    Berbicara merupakan salah satu aspek dari keterampilan berbahasa. Sebagai salah satu aspek keterampilan berbahasa maka dalam pembelajarannya tidak bisa dilepaskan dari ketiga keterampilan berbahasa lainnya. Salah satu strategi yang bisa dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran berbicara yaitu strategi 3M (Meniru, Menulis, dan Menampilkan). Dalam strategi ini, siswa pada permulaan pembelajaran diberi contoh topik wawancara untuk ditiru, kemudian siswa menulis sendiri bahan yang hendak dijadikan topik wawancara, dan selanjutnya siswa menampilkan topik wawancara yang sudah ditulis itu di depan siswa lainnya

    Penelitian Organisasi dan Hubungan Kerja Nelayan Tanjung Luar Lombok Timur (Suatu Kajian Antropologi). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui organisasi dan hubungan kerja nelayan, mengetahui system perekrutan anggota atau anak buah nelayan, mengetahui bentuk dan sifat hubungan kerja nelayan yang ada serta untuk mengetahui system pengupahan nelayan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian tersebut ditentukan secara purposive menurut pokok permasalahan penelitian yang dirumuskan. Data kualitatif akan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam (In-depth Interview) dan pengamatan terlibat (Observation participation). Dalam penelitian ini pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan secara bersamaan dalam sebuah proses yang dilakukan secara terus menerus sejak pengumpulan data dilakukan khususnya dalam proses pengorganisasian, pemilihan dan kategorisasi antara data dalam bentuk uraian naratif atau thick description. Komunitas nelayan Lungkak merupakan komunitas nelayan yang  bertipe penagkap dan pemburu ikan. Mereka menggunakan strategi ini untuk mendapatkan hasil ikan yang lebih banyak. Tipe ini merupakan tipe konvensional dari masyarakat nelayan pada umumnya. Nelayan Lungkak menggunakan berbagai system teknologi dalam menangkap dan berburu ikan. Seperti menggunakan berbagai jenis dan tipe perahu dan alat  tangkap. Dengan tipe nelayan penangkap dan pemburu ikan ini komunitas nelayan Lungkak  menciptakan organisasi dan hubungan kerja nelayan yang tangguh untuk memanfaatkan sumberdaya perikanan laut. Organisasi sosial tradisional yang terdapat pada nelayan Lungkak hamper sama dengan komunitas nelayan yang ada di Indonesia yaitu mengenal konsep patrin client. Pada komunitas nelayan  Lungkak dikenal Ponggawe (bos) dan Sabi (anak buah/tenaga kerja). Selain itu terdapat pula pembagian tugas antara juragan/bos dan anak buah. Pembagian tugas ini mulai dari sebelum melaut atau masa persiapan, pelaksanaan aktivitas penangkapan ikan serta aktivitas setalah pulang dari laut. Pada komunitas nelayan Lungkak seorang punggawe biasanya merekrut seorang sabi karena faktor keluarga. Seorang punggawe merekrut sanak keluarganya sendiri sebagai sabi. Sistem bagi hasil pada masyarakat nelayan Lungkak Tanjung Luar biasa juga disebut dengan sadoh. Sadoh merupakan merupakan aturan penghitungan bagi hasil setiap nelayan sehabis melaut. Kata Kunci: Organisasi Sosial, Hubungan Kerja, Patron-Clien

    PERAN KELOMPOK KERJA GURU (KKG) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONAL GURU SAINS SEKOLAH DASAR KECAMATAN SURALAGA

    This study aims to describe roles of Teacher Work Group (TWG) as an organization to develop teachers’ professionalism, and its roles to improve science teachers’ professionalism. This study was a descriptive qualitative study. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documents. The data trustworthiness in this study was established by using several steps including careful observations, triangulation, referential adequacy, and consultations with supervisors. The findings in this study reveal that TWG as an organization to develop teachers’ professionalism conducts a meeting once a week and the majority of the participants attend it in accordance with the schedule set before. In playing its roles, TWG actively takes part in responding to the problems that teachers face in Cluster 3 and the participants take an active part in joining the activities and in solving a variety of learning problems that they face. Besides, the roles of TWG in improving science teachers’ professionalism in Cluster 3, the main focus in the TWG activities, are on the aspects directly related to the learning quality improvement such as understanding of the curriculum, mastery of materials, use of instructional media, and use of evaluation methods and techniques. Meanwhile, aspects related to the development of teachers’ personality such as discipline in general and commitment to work do not become the main focus in the TWG activities. Keywords: Roles of Teacher Work Grou

    In binary logistic regression  problem it is common for the two classes to be imbalanced. One case is very rare compared to the other. This paper focus on determining Maximum Likelihood Estimator  on univariate logistic regression for  infinitely unbalanced data response. By finding  the differential of  log-likelihood equation that is resulted, its maximum depend on points    given   through their average  .  Thus we can substitute each  given    with    or substituting all    given     with one   .  If we use    normal distribution for   given     then the slope   can be determined by simple formula   where   and    each an average and variance  for which  .Keywords : Logistic Regression,  MLE,  Infinitely Unbalanced Data Respons

    Domination of gender has occurred in jobs and the ather things in society, in wich these is because of cultural and religion effect (Islam). The same phenomena appear is East Lombok Society, that is patriarchy   and religius. Some last decades domination circumstances (problems) want to be decreased by feminisms through structural approaches. However, those approaches are not so successful, in consequentit is offered the other approaches, that is functional approaches. In East Lombok it is developed IDT Program through group approaches. It will be approved  through this program wether the functional approach in more effect in reducing men domination beyond woman, wich it can be observed participating womwn in IDT Program

    PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN SEKOLAH DASAR DI PERIGI KECAMATAN SUELA LOTIM NTB

    This study aimed to investigate the: (1) forms of community participation in administering elementary school at Perigi, (2) strategies to increase the community participation in administering elementary school at Perigi, and (3) obstacles of community participation in administering elementary school at Perigi. This study is an empirical study using a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of research was determined using the purposive sampling method. Data collected through observation, interview, documentation, and were analyzed using the Interactive Model techniques from Miles and Huberman. Subject In this study, school principals, heads of school committees, young people, and community. The result of analysis shows that: (1) the people at Perigi only participated when they were asked to share work in building school facilities, but they are not involved in planning, conducting, and evaluating. (2) school principals, together with the heads of school committees, come to the community only when some students are absent from school, but no efforts or strategies conducted by the school and local government to increase the community participation in other ways, (3) The obstacles for community participation in running elementary education at Perigi are the low level of educational background of the community, the low level of people’s income, and the culture.Keywords: community participation, primary school, Lombok Timu
