ANALISIS UNSUR PEMBANGUN DAN NILAI-NILAI SASTRA PADA NOVEL AYAT-AYAT CINTA KARYA HABIBURRAHMAN EL SHIRAZY
This research analizes instrinsic factors built and the art value involved in the novel of Ayat-Ayat Cinta com-posed by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. This research is done qualitatively. The result of the research shows that; 1) the theme is struggle to reach love and will, 2) It has 108 events in four plots, 3) the figure includes main figures, protagonist, antagonist and round figures. 4) the characterization involves favoring and respect, 5) the background is Cairo, 6) language style used are romantic, praise, and using figurative language, 7) the point of view used are first person, third person, and mixing, 8) The milieu of the story are humble, happy and sad, 9) The literature value found are religious, social and moral value. DIMPLEMENTASI SQ3R UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENYELESAIKAN READING TES SISWA SMP
Improving students’ ability in doing reading test in this research is by using SQ3R technique. Hopefully students can encourage their ability and their concentration to do their reading test in the exact and proper time. This research is Classroom Action Reasearch and the researcher used qualitative and quantitative approach to observe the activity of the reseach and to analyze the data obtained. MANAGEMENT OF INTERACTION IN EFL CLASSES TO IMPROVE THE STUDENTS’ INTERACTION SKILL IN TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS
Kesuksesan siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris (EFL) selalu ditandai dengan meningkatnya kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris dalam berkomunikasi. Pada proses belajar tersebut, peranan guru amatlah dominan dalam menentukan kesuksesan belajar bahasa Inggris terutama dalam berkomunikasi lisan dan melakukan komunikasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Artikel ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi suksesnya interaksi, beberapa kendala yang perlu ditangani, dan manajemen interaksi di kelas dalam rangka mensukseskan tujuan belajar bahasa Inggris. PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL DENGAN TINGKAT AGRESIVITAS REMAJA
Media sosial adalah sebuah media online, dengan para penggunanya bisa dengan mudah berpartisipasi, berbagi, dan menciptakan isi meliputi blog, jejaring sosial, wiki, forum dan dunia virtual. Media sosial membawa pada pola pikir individu (neurologis) yang akan mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku termasuk didalamnya adalah agresisifitas. Agresifitas merupakan tingkah laku individu yang ditujukan untuk melukai atau mencelakakan individu lain yang tidak menginginkan datangnya tingkah laku tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media sosial dengan tingkat agresifitas remaja. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan alat ukur skala agresifitas dan skala penggunaan media sosial. Jumlah subjek seb anyak 85 siswa MA Muhammadiyah Malang yang diperoleh melalui metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan mengunakan perhitungan product moment pearsonmenunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara penggunaan media sosial dengan tingkat agresifitas remaja ( r = 0,975 dan p = 0.00). Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial maka semakin tinggi tingkat agresifitas remaja.Kata kunci: media sosial, agresifitas, remaj
THOUGHT PATTERN OF INDONESIAN RHETORIC IN KOMPAS
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola pikir retorika Indonesia yang dimanifestasikan dalam wacana argu-mentative pada harian Kompas. Kajian tentang pola pikir adalah bidang dari Analisis Wacana dan Analisis Teks yang merupakan cabang dari lingistik. Penelitian ini termasuk kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini adalah artikel-artikel argumentatif pada harian Kompas. Data tersebut di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menggnakan analisis isi yang dikembangkan oleh Holsti (1968) yang berupaya untuk menganalisis korpus wacana tulis. Prosedur yang diterapkan pada analisis data adalah model yang dikenalkan oleh Miles dan Huberman (1983). Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menggam-barkan dan menganalisis bagaimana penulis Indoensia mengem-bangkan karangannya termasuk paragraph. PERBEDAAN KEMAMPUAN AWAL MATA PELAJARAN KIMIA SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF
The result of cognitive learning is closely concerned to the earlier ability. The result of cognitive learning needs some rules, which have been owned by students, that is the earlier ability. This certain observation has a goal to find out the influence of the earlier ability to the result of cognitive learning in chemistry to students in Senior High School. The design of the observation is non equivalent control group design. Analyzing file by using anacova. The results of the observation which is gotten by students with a high earlier ability have more control in increasing the result of cognitive learning in Chemistry in Senior High School. MASALAH PEMBELAJARAN PKn YANG TERJADI PADA GURU DAN SISWA DI SMP KOTA SAMARINDA
One of the problems of education for Indonesian is the low quality of education on the stage of education. Many ideas had be done, but same of indicators of education quality did not show the improvement evenly. The complexity of Education problem needs to be researched, so the report of the research result, illustrates the riil problem. The inaccuracy analysis of the learning problem makes the problem solution ineffective. From this conceptual thinking, the aim of the research get the real illustration, which the teacher usually used so long time and the thinking problem of students. The research method used is descriptive research, namely: survey, with questionnaire and interview. The sampling technique is purposive, which the judgment is the Civic Teacher with 5 years experiences above. The sum of samples is 32 teachers of public and private schools, which is famous or infamous in Samarinda. The result of research shows that the understanding of teachers about the approach and the method cannot guarantee that the teacher apply them in the learning process. The students have not moral reasoning and the teachers do not apply to solve this case. On the authentic evaluation, in the learning the understanding and the operationalization is still the teachers’ problem. Keyword: Learning Problem; Civic Education; Teachers; Student
SEKELUMIT PANDANGAN TENTANG PENTINGNYA PEMAHAMAN STRATEGI BELAJAR-MENGAJAR BAGI GURU MATEMATIKA SEKOLAH DASAR
The pupils’ incapability in comprehending mathematics leads to their failure to graduate from schools. Mathematics as a deductive knowledge, whose object is abstract, which should be delivered to children of primary-school ages who are still in the stage of concrete and inductive thinking, should be facilitated with an appropriate mathematics learning strategy. A mathematics learning strategy is a way to convey mathematics subject matters carried out by pupils and teachers to learn mathematics-learning materials in order to achieve instructional objectives. One of many learning-teaching strategies is: expository and heuristic learning-teaching strategy. Conveying mathematics learning materials can be done through inductive and deductive methods, teaching concept, inquiry (guided and free), and mathematics problem solving. Each method has its advantage and disadvantage; as a result, the teachers should be skillful in choosing an appropriate method suitable for a certain material and in accordance with the pupils’ thinking stage. The primary teachers’ proficiency in applying a mathematics learning strategy will lead to the increasing of the educational quality, particularly the increasing of the primary-school pupils’ quality in learning mathematics.
