PKM PENDAMPINGAN PROGRAM PEMBERIAN TABLET BESI PADA REMAJA DI SMP 1 KINTAMANI
Get PDFSMP Negeri 1 Kintamani is a junior high school in Kintamani Regency. The Puskesmas regularly provide iron tablets to the female students of this junior high school. Based on interviews with several female students, compliance with taking iron tablets is still suboptimal, and hemoglobin checks have not been carried out. The activities are divided into preparation, education, and mentoring. Education is conducted through interactive methods with female students. The material covers the importance of iron tablets, anemia, and a healthy lifestyle. Hemoglobin checks were conducted on the female students, and iron tablets were distributed with the assistance of the Puskesmas. This activity ran smoothly, with increased student knowledge regarding the importance of taking iron tablets and adolescent health. A total of 149 female students have undergone hemoglobin checks

The businesses that are built must also be adapted to existing capital conditions, often starting with small productive businesses run in private homes or surrounding areas which can currently be categorized as UMKM. The aim is to equip players with knowledge, understanding and skills regarding the use of the internet as part of a marketing strategy via social media, as well as to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to be competitive in the business world. The method used is to design and facilitate a training, which at the same time become a community service program. Community service, especially within the Hindu community, is a very important thing to do in order to build leadership within students and to make efforts for the community to foster the welfare of Hindus in Klaten Regency. Community service is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The results obtained from social media marketing training activities for Hindu UMKM actors in Jogonalan, Klaten are to provide motivation and the growth of entrepreneurial spirit so that Hindu UMKM actors are able to compete in the business world.

Get PDFBalicab Transportation Services in Badung Regency is one of the businesses operating in the transportation services sector whose business activities cannot be separated from increasingly competitive market conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a marketing strategy that takes into account perceived usefulness, perceived risk and quality of information to create buying interest. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and quality of information on buying interest. The population in this study are users of the Balicab Transportation Service in Badung Regency, the exact number of which is not known. The sample size was determined 5 to 10 times the number of indicators so that a sample of 105 respondents was obtained. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1. perceived usefulness on buying interest, 2. perceived risk on buying interest, 3. information quality on buying interest, 4. perceived usefulness, perceived risk and information quality on buying interest

Get PDFThe consumer purchasing decision stage involves the desire to buy a favorite product. Consumer decisions are influenced by the level of perceived risk. Perceived risk can cause consumers to change, delay, or avoid decisions. Consumers consider carefully before making a purchasing decision. This research aims to examine the extent to which consumer satisfaction can be a mediating factor in the influence of price on purchasing decisions. This research will also look at how purchasing decisions will be influenced by price variables for MS Glow products in Denpasar City via the Shopee E-Commerce platform. There were 60 research samples involved in this study. Path analysis is a method used for data analysis. Research proves that the influence of purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction on the price of Ms Glow products in Denpasar City on Shopee E-Commerce is positive and significant. It was also proven that the influence of purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction with Ms Glow products in Denpasar City on Shopee E-Commerce was also positive and significant. Finally, purchasing decisions are influenced by price through consumer satisfaction with Ms Glow products in Denpasar City on E-Commerce Shopee which is also positive and significant

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, and teamwork on employee performance at UD. Bali Bagus Gubug Tabanan Regency. The population in the study were all employees at UD. Bali Bagus Gubug Tabanan Regency as many as 33 people, the sampling method uses the census method. Data collection was carried out by interview, questionnaire, and documentation methods. Instrument testing is done with validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. The results of hypothesis testing prove that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and teamwork has a positive and non-significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions given include leaders should treat employees fairly, establish standard operational procedures, and increase employee cohesiveness at work

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Jasa Wah Laundry
Get PDFCustomer loyalty is an important aspect that is of great concern to service provider companies, because it can be considered a very valuable asset. There are also important aspects related to customer loyalty, namely service quality and price. The aim of this study is to investigate how service quality and pricing impact customer loyalty towards Wah Laundry services. This research was carried out at Wah Laundry, involving 130 participants selected through accidental sampling. Data was gathered through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis employed multiple linear regression using the SPSS software to examine these relationships. The analysis findings indicate that: 1) Service quality strongly influences customer loyalty towards Wah Laundry services in a positive manner, 2) Price also positively impacts customer loyalty to Wah Laundry services, and 3) The combined effect of service quality and price significantly enhances customer loyalty to Wah Laundry services

One of the famous suckling pigs in Bali is Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana. In 2022, Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana succeeded in increasing their net profit from 2021, but in 2023 there was a decline in sales from 2022. Apart from the data that has been described, researchers also conducted interviews regarding the Store Atmosphere at Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana and highlighted several negative aspect. The results of interviews conducted with several consumers who have never shopped at Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana often hear and receive negative information regarding the assessments given by customers who have shopped at Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana through reviews on social media. The population in this study is all consumers of Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana, the number of members of the population is not known for certain. The sampling technique was carried out using accidental sampling so that the researchers determined 104 samples. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear. These results show that Store Atmosphere, Electronic Word of Mouth, partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Babi Guling Pan Ana

Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba melakukan kuliah umum via daring pada saat mahasiswa di Universitas Hindu Indonesia melakukan kunjungan praktik kerja lapangan di Universitas MataramMetode Penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu Metode Pengumpulan Data & Metode Perancangan hasil Pembahasan yang didapat berupa Analisa Kebutuhan yang berisi : Data Primer & Analisa Kebutuhan, membuat design materi perkuliahan umum di obs studio, lalu melakukan live streaming kuliah umum dengan Youtube studio.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kuliah daring merupakan sebuah solusi terhadap kendala yang sering terjadi pada saat perkuliahan, yaitu dengan terbatasnya waktu dan tempat bagi dosen selaku pengajar dan mahasiswa selaku penerikma materi. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Mobil Bekas Berkualitas Menggunakan Metode MOORA
Get PDFBanyaknya pilihan dan harga yang beragam dalam memilih mobil bekas, membuat pembeli bingung dalam menentukan pilihannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu dalam memberikan keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 kriteria seperti harga, tahun produksi, kapasitas mesin, kapasitas penumpang, pemeliharaan, suku cadang dan layanan aftersales, dan 17 alternatif yang digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perhitungan manual menggunakan MOORA, perhitungan akurasi dan penerapan menggunakan python. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah disediakan, yang menjadi pembobotan terbesar adalah harga yang mencapai 21,06%. Perhitungan menggunakan MOORA menunjukkan mobil bekas yang paling direkomendasikan adalah merk “Suzuki APV” dengan nilai 0,1657, terbaik kedua “Toyota Avanza” dengan nilai 0,1630 dan ketiga adalah “Suzuki Ertiga” dengan nilai 0,1609. Uji akurasi menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 88,24% pada kondisi pemeringkatan 3 dan 4 teratas, dan mencapai 76,47% pada kondisi pemeringkatan 5 teratas.
