ONLINE MEDIA AS A MEDIA RELATIONS BUPATI JEMBER
No full textThe development of communication technology today, allows online media to grow rapidly. Even the position of the Internet-based media, was able to replace the mass media (print and electronic) in carrying out the function of disseminating information in the community. This qualitative method of research, aims to determine the preaching of a number of online media that tends to "monitor" the performance of the Bupati Dr. Faida, MMR., and various development successes in Jember Regency. The face and layout of the media, as if changed function to become media relations and role as it replaces the function of public relations (PR) of the District government. Researchers found benang-merah, apparently the news model, as part of the Synergy and cooperation (MoU) that was established public relation of Jember regency with about 40-an online media – local and regional. As a result, various activities undertaken by the Jember Regency, especially the Bupati Dr. Faida, were uniformly recorded in almost all online media, with almost identical editors and images.Keywords: online media, media relations Jember Regen
BUILDING FAMILY RESILIENCE: A CASE STUDY IN A MUSLIM FAMILY WITH AUTISM CHILD
No full textCrisis and challenge are inherent in the human condition. Families of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) experience significant stress event. Families are broadly viewed as a deficient, high risk in which families are susceptible to multiple problems. The mechanism of strength and vulnerability in these families are poorly understood. This study explores how the family of the child with ASD build resilience that was provided from the Muslim family point of view of a child with ASD in using Islamic values. Using the case study method, one family of a child with ASD discuss meaningful insights into how Islamic values support their way to be resilient. The findings of this study can help Muslim families better understand the resilience which contributes to positive parenting for their special need children. Four themes emerged: a) wonderful purpose behind adversity and stress; b) gratitude to small successes; c) having a support system for powerful energy; d) focusing on the hereafter The implication of these findings also can enhance the ability to manage effectively in parenting stress that was faced family of children with ASD.

The Role of Argomoulyo Village Samsat in Breaking Taxpayer Density in Bantul KPPD 2017 – 2018
No full textThe problem of paying taxes is the responsibility of Samsat. Bantul has a Regional Tax Service Office which is responsible for the implementation of the Samsat. The Main Samsat of Bantul has problems in queuing taxpayers who are challenging to decipher, and the targeted tax nominal has also not met the nominal that must be realized. This has become a conversation in the National Police Corruption. In 2017 the National Police Corlantas initiated the existence of a helper Samsat with the name Samsat desa. Samsat Desa was inaugurated in 2017 and Yogyakarta became a pilot city for the construction of village Samsat. Village Samsat is an auxiliary Samsat at the village or kelurahan level. Village Samsat is formed to bring taxpayers closer to Samsat services so that taxpayers do not have to travel long distances to the main Samsat. The type of research chosen in this study is qualitative, which is intended as a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Then the types of data taken are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation, and literature. The data analysis unit in this study was the head and staff of the Bantul Regency KPPD, Argomulyo Village Samsat staff, and 10 Argomulyo Village Samsat visitors, totaling 20. The results of this research were the role of Argomulyo Samsat Village in breaking down taxpayers in Bantul Central Samsat and prove that during the one year of the implementation of the Samsomulyo village Samsat, it can reduce the queue of taxpayers in the Main Samsat of Bantul. So that in 2018, payments in the Bantul KPPD become more organized, and taxpayers do not jostle or wait for very long service times. In conclusion, the implementation of village Samsat can be said to be successful because Argomulyo Village Samsat is considered to be able to reach the surrounding community and receive motor vehicle tax of Rp 656,813,500.00 with 1,905 motorized vehicles paying the fee. The socialization of the Argomulyo Village Samsat in collaboration with Spot Radio, Radio Persatuan Bantul, TV Persatuan Bantul and the website of the Village of Argomulyo. This socialization had a positive impact on the development of village Samsat, and the community satisfaction index, Argomulyo Village Samsat scored 78.87 and was classified as useful.

GALENDO TASTE ACCULTURATION AS A NEW ICON VILLAGE SPECIAL FOOD
No full textThe purpose of this study is to find out the existence of a regional specialty in maintaining economic stability in rural areas and improving the welfare of the people in Ciamis Regency. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method and through a data triangulation approach. The results of the study show that galendo as typical food from Ciamis Regency still shows its existence and is still sustainable today. But to boost the popularity of these foods, craftsmen innovate their taste so that the various flavors of the galendo product emerge. The galendo flavor variant has an impact on increasing sales. Despite the many variants of the galendo, it still retains the flavor of the galendo itself. And this certainly contributes to increasing the selling value of raw materials for making galendo in the community of Ciamis Regency.

INVENTORY AND TOURISM OPPORTUNITIES IN SEKUPANG – BATAM DISTRICT

Sekupang District with 7 existing urban villages, has tourism potential but not yet maximally in the process of inventory of tourism potential which can be a chance of one of the superior products of tourism as well as increase the splendor of Batam tourism. Opportunities and potential of tourism can be seen through the following attractions (attractiveness), accesable (system achieved), amenities (facilities), ancillary (tourism institutions). THE LOCAL FOOD SECURITY SYSTEM IN REGENCY OF TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN (TTS)
No full textTimor Tengah Selatan regency (TTS), Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) Province is one of the areas in NTT that often have food security problems such as availability, access and utilization of food; problem of availability is often caused by low food production due to little rainfall; access to difficult food due to poor infrastructure conditions; and food use is caused by the ability to process food traditionally.The problem statement in this study is whether there is a system of local food security on community at the regency of Timor Tengah Selatan. The research purpose achieved through this research was to find out the Local Food Security System of the people in the Timor Tengah Selatan regency. whereas the research method uses qualitative research methods. The technique of determining informants was done purposively. So that the informant consists of; farmers, traditional leaders, village and sub-district government officials, and officials from the Food Security and Counseling Agency in Timor Tengah Selatan regency. The data collection techniques include; in-depth interviews, participant observation, and relevant documentation techniques, regulatory documents and meeting resumes in the efforts of local food security in the South Timor Tengah regency.The results of the study show that there is a system of food security in the community, namely the system of availability, access and utilization of local food. In the system, their availability has food barns which contain corn and peanuts. Whereas in access to food they are familiar with a system of symbolic interactions if people have difficulty getting food. In terms of food utilization they have various ways of processing local ingredients into foods that have high nutritional value.The recommendations suggested in this study are for regional governments to pay attention to community values that support the local food security system.

PENGARUH LATIHAN FISIK TERHADAP KEKUATAN OTOT PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS DI RUANG HEMODIALISA
No full textMemperbaiki kapasitas kerja fisik dan mengurangi keterbatasan fungsi kekuatan otot dapat dilakukan melalui latihan fisik secara teratur pasien penyakit ginjal kronik setelah menjalani hemodialisis. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pelaksanaan Latihan fisik terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di ruang Hemodialisa Rumah Sakit M. Yunus Bengkulu. desain dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik menggunakan rancangan Quasi Experimental Design (One Group Pre Tes-Post Test Design) yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pengamatan dan penilaian awal terlebih dahulu pada pasien sebelum diberikan intervensi penelitian berupa latihan fisik setelah pelaksanaan pengobatan hemodialisa, kemudian pasien diberikan intervensi berupa Latihan Fisik pada pasien menggunakan alat Dumbbell dan ankle kuff pada ekstremitas, kemudian dilakukan pengamatan terakhir dengan mengukur kekuatan otot pasien. Jumlah responden 30 orang pasien. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji pairetd T test diperoleh rata-rata (mean) pretest yaitu 0,70 dan nilai posttest yaitu 0,47 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.006 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna pengaruh latihan fisik terhadap kekuatan otot pasien gagal ginjal kronik di ruang hemodialisa Rumah Sakit M. Yunus Bengkulu. Latihan fisik dapat digunakan menjadi salah satu intervensi dalam asuhan keperawatan post hemodialisa diruangan, sehingga dapat mengurangi efek yang terjadi post hemodialisa seperti keram pada bagian tubuh yang dilakukan pemasangan Intravena, dan mengurangi gangguan kekuatan otot akibat tirah baring yang lama selama menjalani hemodialis
PSIKOEDUKASI PERILAKU ONLINE BERESIKO BAGI REMAJA
Get PDFPemanfaatan internet untuk jejaring sosial di kalangan remaja sangat tinggi. Hal ini membuka kesempatan remaja terpapar pada aktivitas online beresiko yaitu tersebarnya informasi personal, berinteraksi dengan orang yang tidak dikenal, aktivitas membuka, memposting atau mendapat kiriman konten yang berkaitan dengan seksual. Penulis memberi psikoedukasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang aktivitas online beresiko kepada 18 remaja daerah Cempaka Putih Barat yang berusia 12-15 tahun. Peserta diberikan pemahaman mengenai apa itu internet, manfaat dan kerugiannya secara fisik dan mental, serta tips menggunakan internet secara sehat dan aman. Ada peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai penggunaan internet yang sehat dan aman namun tidak signifikan (uji Wilcoxon = 8, p= .076). Meskipun demikian, peserta merasa kegiatan tersebut bermanfaat. Saran untuk kegiatan selanjutnya adalah agar menjangkau kelompok usia remaja yang lebih luas dan memperjelas tampilan ilustrasi dari materi. Kegiatan juga dapat dilakukan dalam lingkungan sekolah
DINAMIKA PENERBITAN SUKUK DI INDONESIA

One of shariah financial instrument issued by states and corporates is sukuk. Sukuk is an interfaith financial institution cross cultur, and state that now become part of world financial system. Sukuk is not only used by Muslim countries, but has also been adopted and applied by non-Muslim countries. In addition, institutions that have become supporting infrastructure for global Islamic finance have also been established, such as Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Institutions (AAOIFI), nternational Financial Service Board (IFSB), International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM), and Islamic Research and Training Institute (IRTI). To fulfill the need for development financing, Indonesia may consider Islamic products financing that has been known in International financial market such as Sukuk. Fortunately, Indonesia has ratified Sukuk Act therefore, Indonesia may issue an Islamic financial scheme. The funds owned by a number of Middle Eeast investors as well as western investors have invested in Islamic scheme finance. So Sukuk can be another alternative that can be offered by Indonesian government as a source of public funds to finance economic development
