SPREAD SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN SYARIAH YANG LISTED DI BEI
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the spread of stock spreads before and after the stock split and dividend distribution in sharia food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A sample of 11 companies was selected by purpossive sampling. This study used the incidence period 5 days before and 5 days after stock split and dividend distribution with descriptive statistic analysis technique, normality test (Shapiro Wilk test), and hypothesis test (Paired t Test). Descriptive statistical results show that stock spreads before and after stock splits and dividend payouts each have different mean values. However, the result of hypothesis testing with Paired T Test shows that there is no difference of stock spread before and after stock split and dividend distribution found no differenceKeywords: stock spread, stock split, dividend distributio
Kontroversi Sosial Caleg Perempuan PKS (Komunikasi Politik, Dogma Agama & Afirmasi)
This study aims to explain the implementation of government policies related to a 30% quota for women in the East Java PKS DPW, in addition to knowing its implementation. The social controversy responding to the PKS policy in presenting female legislative candidates aims to show to the public that there is a conflict between government policy and Islamic dogma which is the principle in the PKS. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of government policies related to the 30% quota for women in the PKS East Java DPW had exceeded those specified, which was at 46%, whereas according to their interpretation that the prevailing religious dogma had no conflict between prevailing teachings with the government's policy of 30% of women's quota, all of them have their share in life. Al-Quran Surah An-Nisa verse 34 and Surah Al-Ahzab verse 33 textually prohibit women from becoming leaders, this is a source of religious dogma. Social controversy about women becoming leaders is eliminated when they have competence and capacity because the existence of leaders here is not in the context of congregational prayer but rather in carrying out state and national work programs
Effectiveness of the performance of the blood management agency (bpbd) in treatment of post earthquake natural disaster in lombok province nusa tenggara barat.
This study uses a performance evaluation used by the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Disaster Management Agency to measure organizational performance after an earthquake. The research method used in this study is that qualitative research carried out in the research conducted is descriptive research that discusses the analysis of events. The unit of analysis in this study is the effectiveness of the performance evaluation of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The type of research used by the authors in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations and documents related to research. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out qualitatively. Objectives / goals / plans in achieving the goals, objectives, mission, organizational vision contained in the formulation of strategic planning (strategic planning) of an organization. Then, the results of the assessment that shows the results of systematic analysis and evaluation results based on performance indicators, which involve indicators of input, output, results, benefits, and changes. Performance measurement is used as a basis for achieving success and completion of implementation in accordance with the goals and objectives set in the framework of realizing the vision and mission. Stages of measuring organizational performance according to tactics starts from clarity of purpose, clarity of strategy, process of analysis and policy formulation, planning, planning programs, availability of facilities and infrastructure and a system of supervision and control. The results of this study explain the measurement system applied by the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Nusa Tenggara Province has not been effective. Because the performance assessment carried out by the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the Province of West Nusa Tenggara is not systematically arranged and can only be accessed in the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report
Integrated licensing policy with electronic policy:study in the department of capital investment and integrated services Of jember indonesia
Electronic Integrated Licensing Services or Online Single Submission, hereinafter abbreviated as OSS, are Business Licenses issued by OSS Institutions for and on behalf of ministers, heads of institutions, governors, or regents/mayors to business actors through integrated electronic systems. Jember Regency as one of the Regencies that have implemented OSS,began to implement it in 2018. This service is a government effort to simplify business licensing and create an integrated licensing service model that is fast, inexpensive and certain. In this study the researchers used the Edward III Theory of communication, bureaucratic structure, disposition and resources. The results of this study show that Jember’sInvestment and Integrated One-Stop Service is not yet optimal in carrying out its duties, because in the bureaucratic structure no SOP for this policy resulting in overlapping responsibilities because the organizers are responsible for serving Single Online services Submission (OSS) also serves services manually. In addition, even though the Jember regency government has conducted licensing related online, there are still many people and business people from those who are processing the permits to the One Stop Integrated Investment and Service Office of Jember Regency
Human Resource Capacity And The Demands Of Decentralization Process In The Gambia
This paper attempt to explore the documented challenges that constrain human resource development (HRD) under decentralization process in Local Government Authorities (LGAs) in The Gambia. Critical review on the demands of decentralization and human Resources Capacity gap was thoroughly done to set the basis for the paper. The Paper used documentary sources to gather information relevant to the thematic area. These included journal articles, books, Government Reports and Local Government Service Regulations. Observation method was also used based on the author’s background and experience in the thematic area. The paper found that decentralization as a process and as an approach has limited potential that enhance development of Human Resource Capacity in the Local Government Authorities in The Gambia. However the paper noted three major challenges which are multi-faceted and integrated in character. They comprise policy induced challenges, skills and Organization challenges and performance induced challenges. Hence the paper strongly recommends on institutional review and re-design the institutionalization of HRD, conduct a robust capacity assessment in all the Local Councils to measure their capacity and readiness to meet the demands of the decentralizationprocess. Enforcement mechanisms with financial support, change of mind set and working culture and finally political and leadership will remain critical for bridging the existing Human Resource capacity gaps to meet the demands of decentralization within the Local Government sector
PEMANFAATAN BEBERAPA PERANGKAP WARNA BERPEREKAT DALAM MENGENDALIKAN HAMA PADA TANAMAN KEDELAI VARIETAS WILIS
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pengendalian hama menggunakan perangkap warna berperekat terhadap tanaman kedelai varietas wilis Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2017 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2017. Bertempat di Desa Ampel Krajan Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non Faktorial yaitu pemberian perekat berwarna yang terdiri dari 5 level yang diulang sebanyak 6 kali yaitu warna kuning, warna hijau, warna putih, warna merah, dan warna biru. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap parameter macam-macam serangga, jumlah hama dan intensitas serangan hama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemanfaatan beberapa perangkap pada tanaman kedelai varietas Willis memberikan pengaruh nyata (significant) terhadap parameter jumlah hama yang terperangkap. Perangkap warna kuning merupakan perangkap warna yang efektif karena hama lebih tertarik pada warna kuning
SUPERVISION OF HALAL FOOD AS IMPLEMENTATION OF SHARIA-BASED HOTELS IN JEMBER CITY (CASE STUDY OF THE SEVEN DREAM SYARIAH HOTEL)
Food is a basic need for every human being. As a basic need, food must always be available at all times, safe, quality, nutritious and expensive prices by the community. Food needs can be directly taken from nature and food obtained through a process called processed products. Both of the foodstuffs obtained must be safe and not harmful to the soul. This food can be called a healthy food in the sense that it is a hygienic food product and is also free of biological contaminants, chemicals and other objects that can be life-threatening.The Islamic view of suitable food is halal in the sense of halal, then the process, process and achievement. Halal food is defined as food that does not contain anything that is haram with an understanding of how to obtain it, how to process it and process it in accordance with Islamic law.This study aims to analyze restaurant supervision as a hotel implementation based on sharia based on accurate data and information in this case represented by the Seven Dream Hotel, which is the only Shari'ah hotel in Jember.This type of research uses the type of qualitative research. Data collection using interview techniques, library research and documentation studies.The next stage is the preparation of the final report based on the results of data analysis within the framework of making scientific articles and scientific publications. The results of taking the two outputs or outcomes are then sent to the parties taken.

VILLAGE VS TECHNOLOGY: CRITICAL DISCOURSE ANALYSIS OF TECHNOLOGY-BASED VILLAGES GOVERNMENT SYSTEM IN BENGKALIS REGENCY, RIAU PROVINCE
The development of technology and information facilitates make human activities easier and more efficient. Included in the management of government organizations, started a lot of application of technology. The Government of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform and the Ministry of Communication and Information, has formed a team to accelerate the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System not only at the level of the national government until the village government. The main target is the empowerment of the village government through a technology-based village government system. By making an application for the village government system, which includes e Budget Base ePerformance (ePlanning, eBudgeting, eProcurement, eMoney, eAudit). One of the areas that are intensely doing this, is the Bengkalis Regency Government, through the implementation of the Broadband Village program from the Ministry of Communication and Information. So now, almost all villages in Bengkalis Regency already have village websites. The interesting question is does the village have to understand technology? Does the village have to implement a technology-based government system? Does the state forget that the village and its community have a Self Governing Community?. which is long before the electronic village-based government system exists and develops. This will be answered by using discourse analysis. Because discourse believes that power relations in society influence and shape ways, how knowledge is created. The discourse in this paper is the implementation of a Technology-Based Government System, which is believed to be a tool that forms power relations in society through processes of defining, isolating, justifying. This paper then tries to express the state power represented in its efforts to implement a technology-based village government system.

THE EMPOWERMENT IN ACCELERATION AND DEFENCE OF POVERTY IN DISTRICT OF INDRAMAYU, WEST JAVA, INDONESIA
Poverty is the urgent problem of state that need immediate treatment.Vulnerable to poverty rates can affect national tolerance. In 2009, total population of Indramayu, West Java are 1.7 million with the number of poverty up to 319.630 people (17,99%). Data from SUSENAS shows that in the number of poverty in Indramayu decrease every yearbut still the second highest poverty in West Java. The number of employment doesnt match with the amount of the citizen, so the poor community in Indramayu District need look for jobs abroad as a TKI (Migrant Worker). In 2014, Indramayu is a district with the most citizen becoming migrant worker in West Java.The data from BNP2TKI shows that the amount of TKI in Indramayu. Decreasing the amount of TKI in Indramayu cause the major part of former TKI choose to join groups of Small and Medium Industry instead become TKI. Not many former migrant workers join The Small and Medium Industry-Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) because the income generated is not as much as being a migrant worker.The objective of this research is to explain the commitment of the Government of Indramayu District to the Existence of IKM for former Women Labor in Balongan Subdistrict. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data gathered with observation method, interview and documentation. The result of this research shows the empowerment in an Acceleration and Defence against Poverty in District of Indramayu involving Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD). THE LANGUAGE MANNERS TOWARD OUR PARENTS
Indonesia is a set of islands those are inhabited by many tribes. The set of these islands is called as “Nusantara”. Because of inhabited by many tribes, this “Nusantara” has so many cultures, languages, or even manners. Manners is something interested to discuss, because it has unique elements which make it exist in the society. The discussion is setting on the three different manners, they are English, Indonesian and Javanese, because they existed in the society, because they has their own way on interpreting it. The english manners,almost similar to the other manners of the other countries in Europe which has a simple way to express it. The biggest influences is coming from the rules which are used by the government. When the government is a kingdom, it will adjust the manners itself to the rules decided by their own kingdom. It also happens to the government in the form of presidential. There are several things distinguish on applying these manners. All of these happen because of the difersity of the influences of the country. They are because of the systems those are used in the kingdom or presidential countries. All of these rules are made by each country, government or society in order to build a characteristic on their own culture. The building of this culture characteristic participates on building the educational culture for each community. In order to build the this educational culture, it is important to reflect on their daily life of the society.
