Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas, Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Pada UPT. Puskesmas Susut Di Kabupaten Bangli
This study seeks to examine the impact of service quality, facilities, and trust on patient satisfaction at the Susut II Health Center UPT in Bangli Regency. This study employed a survey approach with 99 respondents who were patients at the health center, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. The employed analytical technique was multiple linear regression. The findings indicated that service quality, facilities, and trust each exerted a positive and substantial influence on patient satisfaction. The regression coefficients for service quality, facilities, and trust were 0.222 (t = 3.318), 0.152 (t = 2.591), and 0.182 (t = 2.285), respectively, all beyond the t-table threshold of 1.661. The three factors jointly exerted a substantial influence on patient satisfaction (F count = 58.792 > F table 2.70). This study recommends that health centers enhance facility quality, bolster patient trust, train personnel, and leverage technology to expedite services
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Word of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian
House and garden designs in Bali are influenced by local artistic values that attract tourists. This creates great opportunities for creative businesses while also intensifying competition. Consumers now have many options for artistic products to complement home designs, making it important for businesses to understand the factors influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Belong Taksu Bali, located in Abiansemal, Badung. The research population consisted of 3,301 consumers in 2024, with a sample of 97 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected through interviews and Likert-scale questionnaires, tested with SPSS, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that product quality and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions. Pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth dan Layanan Jasa Wisata Terhadap Niat Pembelian Paket Tour: Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen Bali Flores Adventure di Denpasar
Purchase decisions play a very important role in the sustainability of the tourism industry. A product that sells well in the market tends to reflect a good tourism product as well. Therefore, it is important to carry out promotions through social media by utilizing electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and by improving tourism service quality that can meet consumer needs in deciding to purchase a tour package. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and tourism service quality on purchase decisions of tour packages at Bali Flores Adventure in Denpasar. The research was conducted at Bali Flores Adventure in Denpasar with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires, in which the questionnaires were tested using research instrument testing, followed by multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of this study show that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions of tour packages at Bali Flores Adventure in Denpasar, with a significance value of 0.000 (less than 0.05), a regression coefficient of 0.375, and a t-value of 3.718 > t-table 1.984. Therefore, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Tourism service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions of tour packages at Bali Flores Adventure in Denpasar, with a significance value of 0.000 (less than 0.05), a regression coefficient of 0.549, and a t-value of 5.617 > t-table 1.984. Therefore, Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. e-WOM and tourism service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions of tour packages at Bali Flores Adventure in Denpasar, with an F-value of 9.443 > F-table 3.09, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Keamanan Bertransaksi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Produk Merek Karung Jantan Di E-Commerce Shopee
The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, particularly on the Shopee platform, has transformed consumer shopping habits, including on the Karung Jantan store, which focuses on men\u27s fashion products. This store has experienced fluctuating sales, which are suspected to be influenced by product quality and transaction security. This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and transaction security on purchasing decisions for Karung Jantan brand products on Shopee. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, the study involved 100 respondents who were consumers that had purchased Karung Jantan products on Shopee, selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient value of 0.458 and a significance value of 0.000. Transaction security also positively affects purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.220 and a significance value of 0.048. Simultaneously, both product quality and transaction security have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, based on the F-test with an F-value of 45.275 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.485 indicates that 48.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, it is recommended that Karung Jantan Store continue to improve product quality, enhance product descriptions, and clarify transaction security policies to build consumer trust and loyalt

Perancangan Desain UI/UX Untuk Situs Web Interaktif Dalam Pengenalan Kain Tenun Khas Tradisional Di Bali Menggunakan Metode Prototype
In the digital era, the preservation of local culture faces both challenges and opportunities. One of the cultural heritages that requires attention is traditional Balinese woven fabric, which holds high historical, aesthetic, and philosophical values but remains relatively unknown among the younger generation. This study aims to design an interactive and educational User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for a website dedicated to introducing and marketing traditional Balinese woven fabrics. The approach is expected to bridge traditional values with modern digital habits, while fostering cultural appreciation through digital media. This research adopts the prototype method, with the UI/UX design developed using Figma and evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The test results from 41 respondents yielded a SUS score of 70, which is above the global average score of 68, indicating that the design falls within the “Good” or “Acceptable” category. The resulting website design not only facilitates product transactions but also provides educational information about the creation process and cultural values embedded in the fabrics. Therefore, the developed UI/UX design is expected to serve as a digital solution for preserving Balinese woven fabrics and increasing young people’s engagement with local cultural heritage.

The skill or desire of an individual to handle or utilize their own financial information in a way that ultimately hurts other people is known as accounting fraud. This study sought to determine how organizational committees and internal control systems affected accounting in Gianyar Province businesses. Purposive and non-probabilistic selection methods were used to choose 160 respondents from among 51 operating firms in Gianyar Province for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the collected data. The results of the study demonstrated that local accounting fraud was significantly impacted negatively by the internal control system. Moreover, the local community suffers greatly as a result of organizational deception. This suggests that a firm is more resilient and that the likelihood of accounting fraud is reduced the better the internal control system is put in place
Pengaruh Self-Esteem Dan Self-Efficacy Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Di Kabupaten Badung
Job satisfaction is a crucial psychological indicator that supports the effectiveness of employee performance, reflecting an individual\u27s ability to adapt and contribute to both personal and organizational goals. This study aims to examine the influence of self-esteem and self-efficacy on job satisfaction among employees at BKPSDM of Badung Regency. The entire population of 64 employees was surveyed using a census method. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The findings revealed that self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.059 exceeding the critical t-table value of 1.671. Similarly, self-efficacy showed a significant influence, with a t-value of 5.075. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant joint effect, with an F-value of 264.191, far above the F-table threshold of 3.15. These results underscore the importance of fostering self-confidence and improving work quality through institutional policies to enhance overall job satisfaction.

Purchase intention is a measure of consumer tendency to buy, which is an important predictor of purchasing behavior and a useful tool in marketing decision making. The type of data used is primary data. The population in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS windows program. Based on the results of the Test analysis, there is a partial positive and significant influence of Celebrity Endorser partially on Consumer Purchase Interest at Lodis Gallery in Blahkiuh Abiansemal Badung. Apositive and significant influence between Price partially on Consumer Purchase Interest at Lodis Gallery in Blahkiuh Abiansemal Badung. Consumer satisfaction is a situation where needs, hopes and desires can be fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity, and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at UD. Bali Bagus Gubug Tabanan. This study was conducted at UD. Bali Bagus Gubug Tabanan, the number of samples used was 100 people who were customers of UD. Bali Bagus Gubug Tabanan in 2024 with a sampling method using purposive sampling technique sampling using several specific considerations according to the desired criteria to be able to determine the number of samples to be studied. Data collection was carried out using a survey approach, where the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that service quality, product diversity, and store atmosphere both simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at UD.
