Get PDFMekar Bhuwana is a village/sub-district in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia. This village is the result of the expansion of Mambal Village, into Mambal Village in the west and Mekar Bhuwana Village in the east. Mekar Bhuana Village has stunning natural landscapes, beautiful hills, and holds great potential in forming a superior and prosperous young generation. To be able to realize this, the resources owned by the village must be utilized, and one of the doors to realizing community welfare in the economic sector is through BUMDes. BUMDes is a village business managed by the local government and has a legal entity. It could be said that BUMDes is a business entity whose capital is entirely or mostly owned by the village through direct participation originating from its own wealth. In carrying out daily business, of course BUMDes Panca Bhuana Mandiri requires an optimal recording system that can be used by even people who are unfamiliar with technology. And the SIAPIK application is one of the software that we will teach to BUMDes Panca Bhuana Mandiri. Get PDFJob satisfaction for every employee is the key to a company where company goals can be achieved if employees get job satisfaction as expected. The purpose of this study was to determin the effect of financial compensation and workload on employee job satisfaction. Sampling using probability method with the number of respondents 84 people. The data analysis method used was multiple linier regression analysis using SPPS 23 For Windows. The results of data analysis show that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, and simultaneously financial compensation and workload can explain the effect on job satisfaction by 62,9% the rest is influenced by other variables. Outside of this research. Based on the results of the study, the company should increase financial compensation and minimize workload will result in job satisfaction of employees of PT. Canning Indonesian Products in Denpasar

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, to determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction partially on semangat kerjae and to find out the indirect influence of organizational culture on semangat kerjae through job satisfaction. The location of this study is in PT. Twin Solar in Gianyar. The sample in the study was 40 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity Test, Reability Test, and Sobel Test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on semangat kerjae, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on semangat kerjae and organizational culture indirectly affects semangat kerjae through job satisfaction. The advice that researchers can give is PT. Surya Kembar in Gianyar is expected to make compensation policies that are in accordance with the duties or positions of employees, increase the amount of salary given and provide incentives to employees who are able to achieve targets

Get PDFTo create job satisfaction, companies can start by creating harmonious work relationships, disciplined and highly motivated employees. The problem and the objectives of this study: how and to find out the influence of human relations, work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction. The sample used was 32 respondents, the research method used was quantitative. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation analysis, t test and F test. This study showed that Partially, human relations, work discipline, and motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction, the magnitude of which is 58.1%. The advice that researchers can give is PT. BPR Sadhu Artha in Sukawati is expected to foster better relations between employees, routinely make outing activities, always conduct periodic evaluations of employee work results, and always supervise employees at work, so employees are able to work carefully and independently. The leader of PT. BPR Sadhu Artha in Sukawati is expected to increase the intensity of providing motivation to employees

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand ambassadors, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions. The location of this research was conducted in the city of Denpasar and the sample used was 150 respondents using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. From the results of the study it can be seen that brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions , brand trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and brand ambassador, brand image and brand trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on purchasing decisions is 65.2 percent

Unkapan sikap toleransi itu dapat ditunjukkan lewat pengalaman hidup konkrit dalam masyarakat. Dekrit Nostra Eatate Dokumen Konsili Vatikan II menyatakan: seluruh bangsa merupakan satu masyarakat, seluruh manusia mempunyai satu asal. Semua manusia memiliki tujuan sama yaitu keabadian bersama Allah dalam kerajaan-Nya. Gereja Katolik pun secara terbuka menyatakan keterbukaannya terhadap keberagaman agama serta menghargai umat non Kristiani. Karl Rahner seorang teolog Katolik yang cukup keras bersuara tentang keberagaman dan keterbukaan. Lewat slogannya yaitu: ‘Kristen Anonim’, artinya orang non Kritiani juga dapat diselamatkan jika mereka melakukan hal-hal baik seperti yang diajarkan Kristus. Lewat kalimat ini beliau berpendapat bahwa: dengan kedatangan Kristus ke dunia dalam rupa manusia, merupakan bukti nyata bahwa keselamatan yang ditawarkan Allah adalah untuk semua manusia tanpa terkecuali
KAMPANYE FEMINISME DALAM TOKOH DEWI KWAN IM (BHODISATWA AVALOKITESWARA)
Get PDFThis world is a man\u27s world where men are considered as the main thing, while women are only considered as companions. This is known as a patriarchal culture which is supported by religious and cultural entities. This patriarchal culture raises resistance from feminist groups who fight for gender equality. Among religious figures with male personifications, there is a figure of Goddess Kwan Im in Buddhism whose influence and popularity surpasses other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the campaign for feminism in the figure of Dewi Kwan Im. This study uses a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach and data collection uses in-depth interviews and literature study. The change in the appearance of Dewi Kwan Im from male to female had the goal of making compassionate teachings more easily accepted by Chinese society when Buddhism entered China in the first century AD. Before Buddhism entered China, Chinese women worshiped and asked for help and compassion for the goddesses of compassion in Taoism and Confucianism. In addition to these objectives, the change in Kwan Im\u27s form from male to female is a form of feminism campaign which emphasizes that men and women have an equal position, both can achieve the highest enlightenment as Bodhisattvas, although one of the requirements to become a Buddha must be a male (lingasampatti). Dewi Kwan Im motivated Chinese women at that time to have an equal position with men. Women can achieve the highest enlightenment, women can be of service and benefit to humanity as long as they are always compassionate and spread kindness
KONSEP KESAKRALAN MIRCEA ELIADE DALAM TRADISI PERINGATAN MALAM SATU SURO DI KOTAGEDE YOGYAKARTA
Get PDFThis article aims to show the representation of Mircea Eliade\u27s concept of "sacred" in the tradition of commemorating the first night of Suro in Kotagede, Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data collection was carried out by collecting literary sources in the form of books and journals related to formal objects, namely the thoughts of Mircea Eliade, and material objects, namely the tradition of commemorating the first night of Suro in Kotagede, Yogyakarta. The results of this research are that this tradition occurred because of the hierophony, namely between the month of Suro which is believed to bring both blessings and dangers and the place of implementation, namely the tombs of the Mataram kings. The myth that emerged was in the form of a belief in getting blessings and being protected from danger. Sacred symbols are manifested in the reading of tahlil, eating jenang suran, and burning incense. Meanwhile, the concept of the cosmos occurs at the time the tradition is carried out, because when the tradition takes place, there is a sacred time and a sacred place at the same time
The Symbolic Meaning of the Banyan Plant in Hindu Rituals
Get PDFThe philosophical meaning contained in each upakara plant is the most important thing that must be known and expressed again, so that Hindus have clear guidance and guidance in offering their yadnya. Without knowing clearly and definitely about the philosophical meaning contained in the upakara plant, it is suspected that over time there will be deviations in the implementation of Hindu religious rituals. Starting from the problem above, this study have question : (1) What is the form, classification and description of the banyan plant in Hindu religious rituals? (2) What are the uses/benefits of the banyan plant in Hindu religious rituals? (3) What is the mythology of the banyan plant used in Hindu religious rituals? (4) What is the philosophical meaning of the banyan plant used in Hindu religious rituals? Based on study, the following conclusions are drawn. (1) The use of plants as a means of ceremonial ceremonies will continue and be sustainable if the traditions that characterize Balinese society and culture are large traditions that are based on the implementation of various types of ceremonies, of which the yadnya ceremony is an important aspect of the Hindu religious belief system. (2) On the other hand, there is a point of view, if Balinese Hindus deepen their philosophy, then all types of ceremonies will fade or at least decrease, because their essence is known. Thus, it is suspected that the use of plants as ceremonial facilities will decrease as the implementation of various types of ceremonies fades or decreases. (3) Apart from the two views above, the use of plants, whether for carrying out ceremonies or to support the continuity of the cycles of the universe, provides a mandate to remind humans to protect plants of whatever type so that they do not experience degradation or even extinction. (4) Based on a literature search, not much has been revealed regarding the philosophical meaning of the upakara plant, and efforts in this direction need to be made
PENERAPAN SIKAP DAN MANTRA SEMBAHYANG DALAM PENGUATAN SPIRITUALITAS PADA SISWA PASRAMAN DHARMAGITA BLIMBING KARANGNONGKO KLATEN
Get PDFThe community service activities carried out at the Dharmagita temple intend to hold a "vidyota pasraman" with the theme "Implementation of religious dharma in Dharmagita pasraman", namely education and short training aimed at Hindu youths packaged in the form of an pasraman with the quantum learning method, which will be filled with learn about daily mantras and how to apply them in daily life. At this Pasraman, participants will also be given training on good and correct prayer attitudes that may not be obtained in formal education at school. Therefore according to the theme that is being carried out, this pasraman can produce quality Hindu youths and can strengthen Sradha and Bhakti Hindu youths so that they can further advance Hinduism in Klaten Regency. This Pasraman teaches early childhood and elementary school children at the Dharmagita Blimbing Pasraman about simple mantras, good and correct prayer attitudes, teaches middle and high school youth about the Kramaning Worship Mantra and good and correct prayer attitudes. With this pasraman, Dharmagita pasraman students can better understand and be able to practice mantras and prayer attitudes well
