    This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer trust on the intention of customers to use services at the LPD of Buduk Customary Village. The population in this study consists of all customers of the LPD of Buduk Customary Village, totaling 6,420 customers in savings, deposits, and loans. This research used a sample of 98 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The sample was determined using accidental sampling with data collection methods including observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this study include testing the research instrument, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Windows version 24. The results of this study indicate that 1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on the intention of customers to use services at LPD Desa Adat Buduk. 2) trust has a positive and significant effect on the intention of customers to use services at LPD Desa Adat Buduk. 3) both service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on the intention of customers to use services at LPD Desa Adat Buduk. Suggestions that can be made for LPD Desa Adat Buduk include regularly conducting evaluations of employee performance, ensuring the safety of customer funds, and adding premium products for customers

    Several influencing factors contribute to improving teacher performance, including servant leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of servant leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture on teacher performance. The study was conducted at SLB Negeri 1 Gianyar, with a population of 35 teachers. Saturated sampling was used to select the entire population. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and a Likert-scale questionnaire. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that servant leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture partially have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, these three variables also simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Recommendations are given for principals to foster more active and open two-way communication with all teachers, teachers to manage their time and plan activities effectively, and for employees to continuously develop themselves through training and implement a supportive organizational culture to continuously improve teacher performance

    This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance in the Department of Culture of Badung Regency, both individually and simultaneously. Employee performance is viewed as a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals, where effective leadership, consistent discipline, and strong motivation are expected to contribute significantly to improved outcomes. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires distributed to all staff members of the Department of Culture of Badung Regency. By applying a total sampling technique, the study involved 54 respondents. Data analysis included tests of validity and reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²), t-tests for partial influences, and F-tests for joint effects. The results indicate that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline positively and significantly influences employee performance, (3) work motivation also exerts a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and (4) leadership, work discipline, and work motivation collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of fostering effective leadership, strengthening discipline, and enhancing motivation in an integrated manner to improve civil servants’ performance in the public sector

    ABSTRACT Personal Selling is an important element in the promotional mix that involves direct interaction between sellers and potential buyers to influence purchasing decisions. Consumer perception of a price can influence decisions in purchasing a product so that a company must be able to provide a good perception of the products or services they sell. Brand positioning is a business strategy that aims to position a brand in a different way in the minds of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of personal selling, price perception and brand positioning on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. ApotekKU Denpasar City. This study was conducted at three ApotekKU in Denpasar City, namely ApotekKU Gunung Agung Branch, ApotekKU Gunung Sanghyang and ApotekKU Kita Ubung. The number of samples used was 100 consumers with a sampling method using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted using a survey approach, where the research instruments used were observation, interviews, literature studies, documentation, and questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that personal sales, price perception, and brand positioning, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. ApotekKU, Denpasar City. The recommendations from this study are that the company should improve the quality of personal selling through salesperson communication training, maintain price perception by adjusting product value and benefits, and strengthen Inavitamax\u27s brand positioning through consistent and targeted promotions

    Human resources are a key factor in maintaining an organization’s productivity and sustainability. At the Badung Regency Culture Office, employee productivity has declined noticeably, influenced by weak work discipline, limited training participation, and an unsupportive workplace environment. Issues such as high absentee rates, insufficient training programs, and inadequate facilities and interpersonal relations have contributed to reduced efficiency. This study aims to analyze both the individual and combined impacts of work discipline, job training, and the work environment on employee productivity. The research sample included 144 respondents, with data collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Multiple linear regression was applied as the analytical method, and the instruments were tested for validity and reliability with SPSS software. The findings indicate that work discipline, job training, and the work environment each have a significant positive influence on productivity. Collectively, these three factors also show a strong effect on employee performance. Recommendations for the Badung Regency Culture Office include enhancing discipline through ongoing guidance, role modeling by leaders, and consistent enforcement of regulations; appointing trainers with relevant expertise and material; and reassessing workplace facilities to improve comfort and provide complete supporting infrastructure

    The performance of the State Civil Apparatus is always in the public spotlight as a form of control. Factors that can influence employee performance are organizational commitment, work-life balance, and workload. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work-life balance, and workload on employee performance at the Denpasar City Cultural Office. This study was conducted at the Denpasar City Cultural Office, which has 45 employees and is the population in this study. All members of the population were involved as respondents using a census method. The results of the analysis show that partially organizational commitment and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect, while workload has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, organizational commitment, work-life balance, and workload have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Denpasar City Cultural Office. Suggestions given are improvements, especially on employee loyalty, which is demonstrated by loyalty to the Denpasar City Cultural Office. Work-life balance should be improved by improving employees\u27 ability to sort out personal problems from problems encountered in the office. Workloads can be reduced by providing logical task completion targets so as not to overburden employee

    With the rapid development of shopping centers, the retail sector for daily necessities is currently facing intense competition. This condition requires every retail company to have employees who can demonstrate optimal performance. Maximum employee performance plays a vital role in the sustainability of retail companies. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, the Tri Hita Karana culture, and work discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted at Bintang Supermarket Ubud, Gianyar. “The population of the study was 119 people, with a sample of 92 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Instrument testing included validity and reliability tests, while hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of the study show that transformational leadership, the Tri Hita Karana culture, and work discipline each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that management pay greater attention to the factors that influence employee performance. Furthermore, future research is expected to examine other variables beyond those used in this study to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting employee performanc

    Performance measures how well an activity, program, or policy fulfills the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of an organization as stated in its strategic plan.  Businesses must concentrate on two important aspects in order to improve employee performance: task distribution and the workplace atmosphere.   With work motivation serving as a mediating element, this study examines the direct relationships among workload, work environment, employee motivation, and performance.  The study, conducted at Bank BRI Unit Blahbatuh, involved 34 individuals.  The Sobel test, path analysis, and validity and reliability testing are examples of analytical methods that are employed.   Important conclusions from the study include: (1) Workplace motivation is positively and significantly impacted by workload.  (2) The work environment significantly and favorably affects motivation at work as well.  (3) Employee performance suffers with an increased workload.  On the other hand, a positive work atmosphere improves worker performance. (5) Workplace motivation has a favorable and substantial impact on employee performance. (6) Workload acts as a mediator, indirectly influencing performance through job motivation.(7) Work motivation is a mediating characteristic that influences how well employees perform in the workplace.  Taking these results into consideration, we advise Bank BRI Unit Blahbatuh to carry out frequent training, give prizes to staff members who accomplish difficult assignments, assess work objective accomplishments, and maintain and upgrade existing facilities

    To improve employee morale, employees must build relationships with other employees and it is expected that leaders must facilitate with an adequate work area atmosphere so that employees can work comfortably so that work productivity can increase. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating and highlighting interpersonal relationships and physical work environments on work enthusiasm. The Denpasar City Cultural Service was the location of the study and by examining 33 employees. The determination of the sample here was through a saturated random sampling method so that all populations were used as samples. To analyze the research data, data search was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the analysis obtained were (1) interpersonal relationships have a positive and significant effect on work enthusiasm, (2) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on work enthusiasm, and (3) interpersonal relationships and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on work enthusiasm simultaneously

    In facing various challenges, the community has various expectations for the government to improve their welfare and quality of life. Based on the results of observations, several problems were found related to service quality, administrative facilities, and employee competence. With the aim of the study to analyze the influence of service quality, administrative facilities, and employee competence on community satisfaction in Penatih Village. Penatih Village was used as the location of this study, with 100 respondents selected from the local community, non-probability sampling methods and accidental sampling techniques were used. Data collection was carried out using distributing questionnaires as research instruments. The collected results were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. After the analysis was completed, the results showed that service quality, administrative facilities, and employee competence had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on community satisfaction in Penatih Village
