    Employee performance is one of the important factors for a company to determine success in achieving organizational goals, one of the factors that influence employee performance at PT BPR Sari Werdhi Sedana is communication and a good and adequate physical work environment will affect employee performance. So this study aims to determine the effect of communication and the physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT BPR Sari Werdhi Sedana. The number of samples in this study was 31 respondents who were all employees of PT BPR Sari Werdhi Sedana. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination R2 with the SPSS Ver 24 application. The results of this study found that communication had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BPR Sari Werdhi Sedana. The physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BPR Sari Werdhi Sedana. In addition, the results of the F test showed that communication and the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BPR Sari Werdhi Sedana in Gianyar. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT BPR Sari Werdhi Sedana establish more effective and transparent communication channels, use easy-to-understand infographics, conduct regular meetings or discussions, add security guards, install CCTV, increase security awareness with short training sessions, optimize work processes such as the use of supporting technology, and improve employee competency through training. Further research could examine other factors, such as work discipline, job satisfaction, work ethic, work stress, competency, career development, and work-life balance

    This research aims to determine the quality of financial reports in terms of human resource competency, information technology utilization, and the level of accounting understanding of LPD in Mengwi District. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data. The data collection technique was through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this research was 38 LPD in Mengwi District. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The data analysis technique used was IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 software, which consists of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility tests (F tests), partial tests (t tests), and coefficient of determination (R²) tests. The results of this research indicate that (1) Human Resource Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports. (2) The Utilization of Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports. (3) The Level of Accounting Understanding has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports

    Generation Z faces challenges in managing their finances effectively amid digital lifestyle shifts, rapid technological development, and increasing access to financial services. A positive financial attitude is expected to encourage individuals to manage their finances wisely; however, poor financial practices among Generation Z are still commonly found. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitude on personal financial management, as well as the mediating role of financial self-efficacy among Generation Z in Denpasar City. This research adopts a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 120 Gen Z respondents aged 18–27 years. Data were analyzed using regression and mediation tests through SEM PLS. The results show that financial attitude has a positive and significant influence on personal financial management. Financial self-efficacy also positively affects personal financial management and is proven to mediate the influence of financial attitude on personal financial management. These findings indicate that confidence in managing finances is a crucial psychological factor that strengthens the relationship between financial attitude and financial management ability. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing financial education programs that focus not only on conceptual understanding but also on strengthening individuals\u27 confidence in managing finances

    The implementation of Pecaruan on Tilem Kesanga is not an arbitrary provision that can be changed simply for convenience or practicality. This provision has a solid foundation in three dimensions:  the textual authority of classical palm-leaf manuscripts that explicitly stipulate the time; astronomical justification indicating that Tilem Kesanga is a cosmic moment when the lunar phase and the optimal solar position converge; a philosophical foundation that teaches the importance of harmony between human actions (Karma) and the right time (Kala) in accordance with the laws of the universe (Rta). The discourse to shift the implementation time to Purwaning Tilem Kesanga requires careful examination, given its profound theological, cosmological, and philosophical implications. The decision to change a centuries-old tradition should not be made without a comprehensive study involving a deep understanding of the Wariga system as a science of cosmic harmony

    Visiting interest is a person\u27s motivation to visit destinations they have either previously visited or never visited before, and it is influenced by various factors such as promotion, facilities, and tourist attractions. Promotion is an activity that communicates the benefits of a product and persuades target customers. Facilities are service provisions designed to support the activities of tourists, while tourist attractions refer to anything that possesses uniqueness, beauty, or certain values capable of attracting visitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of promotion, facilities, and tourist attractions on tourists’ visiting interest in Suwat Waterfall. This research uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique and involves 104 respondents. Data collection methods in this study include surveys, observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. The results show that promotion, facilities, and tourist attractions each have a positive and significant partial effect on tourists’ visiting interest in Suwat Waterfall. The implication of this research is that promotion, facilities, and tourist attractions at Suwat Waterfall should be improved, so that tourists\u27 visiting interest is expected to increase

    Purchase decisions are also referred to as the decision evaluation stage, which leads consumers to make a choice. Prodct qualiy is the charateristic of a produc that depend on it ablity to satisf the stated or implid need of customers. Pricee is the monetary value that mustt be paid by customer to sellers for the good they purchase. Customer review is information provided by consumers to the company in the form of product evaluations after making purchases. The purposes this research is to determinthe effec of produc qualitiy, price, and customer reviews an purchase decsions, both partialy and simultanously. The research was conducted at Toko Karung Jantan. The population the study consisten of all consumers, totaling 71,857 people. The sample was determined useing the Slovin technique, resulti in a sample of 100 people. Datas were collected using interviews, documentation, and questionns measure with a Likert scala. The analysis techniq used was multiplle linear regresion. The results show that produc quality has positiv   and signifiat efect on purchase decisons, price has a positiv and significan efect on purchase decision, and customers reviewss have a positiv and significan efect on purchas decision. Produc quallity, pricee, and customer review simulltaneously have a positiv and significan efect on purchase decision. The suggestion given is to improve product quality, adjust prices, and complete reviews to increase purchase decisions at Toko Karung Jantan in Denpasar Cit

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price perception, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Renon, Denpasar. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling, with data collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires based on a Likert Scale.     In the last decade, significant transformations in the clothing business have intensified competition, making consumer retention through increased repurchase intention a crucial strategy for building loyalty and encouraging positive recommendations. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality, and service quality on repurchase intention at Toko Nyoman in Tabanan Regency. The research involved a population of 100 consumers selected using an accidental sampling method. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale. The analytical techniques employed include multiple linear regression analysis, determination tests, t-tests, and F-tests to examine the effects of price, product quality, and service quality variables on repurchase intention. The analysis results reveal that price, product quality, and service quality have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. Based on the findings, it is recommended that Toko Nyoman continuously improve product and service quality while implementing competitive pricing strategies to enhance customer repurchase intention. For future researchers, it is suggested to include other relevant variables and expand the research area to achieve more comprehensive results

    The growing number of restaurants and the increase in tourist visits to Bali have had a significant impact on the economy of the restaurant industry, but it is not in line with the willingness of employees to work sustainably in restaurants. Indications of high work overload and declining job satisfaction are the causes of employee insecurity. Greenkubu Restorant and Swing faces a high number of employees continuing to increase from 2022-2024. This study seeks to understand job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between work overload and employee turnover intention of Greenkubu Restaurant and Swing. Quantitative approach using SEM-PLS analysis using questionnaires distributed to all restaurant employees as a source of hypothesis test data, the study revealed that work overload had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. On the other hand, workoverload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover. Meanwhile, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work overload and turnover intention. These results provide guidance for tourism restaurant managers to suppress the high desire of employees to leave work through efforts to manage employee workoverload which has an impact on job satisfaction and can ultimately reduce high turnover rates

    Employee performance is an important factor in the success of an organization, including cooperatives. Transformational leadership, fair compensation systems, and strong organizational culture are believed to be able to influence the level of performance. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of these three factors on employee performance at the Kamadhuk Civil Servant Cooperative. There were 95 respondents selected as data sources. The analysis used the multiple linear regression method. The results obtained showed that transformational leadership, compensation, and organizational culture had a significant effect on the performance of consumer employees at KPN Kamadhuk.
