Mentransformasi Pemilihan Sekolah: Integrasi Flask dan TOPSIS untuk Rekomendasi SMA yang berbasis Preferensi Individu
Get PDFThe selection of Senior High Schools (SMA) is often conducted subjectively without objective analysis, while previous studies on decision support systems (DSS) mostly used SAW or AHP methods with fixed weights, resulting in less adaptive recommendations. This study aims to develop and evaluate a web-based DSS integrating the TOPSIS method and Flask framework to provide SMA recommendations through customizable criteria weighting. The system was developed using the Waterfall model consisting of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. Six main criteria were used: distance, location, academic achievement, non-academic achievement, accreditation, and extracurricular activities. The developed system successfully generates automated and responsive school recommendations based on user preferences. The black-box testing confirmed that all main functions worked properly, while the Spearman correlation test yielded a value of 0.9758, indicating very high accuracy and strong consistency between system results and manual calculations. These findings demonstrate that applying adaptive weighting within the TOPSIS method enriches the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework by introducing a personalized decision-making approach. Practically, the system assists users in making educational choices that are more objective, transparent, and aligned with individual needs
Integrasi Sistem IoT untuk Pemantauan Cuaca Real-Time dan Prediksi Curah Hujan berbasis LSTM
Get PDFThe inaccuracy of non-real-time macro-regional weather forecasts creates an information gap for MSME actors in the agricultural sector who need updates on actual weather conditions at their business locations. This study aims to develop a real-time weather monitoring system based on ESP32 and an LSTM rainfall prediction model, the results of which can be accessed via a web interface by MSME actors such as farmers. The system was developed using an ESP32 microcontroller, DHT22 sensor, and Hall-effect 3144, with an LSTM model trained using historical BMKG data and field data. Our findings show that the system is capable of monitoring weather conditions in real time while generating microspatial rainfall predictions through full integration between IoT devices and the LSTM model. Test results show stable system performance with a transmission delay of 5 seconds, an initial fetch latency of 48 ms, and prediction performance RMSE of 17.05 mm, MAE of 12.40 mm, and F1-score of 0.175, which is adequate for detecting extreme rainfall intensity. These findings demonstrate the potential for developing an affordable, easily replicable, and adaptable microspatial weather forecasting system to support early warning systems or smart irrigation in agricultural areas

Get PDFPast investigate has recognized the components of career interest in becoming a public accountant independently without considering the directing impact of the principle of independence as one of the values of the Tamansiswa teachings. This study tests the hypothesis of the impact of financial rewards, professional training, perceptions of the public accounting profession on career interest in getting to be a public accountant and how the principle of independence moderates these factors. Study with a quantitative approach through purposive sampling method and a sample of accounting students at colleges that have a CPA Test Center within the DI Yogyakarta range then obtained 149 questionnaire respondents. Study information were analyzed with t-test, F test, coefficient determination test (R2) and moderated regression analysis (MRA). This study found that financial rewards, professional training and perceptions of the public accounting profession had a positive impact on career interest in getting to be a public accountant. The principle of independence as a mediator succeeds in moderating by strengthening the relationship between perceptions on career interest in becoming a public accountant, but cannot moderate the relationship between financial rewards and professional training on career interest in getting to be a public accountant

Get PDFThe digital transformation in the Islamic financial sector requires the development of more efficient, secure, and transparent payment systems. This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges of blockchain-based Islamic payment systems and proposes a conceptual framework for developing secure and sharia-compliant digital payment systems. Using a conceptual literature review method and qualitative content analysis of academic sources and regulatory documents, this study finds that blockchain can enhance the efficiency and transparency of Islamic payment systems but requires dual auditing (shariah and technical) and adaptive regulations. This article introduces the “Sharia-Compliant Blockchain Payment Framework”, an original model that integrates Islamic principles from the design stage of digital payment systems. This study represents one of the first conceptual efforts to propose a sharia-compliant blockchain-based payment system framework, contributing to the advancement of Islamic economic law in the digital era
Integrasi Geographic Information System dalam Smart-PPL: Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Absensi Mahasiswa Praktik Lapangan
Get PDFGeographic Information System (GIS) integration for real-time spatial monitoring of Field Experience Practices (PPL) in higher education is still rarely applied, so data collection, attendance, and supervision are still mostly manual and less efficient. This research aims to develop Smart-PPL, a GIS-based system with the Laravel framework, which maps the location of partner schools and location-based attendance to support real-time monitoring. The system was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method with an Agile approach, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Analysis was conducted through interviews and observations; design included Use Case Diagram, ERD, and UI/UX; implementation was integrated with Google Maps API and LeafletJS; testing included black box testing, validity testing by three experts, and practicality and effectiveness by 22 users (lecturers, supervisors, students). Results show the system is valid (Aiken's V = 0.89), highly practical (moment Kappa = 0.9377), and highly effective (N-Gain = 0.94). GIS integration improves the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of PPL supervision. Scientifically, this research contributes to the application of usability and information efficiency theories in spatial-based educational information systems. Scientifically, Smart-PPL can be used as a replication model for other universities to support digitization and optimization of integrated PPL activity supervision

Get PDFCirebon Regency is an area rich in tourism, both culinary, religious and cultural tourism. Culinary with local wisdom which has become an icon and has its own uniqueness and characteristics is the basis for developing amidst the international culinary ceasefire. The development of culinary tourism based on local wisdom in Cirebon Regency has great potential to improve the local economy and preserve local culture and traditions. This article aims to identify the potential and challenges in developing sustainable culinary tourism in Cirebon Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and field observations. The research results show that Cirebon has various types of typical food that can be used as tourist attractions. However, there are several challenges that must be faced, such as the lack of unrepresentative dining facilities and the people's westernized lifestyle. Collaboration between the government, community and the private sector is very necessary to create sustainable culinary tourism in Cirebon. Pengaruh Keterlibatan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Performance Melalui Mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
Get PDFEmployee performance is a vital aspect in determining the effectiveness and success of an organization, especially in the public sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement and work motivation on performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study uses a quantitative method with a saturated sample technique of 121 employees in the public sector, the analyst uses the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between variables. The findings of the study indicate that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on performance, but not significant on OCB. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance and OCB. OCB has a positive and significant effect on performance. OCB cannot be a mediating role between work engagement and performance. However, it can be a mediating role between work motivation and performance. The implications of these findings suggest that organizations need to pay more attention to work motivation factors such as incentives, career development, and a supportive work environment, which can encourage higher OCB behavior, which ultimately contributes to improving overall employee performance. While work engagement has a direct impact on performance, organizations also need to find ways to enhance its impact on OCB to foster a more collaborative and productive work cultur

No full textThe digital transformation in the banking sector has emerged as a critical global phenomenon, particularly in addressing the evolving needs of Generation Z—a cohort raised in a digitally connected environment. This study aims to assess the extent to which banking institutions, both in Indonesia and globally, have adapted to the digital expectations of Gen Z. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzes 21 peer-reviewed articles sourced from Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, published between 2019 and 2025. The findings identify key determinants influencing Gen Z’s adoption of digital banking, including perceived ease of use, data security, user experience (UX/UI), and service personalization. Results suggest that digital banks and neobanks are more appealing to Gen Z than traditional financial institutions. The study recommends strengthening technology-driven innovation, implementing customer-centric approaches, and fostering strategic collaboration with fintech companies. Managerial implications highlight the need for technology-based service development, enhancement of digital financial literacy, and the expansion of inclusive and sustainable financial ecosystem
Efektivitas Tren Influencer Dalam Strategi Pemasaran Digital Aplikasi TikTok Terhadap Penjualan UMKM Di Kabupaten Bungo
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of inflluencer trends and digital markting strategies on TikTok for UMKM sales in Bungo Regency. Many UMKM actors in the region have not fully understood and utilized digitalization. The research method uses a mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative), involving 16 UMKM respondents who are active on TikTok by filling out questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 6 UMKM actors and 4 local influencers. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using descriptive, correlation, and linear regression tests, while qualitative analysis used thematic analysis. The results of the study show that descriptively, respondents have a very positive perception of influencers as thes are considered effective in increasing consumer trust, expanding market reach, and directly impacting sales. However, statistical analysis shows that content strategy is the most influential and significant factor affecting UMKM sales. Although the overall regression test was not significant, which indicates the existence of other factors outside the variables studied, these findings clearly conclude that content strategy is a key element with great potential to increase sales
