CONFORMITY INDEX RELIGIOUS PEOPLE IN BADUNG DISTRICT
Get PDFThis research was conducted to measure the Religious Harmony Index (IKUB) in Badung Regency. This research is classified as a survey research type. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, samples were taken randomly from the neighborhood/banjar. This research was carried out by conducting a survey in 50 villages/subdistricts (out of 62 villages/subdistricts) in 6 (six) sub-districts in Badung Regency. It is hoped that sampling by carrying out surveys at locations in 50 villages/subdistricts will represent the answers or attitudes of all religious communities in terms of their relationship with followers of other religions in Badung Regency. The time this research was carried out was from March-September 2024. The research results are as follows. The average Religious Harmony Index (IKUB) in each subdistrict in Badung Regency is very high, namely North Kuta Subdistrict occupies the highest position with an IKUB value reaching 99.63, followed by South Kuta Subdistrict 97.33, Abiansemal Subdistrict 97.25, Petang Subdistrict 96.85, Kuta 95.60 and Mengwi District 92.49. Meanwhile, the average Religious Harmony Index (IKUB) in Badung Regency in 2024 is 96.52, this result is higher than the IKUB in Badung Regency in 2023, namely 93.4, and also higher than the IKUB in Badung Regency in 2019, namely 80.24. Meanwhile, the map of variations in relations between religious communities in Badung Regency; shows that Variation of Tolerance, Variation of Equality and Variation of Cooperation are very good

The writing of this scientific work was carried out based on the results of observations by conducting interviews and direct training in the form of an introduction to the location, implementation time, and activities to be carried out. From the results of observations, there were problems encountered, namely that the traditional art of dance and the socialization of living pharmacy practices had not been carried out well due to a lack of teaching staff. Mango Taru Restaurant & Bar, as a culinary business actor, is committed to continuously adapting to technological advancements. One of the challenges faced is managing the influx of customers that come simultaneously. The scarcity of menu books often leads to increased customer waiting time, reducing service efficiency and triggering customer dissatisfaction. To address this issue, researchers accompanied Mango Taru Restaurant & Bar in implementing digitization through QR Code scanning technology as a sustainable solution. This accompaniment aims to improve service efficiency, reduce paper waste, and provide a better customer experience. The research employed a qualitative approach involving interviews, observations, and document analysis, resulting in a digitally-based restaurant menu using QR Codes applied in mini flyers and business cards. The results of this accompaniment provide benefits for Mango Taru Restaurant & Bar, reflecting a commitment to environmentally friendly practices, and reinforcing the restaurant\u27s image as an innovative place that offers high-quality culinary experiences. This study illustrates the importance of technological digitization in the culinary industry and presents recommendations to maximize the results of this accompaniment while maintaining a focus on the customer experience

Get PDFLeprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae. Leprosy is the main cause of permanent physical disability. Defects in the hands and feet are divided into three levels of disability according to WHO (1988), level 0 (no anesthesia and anatomical abnormalities), level 1 (anesthesia, no anatomical abnormalities) and level 2 (anatomical abnormalities). There is no effective therapy for leprosy disability, so holistic therapy such as medical rehabilitation is needed. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is a leprosy sufferer, a 63 years old woman with grade 2 disability and her family. The patient also experienced paralysis in both legs due to a stroke which was a complication of the diabetes mellitus. The method for implementing PKM activities is by providing training on self-rehabilitation and self-care so that complications due to leprosy disability can prevented, and providing wheelchairs to help partners mobilize. Indicators of achievement include moist extremity skin, no new wounds appearing, contractures on the patient\u27s hands and both of legs not getting worse and the patient getting a wheelchair has reached 100%

The research aims to examine the influence of firm size, profitability, solvency, company age, and KAP size on audit delay in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020–2022. The population of this research is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020–2022, namely 82 companies. The sample in this research was determined based on the purposive sampling method, and a sample of 52 companies was obtained with a research period of 3 years, so the total observations were 156. The analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research results show that profitability and KAP size have a negative effect on audit delay, while firm size, solvency, and company age have no effect on audit delay

Get PDFThe COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted banking operations that are carried out directly to customers and increased the threat of physical contact for retail bankers and customers, as a result, the world is turning to Internet banking to continue routine transactions for bill payments, grocery purchases, and brand shopping. This study aims to determine the effect of e-banking service quality and brand image on Ewom and the effect of e-banking service quality, brand image, and EWOM on customer intentions to use e-banking at Bank BRI in Denpasar City. The variables studied in this study are e-banking service quality, brand image, E-wom, and customer intentions in using e-banking. The data used is primary data, namely the results or answers of respondents through questionnaires. The study employed a purposive sampling technique to gather data from BRI Bank customers in Denpasar City, with a total of 235 respondents participating. Path analysis was utilized as the analytical method. The findings indicated a favorable impact of E-banking service quality on electronic word-of-mouth (e-wom) at BRI Bank in Denpasar City. Additionally, E-banking service quality demonstrated a positive influence on customers\u27 intentions to utilize BRI Bank E-Banking services in the same city. Likewise, the brand image variable exhibited a constructive effect on e-wom for BRI Bank in Denpasar City and also positively influenced customers\u27 intentions to use BRI Bank E-Banking services. Ultimately, the e-wom variable was found to have a positive impact on customer intentions to engage with BRI Bank E-Banking services in Denpasar City.
 
Faktor Niat Pembelian Skincare Lokal di E-Commerce: Studi Dewasa Muda di Bali
Get PDFThis research aims to analyse the factors influencing the purchase intention of local skincare products in e-commerce among young adults in Bali. The research method used is purposive non-probability sampling with a sample of 201 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire filled out by individuals aged 18 to 36 who use e-commerce to purchase local skincare products. Samples were examined using SPSS IBM 26.0 and SmartPLS (SEM) 3.3.3. The results indicated that perceived usefulness, product quality, and subjective norms significantly influenced young adults to purchase local skincare products online. Moreover, attitude positively mediated the relationship between perceived usefulness, product quality, and subjective norms with purchase intention. Consequently, these findings offer valuable insights regarding crucial factors influencing online purchasing intention for local skincare brands, marketers, and researchers

Polusi udara yang disebabkan oleh asap industri, asap kendaraan bermotor saat ini sudah melampaui batas panduan kualitas udara dari WHO. Keberadaan RTH sangat dibutuhkan sebagai sabuk hijau kawasan sebagai suatu solusi terhadap polusi udara karena memiliki fungsi menjaga keseimbangan ekologis dengan tumbuhan sebagai komponen utama di dalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman hayati jenis tumbuhan yang berada di Taman Suropati. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey. Titik sampling ditentukan secara purposive yaitu berdasarkan arah penjuru mata angin, menggunakan metode transek kuadrat (Transec Quadrat) secara acak/random sampling dengan jumlah titik sampling 30% dari luas area Taman Suropati. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 5 famili dari 6 jenis tumbuhan yaitu pohon Mahoni (Swietenia mahagoni) sebesar 15,94%, Kelapa (Cocos nucifera) 1%, Pohon Anggur Laut (Coccoloba uvifera L) 1%, Palem (Liquala grandis) sebesar 9,42%, Bunga Cabe (Costus woodsonii) sebesar 72% dan Philodendron giganteum 1%. Keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan di Taman Suropati secara total termasuk dalam kategori buruk yaitu H=1,55, kondisi ini menggambarkan ketidakseimbangan ekosistem di Taman Suropati

Get PDFKajian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap persoalan tatanan nilai pagelaran wayang sapuh leger yang sangat kompleks dalam kebudayaan Bali. Pagelaran wayang sapuh leger merupakan sebuah bentuk asimilasi kesenian dan ritual yang diperuntukan untuk seseorang yang lahir pada wuku wayang. Kepercayaan masyarakat Bali terhadap pelaksanaan ini tidak terlepas dari mitos Bhatara Kala yang hendak memangsa Rare Kumara. Kisah ini pula yang secara umum menjadi dasar keyakinan masyarakat Bali untuk melaksanakan pagelaran wayang sapuh leger. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap tatanan nilai yang dipegang oleh masyarakat Bali tentang pagelaran wayang sapuh leger. Perspektif yang digunakan untuk mendekati persoalan ini adalah aksiologi atau tatanan nilai Max Scheler. Hasil dan pembahasan mengenai analisis wayang sapuh leger menurut perspektif Max Scheler menunjukan adanya: nilai kenikmatan, nilai vital, nilai kejiwaan, dan nilai kerohanian, akan tetapi secara prinsip nilai yang menempati posisi puncak hierarki dalam pelaksanaan pagelaran wayang sapuh leger adalah nilai kerohanian sebagai nilai yang mendasari pelaksanaannya
