 (pretest) to 11.67 (posttest) with a significance value of < 0.001. The conclusion of this study confirms that the circuit circle passing drill method is effective in improving the inside foot passing skills of young players, so it can be recommended as an alternative training model in basic soccer technique coaching.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan Circuit Circle Passing Drill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing kaki bagian dalam pada pemain Academy Bintang Muda U10–U12. Permasalahan utama dalam pembinaan teknik dasar pada usia dini adalah rendahnya akurasi, konsistensi, dan pemahaman situasional saat melakukan passing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe one-group pretest–posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pemain Academy Bintang Muda U10–U12, dan sampel berjumlah 15 pemain yang dipilih secara total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi tes akurasi passing (rentang skor 0–10) dan lembar observasi teknik dengan lima indikator penilaian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk dan uji paired sample t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Intervensi dilaksanakan selama enam minggu dengan frekuensi satu kali per minggu, mencakup pemanasan, latihan inti Circuit Circle Passing Drill pada tiga stasiun, serta pendinginan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan passing, ditandai dengan kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari 8,07 (pretest) menjadi 11,67 (posttest) dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa metode Circuit Circle Passing Drill efektif meningkatkan keterampilan passing kaki bagian dalam pemain usia dini, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan sebagai model latihan alternatif dalam pembinaan teknik dasar sepak bola

    Pengaruh Media Botolsis Smash terhadap Teknik Smash Forehand dan Backhand Tenis Meja Siswa SMP

    Mastering forehand and backhand smash techniques in table tennis remains a challenge for junior high school students, mainly due to the limited availability of learning media that is interesting, simple, and supports repetitive practice. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the innovative Botolsis Smash learning media, which utilizes used bottles and height-adjustable tripods, in improving students' forehand and backhand smash skills in table tennis. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 30 eighth-grade students from SMPN 1 Sumberrejo as research subjects. Data were obtained through a smash skill test that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed statistically using a paired sample t-test using SPSS version 30. The results showed a significant increase in backhand smash (p < 0.001) and forehand smash (p < 0.001) skills, with higher posttest scores compared to pretest scores. The conclusion of this study indicates that the Botolsis Smash is effective as a contextual, economical, and applicable training tool in improving basic table tennis techniques, thus serving as an alternative teaching medium for physical education in schools.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif Botolsis Smash dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama dalam teknik smash forehand dan backhand tenis meja. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Ini dilakukan dengan mendesain pre-eksperimen satu kelompok pre-test-post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih subjek penelitian, yang terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Sumberrejo. Instrument penelitian adalah keterampilan smash forehand dan backhand tenis meja yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan metode test-retest. Percobaan dilakukan selama enam pertemuan dengan menggunakan media Botolsis Smash sebagai sarana utama latihan pembelajaran. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial melalui uji normalitas dan uji paired sample t-test. Ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memperoleh kemampuan smash forehand dan backhand yang lebih baik setelah mendapatkan perawatan. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan smash forehand dan backhand meningkat secara signifikan, dan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah perawatan (p < 0,05). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media Botolsis Smash membantu pembelajaran teknik smash dengan baik karena membuat latihan lebih sederhana tetapi tetap mempertahankan gerak teknik tenis meja. Secara keseluruhan, media ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media PJOK yang kreatif, kontekstual, dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik peserta didik, khususnya dalam pembelajaran tenis meja di lingkungan sekolah

    The underhand passing skills of elementary school students are still relatively low, partly due to the use of learning media that are not suited to the motor and psychological characteristics of the students. This study aims to examine the effect of using sponge balls on improving underhand passing skills in volleyball. The study used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 20 fifth and sixth grade students from SDN Wadang III as samples selected through purposive sampling. The intervention was carried out through structured training using sponge balls in several learning sessions. Data were collected through an underhand passing skill test that had been tested for content validity and reliability (test-retest r = 0.819), then analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro–Wilk normality test, and a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant improvement in students' underhand passing skills, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 3.90 to 8.05, a shift in the distribution of skill categories toward better performance, and a significant t-test result (p < 0.001). The study concluded that sponge balls are an effective medium for improving elementary school students' underhand passing skills in volleyball. Its lightweight, soft, safe, and easy-to-control nature reduces fear, increases confidence, and facilitates more optimal learning of basic techniques.Studi ini terinspirasi oleh rendahnya kemampuan passing bawah bola voli siswa sekolah dasar, yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan penguasaan teknik dasar serta penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan motorik peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media bola spons terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing bawah bola voli siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest, melibatkan 20 siswa kelas V dan VI sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen pengukuran menggunakan tes keterampilan passing bawah yang diadaptasi dari Nurhasan (2000), sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk, dan uji t sampel berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan passing bawah siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan, yang ditandai dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata, pergeseran kategori kemampuan ke tingkat yang lebih baik, serta hasil uji t yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan media bola spons efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas keterampilan passing bawah siswa karena lebih aman, ringan, dan mudah dikendalikan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada desain penelitian tanpa kelompok kontrol, durasi perlakuan yang relatif singkat, serta keterbatasan jumlah dan cakupan sampel. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan desain eksperimen yang lebih kuat, memperpanjang waktu intervensi, serta melibatkan sampel yang lebih luas agar diperoleh hasil yang lebih komprehensif dan dapat digeneralisasikan.&nbsp

    Studi Perkembangan Motorik Kasar Siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan Swasta di Kota Bandung

    This study was motivated by the importance of gross motor development as the foundation for physical activity in elementary school students, but it was suspected that there were differences in the quality of these abilities between public and private school students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in gross motor skills between third-grade students in public and private elementary schools in Bandung. The method used was descriptive comparative with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 38 students selected purposively, divided into 19 students from public schools and 19 from private schools. Data collection used the Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) test instrument, which measures locomotor and object control aspects. Data analysis was performed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the independent sample t-test for normal data, and the Mann-Whitney test for non-normal data. The results showed that there was a significant difference in gross motor skills between the two groups. Private school students had better abilities in locomotor aspects (M=10.58 vs 8.68; p=0.006) and object control (p=0.018). The conclusion of the study indicates that PJOK learning factors, school environment, and availability of supporting facilities influence students' gross motor development.Perbedaan kemampuan motorik kasar siswa kelas III adalah subjek penelitian yang dilakukan di dua sekolah yang berbeda yaitu pada sekolah dasar negeri dan swasta di Kota bandung. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif komparatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 siswa sekolah dasar swasta dan 180 siswa pada seklah dasar negeri. Penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang jumlah sampel 38 siswa dengan rincian 19 siswa dari sekolah negeri dan 19 siswa dari sekolah swasta. Tes Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) adalah instrumen dan petunjuk tes yang digunakan. Perhitungan dilakukan menggunakan tabel norma TGMD-2. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu perhitungan berdasarkan tabel norma TGMD-2, analisis persentase dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik kasar siswa kelas III sekolah sasar swasta lebih baik dibandingkan siswa sekolah dasar negeri, baik pada aspek lokomotor maupun objek control. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan perkembangan motorik kasar antarjenis sekolah yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor pembelajaran PJOK, lingkungan sekolah, dan ketersediaan sarana pendukung, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang lebih merata.     Development of a Module for the Preparation of Multiculturalism-Integrated History Teaching Materials Based on Historical Empathy for History Education Students

    This study aims to develop a module on preparing multiculturalism-integrated history teaching materials based on historical empathy for History Education students. The development employed the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects involved 10 students in a small-scale trial and 26 students in implementation trial. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, and student learning outcome tests. The results showed that the developed module received a material expert validation score of 88.88% (very feasible category) and a media expert validation score of 84.88% (very feasible category). The small-scale trial indicated an improvement in student learning outcomes, with average scores increasing from 59.5 to 77.5, achieving an N-Gain of 0.45 (medium category). Meanwhile, the large-scale field trial showed an increase from 65.19 to 87.69, with an N-Gain of 0.51 (medium to high category). The module was declared effective and practical in enhancing students' ability to develop history teaching materials that integrate multiculturalism and historical empathy. This product is expected to be used as an alternative self-study material in higher education history courses to foster national and humanitarian awareness

    Athletics education, especially in relay running at Santa Theresia Junior High School, faces problems of low student interest and technical mastery. This condition is caused by monotonous teaching methods that lack interaction and cooperation among students. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in improving the relay running skills of eighth-grade students. This study used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 46 students selected through total sampling. Data were collected through relay running skill tests in the pretest and posttest phases, then analyzed using a paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in the average score, from 47.61 to 81.74, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings indicate that the application of the TGT model effectively improves mastery of basic techniques, speed, and coordination in relay running. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the TGT type of cooperative learning model has a positive and significant effect on students' relay running abilities, while also increasing active involvement, teamwork, and learning motivation in the Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning process.Pembelajaran atletik, khususnya pada materi lari estafet di SMP Santa Theresia, masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya minat dan kemampuan siswa. Banyak siswa belum menguasai teknik dasar serta kurang termotivasi karena metode pembelajaran yang monoton. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan model pembelajaran yang menarik, interaktif, dan mendorong kerja sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap kemampuan lari estafet siswa kelas VIII SMP Santa Theresia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest dan melibatkan 46 siswa melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan lari estafet dan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan program SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 47,61 menjadi 81,74 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model TGT berpengaruh signifikan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknik, kerja sama, serta partisipasi aktif siswa

    Pengembangan Modul Ajar Berdiferensiasi Berbasis Media Sosial untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Digital di SMAN 1 Selong

    This research aims to develop a differentiated teaching module based on social media that meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, in order to improve students' digital literacy skills in learning materials about conflict and violence in high school. This research uses a research and development (R&D) approach as the main method. Module development is carried out through systematic stages based on the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis stage includes the identification of learning needs. The design stage includes the preparation of module frameworks and flows, display design, reference selection, and evaluation instrument design. The development phase includes creation, validation by experts, and revision of modules. The implementation stage is in the form of module trials for students. Meanwhile, at the evaluation stage, the aim is to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching module as a result of the trial. The quality of teaching modules is measured based on three main aspects, namely validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The feasibility of this module was obtained through the evaluation of learning and material planner experts, with a score of 75%, the assessment of media and learning technology experts of 95%, and the results of linguist assessments of 91%. The teaching module was also declared practical based on user feedback by teachers and students by 92%. Based on the results of interviews with teachers and students, as well as referring to the results of post-tests and performance, this teaching module was declared effective in improving students' digital literacy skills in conflict and violence materials. Thus, it can be concluded that the social-media-based differentiated teaching module developed is valid, practical, and effective
