    Role of Sports Injuries Rehabilitation Weight Lift and Impact of Enkephalin Levels to Reduce Low Back Pain

    Low back pain is a common injury among weightlifters, often affecting their athletic performance and training capacity. This study aimed to investigate the effect of rehabilitation programs on alleviating low back pain by measuring enkephalin levels, a biological compound with analgesic properties. This study relied on an experimental approach to test the effect of sports rehabilitation programs on low back pain in weightlifters. This was achieved by assessing blood enkephalin levels, lumbar muscle strength, and pain levels before and after implementing the rehabilitation programs. The analysis was assisted using SPSS version 26. The results showed that rehabilitation of weightlifting injuries and the impact of enkephalin levels had a significant effect in reducing lower back pain (p < 0.000). The outcomes indicated a tremendous impact of rehabilitation on enhancing muscle electricity and lowering ache, with enkephalin levels having a massive impact on ache comfort and growing performance. Conclusion, the rehabilitation program implemented as a treatment plan for chronic low back pain in weightlifters, especially those with mechanical injuries, is effective

    This study aims to determine students' interest in using interactive media in PJOK learning and teachers' opinions about the use of interactive media. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study were teachers and 4th grade students of three elementary schools in South Banjarbaru District, The sample of this study consisted of 5 instructors and 94 students. The tool used was a questionnaire, and data was collected using a purposive sampling strategy. This study measured teachers' and students' responses to the interactive media using a questionnaire sheet with a 5-point Likert scale. The results of research on student interest in interactive media in the category strongly agree indicators of knowledge, category agree indicators of pleasure, interest, understanding, enthusiasm, activeness, help, ease, no difficulty, category less agree indicators less happy. The results of research on teacher responses to interactive media in the category strongly agree indicators of pleasure, and interest, category agree indicators of help, ease, enthusiasm, support, application, motivation, category disagree indicators of difficulty, category strongly disagree indicators of not interested. The knowledge indicator occupies a strongly agreed category of 47.87%, indicating that interactive media contributes to increasing student insight. Other indicators such as understanding 48.94%, interest 43.62%, convenience 42.55%, enthusiasm 36,Abstract This study aims to determine students' interest in using interactive media in PJOK learning and teachers' opinions on the use of interactive media. The results of the study of student interest in interactive media, the strongly agree category is an indicator of knowledge, the agree category is an indicator of pleasure, interest, understanding, enthusiasm, activeness, helping, ease, no difficulty, the less agree category is an indicator of less pleasure. The results of the study of teacher responses to interactive media, the strongly agree category is an indicator of pleasure, and interest, the agree category is an indicator of helping, ease, enthusiasm, support, implementation, motivation, the less agree category is an indicator of difficulty, the strongly disagree category is an indicator of not interested. In conclusion, interactive media can increase interest, and the dominant response is to agree to interactive media learning.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat siswa dalam menggunakan media interaktif dalam pembelajaran PJOK serta pendapat guru tentang penggunaan media interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menunjukkan hasil penggunaan media interaktif kepada instruktur dan siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas empat SD di tiga sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Banjarbaru Selatan, yaitu SDN 1 Guntung Paikat, SDN 2 Sungai Besar, dan SDN 3 Sungai Besar. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari lima instruktur dan sembilan puluh empat siswa SD di Kabupaten Banjarbaru Selatan. Alat yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan strategi sampel purposive. Penelitian ini mengukur respons guru dan siswa terhadap media interaktif menggunakan lembar kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Data dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan rumus persentase untuk mengetahui kategori sangat setuju, setuju, cukup setuju, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju terhadap media interaktif Hasil penenelitian terhadap minat siswa terhadap media interaktif kategori sangat setuju indikatornya pengetahuan, kategori setuju indikator kesenangan, ketertarikan, pemahaman, antusias, keaktifan, membantu, kemudahan, tidak ada kesulitan, kategori kurang setuju indikatornya kurang senang. Hasil penelitian terhadap respon guru terhadap media interaktif kategori sangat setuju indikatornya kesenangan, dan ketertarikan, kategori setuju indikatornya membantu, kemudahan, antusias, mendukung, penerapan, motivasi, kategori kurang setuju indikatornya Kesulitan, kategori sangat tidak setuju indikatornya tidak tertarik.     Analysis of Anthropometric Factors and Physical Conditions Determining Feeder Skills in Sepaktakraw

    This study aims to analyze the anthropometric factors of physical conditions that have a dominant influence on the feeder's ability in sepaktakraw. This study applies a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Associative research aims to identify the relationship or influence between two or more variables. In this study, two types of statistical analysis were used, namely simple correlation tests and multiple linear regression tests. The research sample was taken using a purposive random sampling technique of 15 athletes. Data were collected through anthropometric tests, physical condition tests, and feeder tests in sepaktakraw sports. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variables that do not significantly affect feeder skills with the partial test method (t-test) are height 0.858, body mass index 0.087, leg length 0.558, aerobic endurance 0.147. Thus, in this study the anthropometric factors that have a dominant influence on sepaktakraw feeder skills are the length of the sole of the foot, while the physical condition factor that has a dominant influence on sepaktakraw feeder skills is agility. This finding is expected to enable Central Java sepak takraw coaches to pay attention to the anthropometric components and physical conditions that have a dominant influence on improving sepak takraw performance.Penelitian ini guna untuk menganalisis faktor antropometri kondisi fisik yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kemampuan feeder dalam permainan sepaktakraw. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian asosiatif bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan atau pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan dua jenis analisis statistik, yaitu uji korelasi sederhana dan uji regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive random sampling sebanyak 15 atlet. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes antropometri, tes kondisi fisik, serta tes feeder dalam olahraga sepaktakraw. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan feeder dengan metode uji parsial (uji t) adalah tinggi badan 0.858, indeks massa tubuh 0.087, panjang tungkai 0.558, daya tahan aerobik 0.147. Dengan demikian dalam penelitian ini faktor antropometri yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keterampilan feeder sepaktakraw yaitu Panjang telapak kaki, sedangkan faktor kondisi fisik yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keterampilan feeder sepaktakraw yaitu kelincahan. Temuan ini diharapkan pelatih sepaktakraw Jawa Tengah dapat memperhatikan unsur komponen antropometri dan kondisi fisik yang berpengaruh dominan pada peningkatan prestasi sepaktakraw.   Kata Kunci: Antropometri, Kondisi Fisik, Feeder Sepaktakra

    Minat dan Motivasi Siswa Dalam Mengikuti Permainan Bulu Tangkis Di MTS As’Adiyah Belawa Baru

    This study was motivated by the low enthusiasm and participation of students in badminton lessons at MTs As'adiyah Belawa Baru, which was thought to be influenced by suboptimal interest and motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of student interest and motivation descriptively and quantitatively. The method used was a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population and sample consisted of 41 eighth-grade students, selected using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that students' interest in badminton is in the “fairly good” category (31.70%), but surprisingly, the proportion of students with “very low” interest is also very high (29.27%). On the other hand, the level of student motivation is more positive, with 63.41% of respondents in the ‘good’ and “fairly good” categories. The conclusion of this study is that there is an imbalance between interest and motivation, where student participation is driven more by extrinsic motivation (such as teacher encouragement and academic demands) than intrinsic interest. The implication is that teachers need to design more varied and enjoyable learning strategies to convert this external motivation into sustained interest.This study aims to analyze the level of students’ interest and motivation in participating in badminton games at MTs As’adiyah Belawa Baru. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all eighth-grade students, totaling 41 individuals, who were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, using instruments that had been tested for validity and reliability through Pearson Product Moment and Cronbach’s Alpha analysis using SPSS. The results show that students’ interest in badminton falls into the “fairly good” category (31.70%), although a significant proportion is categorized as “very poor” (29.27%). Meanwhile, the students' motivation levels are more dominantly in the “good” and “fairly good” categories. Factors such as personal interest, active engagement, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, as well as environmental support, play a role in shaping students’ interest and motivation. In conclusion, although some students show fairly high enthusiasm for badminton, there remains a group with low interest and motivation that requires further attention. This study has implications for physical education teachers and school administrators in designing more engaging and supportive learning strategies to enhance students’ active participation in badminton sport

    Pengaruh PENGARUH INTERVAL TRAINING DALAM MENINGKATKAN VO2MAX PADA ATLET REMAJA PENCAK SILAT DIPERGURUAN NURHATI HST

    The main problem is low vo₂max capacity, which causes early fatigue and a significant decline in performance at the end of the game, thereby impacting achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of interval training on increasing the vo₂max of these adolescent athletes. The method used was an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research population consisted of 24 athletes, with a sample of 10 adolescent athletes selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used to measure vo₂max was the multistage fitness test or bleep test. Data analysis techniques included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample t-tests. The results showed an average increase in vo₂max of 3.16 mL/kg/minute, from 36.95 mL/kg/minute (fair/poor category) to 40.11 mL/kg/minute (fair/good category), with a t-test significance value of less than 0.08. The discussion confirmed that interval training for 16 sessions effectively stimulated an increase in the efficiency of the oxygen transport system and cardiorespiratory endurance in adolescents. The conclusion of the study proved that interval training has a significant and effective influence on increasing vo₂max, so it can be integrated into physical training programs to improve the stamina and competitive performance of adolescent pencak silat athletes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interval training terhadap peningkatan VO₂Max pada atlet remaja pencak silat di Perguruan Nurhati Kabupaten HST. Salah satu elemen kunci dari performa pencak silat adalah (VO₂Max), khususnya dalam kategori kompetitif di mana pemain harus memiliki kecakapan fisik puncak sepanjang pertarungan. Dengan populasi 24 orang dan sampel 10 atlet remaja yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan Desain Pra-Tes-Pasca Satu Kelompok. Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) adalah alat yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data, menerapkan metode kuantitatif untuk penelitian ini. Itu diadakan dari tanggal 25 April hingga 25 Mei 2025, di MTSN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah. Rata-rata VO₂Max meningkat rata-rata 3,16 mililiter per kilogram menit dari 36,95 mililiter per kilogram menit dalam pra-tes menjadi 40,11 mililiter per kilogram menit dalam pasca-tes. Sebelum dan sesudah interval latihan terapi, perbedaan yang signifikan, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi uji statistik uji terdapat t sampel berpasangan yang kurang dari 0,08. Oleh karena itu, latihan interval terbukti berhasil meningkatkan VO₂Max atlet pencak silat remaja pencak silat di Perguruan Nurhati Kabupaten HST. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar atau acuan dalam menyusun program latihan fisik, khususnya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan atlet.     KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN GROBOGAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI ATLET CABOR SEPAK BOLA

    This study was motivated by the low performance of soccer athletes at the regional level, despite the sport having a very large fan base. The study aims to analyze the policies of the Grobogan Regency Government in its efforts to improve the performance of soccer athletes. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the local government has a clear commitment and policy framework through the 2021-2026 Disporapar Strategic Plan, as well as supporting early age training through Soccer Schools (SSB) and the local Persipur club. However, the implementation of these policies still faces various obstacles, such as limited regional budgets (APBD), inadequate sports infrastructure, a lack of certified coaches, and weak coordination and synergy between relevant institutions. The conclusion of this study indicates that the policy direction is appropriate, but it is necessary to strengthen the implementation aspects in the form of more detailed technical regulations, improved quality of coaching human resources, sustainable funding, and a more integrated and collaborative long-term development strategy between the government, community, and private sector.This study aims to analyze the policy of the Grobogan Regency Government in enhancing the performance of football athletes. Football is one of the most popular sports in Indonesia and serves as a platform for character development and athletic achievement among youth. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the local government has established a policy framework through the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office (Disporapar) 2021–2026, and supports early talent development through local football schools (SSB) and clubs such as Persipur. However, the implementation faces several challenges, including limited regional budget, inadequate sports infrastructure, and a lack of certified coaches. Moreover, strategic partnerships with the private sector remain suboptimal. Thus, more specific technical regulations, improved human resources, and long-term sustainable strategies are needed to support football athlete development in the region

    Conventional training methods often fail to address these specific biomechanical aspects, resulting in suboptimal performance by athletes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of innovative training using Body Chest Rig Resistance Bands (BCRRB) on improving the speed of crescent kicks in 15-17-year-old pencak silat athletes. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. A total of 30 athletes were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group, which underwent 16 training sessions with BCRRB, and the control group, which underwent conventional training. Kicking speed ability was measured using a psychomotor test instrument. Statistical analysis results showed a significant average increase in the experimental group, namely 4.00 points (from 17.67 to 21.67). Meanwhile, the control group only experienced an increase of 2.74 points (from 16.53 to 19.27). The independent sample t-test confirmed a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). The conclusion of this study proves that training with BCRRB is significantly more effective in increasing kicking speed than conventional training.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas latihan menggunakan Body Chest Rig Resistance Band terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tendangan sabit pada atlet remaja cabang olahraga pencak silat. Tendangan sabit merupakan teknik penting yang membutuhkan kekuatan dan kecepatan spesifik, sehingga pelatihan yang sesuai dengan prinsip spesifisitas menjadi krusial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group, melibatkan 30 atlet pencak silat usia 15–17 tahun di Pontianak yang terdaptar di smp dan sma yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, kelompok eksperimen dan control. Kelompok eksperimen menjalani 16 sesi latihan menggunakan alat bantu Body Chest Rig Resistance Band, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengikuti latihan konvensional. Analisis data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui tes psikomotorik kemampuan tendangan sabit dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penembahan beban latihan dengan Body Chest Rig Resistance Band dengan tahapan pembebanan latihan yang disesuaikan dengan warna band dan beban tambahan, berdampak signifikan terhadap kecepatan tendangan pada atlet pelajar berusia 15-17 tahun. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata tes kemampuan tendangan  pada kelompok eksperimen meningkat dari 17,7 sebelum perlakuan, menjadi 21,7 setelah menerima model latihan kecepatan tendangan menggunakan body resistance band body chest rig resistence band . Temuan ini mendukung penggunaan alat bantu latihan spesifik dalam meningkatkan performa teknik atlet, serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan program latihan berbasis Body Chest Rig Resistance Band  pada cabang olahraga bela diri lainnya

    Analisis Peran Guru Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pendidikan Jasmani Di SDN 101 Salu Simbuang

    The main problem in this study is the low interest and participation of students in Physical Education at SDN 101 Salu Simbuang, which is characterized by the tendency of students to be passive and unenthusiastic during learning activities. This study aims to analyze the extent to which teachers contribute to increasing students' interest in learning PJOK subjects in rural elementary schools. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample consisted of 10 fifth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis used simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that the role of teachers contributed significantly by 62.3% (R² = 0.623) to students' interest in learning, with a positive regression coefficient of 0.789 and a significance value of 0.007 (< 0.05). The conclusion of the study confirms that the role of teachers has a strong and positive influence on students' interest in learning, especially in the context of PJOK learning in elementary schools with limited facilities.This study aims to analyze the teacher’s role in developing students’ learning interest in Physical Education at SDN 101 Salu Simbuang, Walenrang Barat District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with the subjects being 10 fifth-grade students from Walenrang Barat District, Luwu Regency. The method used is a survey method, with data collection carried out through questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using percentage distribution. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 2025. The results of the study conclude that there is a significant contribution of the teacher's role to students' interest in learning Physical Education at SDN 101 Salu Simbuang. This is evidenced by a contribution value of 62.3%, indicating that more than half of the variation in students’ learning interest is influenced by how the teacher performs their role. In other words, the better the teacher is at guiding, motivating, and creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere, the greater the students' interest in participating in Physical Education learning

    This study was motivated by the importance of understanding the relationship between physical condition and technical skills in early age soccer. The problem raised was the lack of clarity regarding the direct relationship between running speed and dribbling skills in young players at SSB Bhirawa Tirtoyudo. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant relationship between speed and soccer dribbling skills. The method used was quantitative correlational with a sample of 35 players selected purposively. The research instruments were a 30-meter running speed test and a standardized zig-zag dribbling test. The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation test after fulfilling the assumptions of normality and linearity. The results showed a strong and significant negative relationship between speed and dribbling skills (r = -0.726, p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.527 indicated that 52.7% of the variation in dribbling skills was influenced by speed. The conclusion of this study is that speed is a determining factor that greatly contributes to dribbling quality. Implicitly, coaches are advised to integrate speed training into dribbling skill development programs to optimize the holistic performance of young players.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kecepatan dan keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola pada pemain usia muda di SSB Bhirawa Tirtoyudo. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel terdiri dari 35 pemain yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes kecepatan lari 30 meter dan tes dribbling zig-zag. Hasil uji normalitas dan linieritas menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi asumsi analisis korelasi. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang kuat dan signifikan antara kecepatan dan keterampilan dribbling (r = -0.726, p < 0.001), dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,7%. Artinya, semakin cepat waktu tempuh pemain, semakin baik keterampilan dribbling yang ditunjukkan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kecepatan merupakan faktor penting yang harus dikembangkan secara paralel dengan keterampilan teknis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya integrasi antara latihan kecepatan dan dribbling dalam program pembinaan sepak bola usia muda untuk meningkatkan performa secara menyeluruh.     The low level of motor skills among elementary school children in Indonesia is a major concern, especially during the critical developmental phase of ages 7-8. This phenomenon is exacerbated by the increase in sedentary lifestyles due to technology and the lack of attractive, structured physical activities that are in line with child development principles. The implementation of existing kids athletics programs tends to be unsystematic and fails to accommodate the aspects of happiness and active participation. Therefore, this study aims to develop an effective, enjoyable, and structured kids athletics training model to improve the motor skills of 7-8-year-old children. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) by adopting the Borg and Gall model, involving 30 students from SDN 1 Sukoharjo 2 as research subjects. The development process includes the stages of needs analysis, product design, expert validation by three experts (learning, athletics, and coaching experts), and gradual field trials (small and large scale). The final model consists of six game activities divided into three categories of basic athletic movements: running (obstacle course and agility ladder), throwing (turbo throw and accuracy throw), and jumping (precision jump and agility ladder jump). Expert validation results showed a very high level of feasibility with an average score of 94.89%. Field trials on a small and large scale obtained feasibility percentages of 92.67% and 94.58%, respectively. Pretest-posttest results showed a significant improvement in students' motor skills, with the average score rising from 1.7 to 3.17. A dependent t-test confirmed a significant effect (t = 11.406 > t_table 2.042; p = 0.001 < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the developed kids athletics training model is proven to be effective, feasible, and enjoyable for improving the motor skills of 7-8-year-old children. This model not only successfully integrates child athletics pedagogical principles centered on students but also provides practical contributions as an innovative alternative in physical education learning in elementary schools.AbstrakFase anak usia dini merupakan periode kritis untuk menumbuhkan minat terhadap aktivitas fisik melalui pengalaman motorik yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan atletik anak untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik anak usia 7–8 tahun. Menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) berdasarkan model Borg dan Gall, penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 1 Sukoharjo 2, dengan melibatkan 30 siswa sebagai subjek uji. Model latihan ini mencakup enam aktivitas yang beragam dan menarik yang dirancang untuk menghindari kebosanan dan mendorong gerakan-gerakan dasar seperti berlari, melompat, dan melempar. Validasi ahli menunjukkan skor kelayakan yang tinggi (rata-rata 94,89%), dan uji coba lapangan mengonfirmasi penerapan praktisnya. Hasil pretes dan postes menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan motorik anak, dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 1,7 menjadi 3,17. Hasil uji-t (t = 11,406 > t tabel = 0,349) menunjukkan pengaruh model latihan yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap perkembangan motorik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model pelatihan atletik anak yang dikembangkan efektif, menyenangkan, dan dapat diterapkan dalam lingkungan pendidikan jasmani untuk mendukung perkembangan keterampilan motorik anak.Kata Kunci: Model Pelatihan, Atletik Anak, Keterampilan Motorik, Anak Sekolah Dasa
