    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, service quality and satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research was conducted at LPD Desa Adat Guwang which is located at Jl. Raya Guwang No 100, Guwang, Sukawati, Gianyar Regency. The population in this study were all LPD customers in 2024 as many as 10,493 people and determined a sample size of 99 people using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation, literature, and questionnaires measured using a Likert Scale five answer options. Validity test and reliability test are used as instrument tests. Classical assumption tests were carried out with normality, multicolinerity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of research show that trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously trust, service quality and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty

    The low participation of cooperative members in saving activities remains a challenge, despite the various programs and facilities offered by the cooperative. This situation raises questions about the factors that influence members\u27 decisions to save. The population in this study consisted of 4,753 members, with a sample of 98 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected online via Google Forms. Instrument testing was conducted using validity and reliability tests, while data analysis employed multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that trust and promotion simultaneously influence saving decisions by 60.5%. Individually, both trust and promotion also have a positive and significant effect on saving decisions. Cooperative managers are advised to focus more on building long-term trust with members and to design targeted and sustainable promotional strategies. For future research, it is recommended to explore other variables such as service quality, transaction convenience, or risk perception, which may also influence members’ saving decisions in cooperatives

    This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and live shopping on purchasing decisions for FMCG products on Tokopedia among the people of Denpasar City. E-commerce growth in Indonesia is increasing rapidly with internet penetration reaching 79.5%, however, Tokopedia has experienced a decline in sales of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products from 2022–2024. The research approach used is quantitative with a population of all Denpasar city users of Tokopedia. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents determined through a purposive sampling technique. The results show that  online customer reviews have a strong and meaningful impact in encouraging consumers to make purchasing decisions (t = 5.656; sig = 0.000), likewise live shopping has a positive and significant effect (t = 5.850; sig = 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F = 70.511; sig = 0.000) with a contribution of 63.8%. The conclusion of the study states that the better the online customer reviews and live shopping, the higher the purchasing decisions for FMCG products on Tokopedia. The implications of this research suggest that Tokopedia should improve the quality of reviews with product photos/videos, improve the quality of live shopping hosts, increase product variations, and for further research, it is recommended to add other variables such as trust and promotion

    Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia that possesses a unique and diverse cultural heritage across its regions. This culture serves as a vital asset for tourism and national identity. However, amidst modernization and globalization, cultural preservation faces significant challenges. Pupuan District, as part of Tabanan Regency, has a variety of arts and rituals that need to be systematically documented to prevent them from being forgotten. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to inventory the arts and rituals in Pupuan District, Tabanan. The research utilizes the ADDIE method, which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The system is developed using the Laravel 11 framework, PHP 8.2, and Leaflet for interactive mapping, with MySQL as the database to store cultural information. The research findings indicate that this system facilitates stakeholders in accessing cultural information through a website equipped with interactive features. The system testing was conducted using the blackboxtesting method, and the results showed that the system operates optimally according to user requirements

    This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work ethic on work effectiveness at PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur in Denpasar. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study consists of 150 employees from all departments at PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur. The sampling method used is probability sampling, with only 30% of the population selected as the research sample. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. Work ethic also has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness

    As a way to get quantitative data for this study, surveys were given to people who worked at the Environmental and Land Affairs Office.   The study sample was made up of 109 people who filled out the survey using the total sampling method.   Analysis consists of t-tests, F-tests, multiple linear regression, validity, reliability, and classical assumption testing. The study found that workplace stress, workload, and surroundings influence employee performance.     The hospitality industry shows significant growth in response to increasing tourism activities and community mobility. This reflects the great potential of the hospitality sector in supporting economic development and the development of tourist destinations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and location on consumer stay decisions at Eden Residence At The Sea Batu Belig. There were 100 respondents selected to be used as data sources. The analysis used the Bergdan linear regression method. The results obtained showed that service quality, promotion, and location had a significant effect on consumer stay decisions. Suggestions given include Management is advised to improve aspects of service, promotion, and parking facilities through training, marketing strategy innovation, and optimization of supporting facilities

    This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee performance and explore the role of work motivation as a moderating variable in this relationship. The background of this research is based on the importance of creating a conducive work environment by strengthening positive organizational culture and enhancing work motivation, which are believed to improve employee productivity and work effectiveness. The study was conducted on employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sanjiwani in Gianyar Regency. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, and data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to selected respondents. The data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with a t-test to examine the significance of the relationships between variables. The findings show that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation plays a role as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. These findings indicate that a good organizational culture can directly improve performance and will be more effective if supported by high levels of work motivation. Therefore, organizations that can build a positive culture and consistently encourage employee work motivation will achieve optimal and sustainable performance. It is essential for organizations to consider both factors in their human resource management strategies and conduct further research involving other sectors to strengthen the generalization of the findings and explore the influence of other variables on employee performanc

    The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung. The population in this study were all 32 employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh. Meanwhile, the number of samples in this study was 32 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture, work discipline, and the work environment have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung. This means that the better the organizational culture, work discipline, and work environment, the higher employee performance will be. Suggestions that can be given to the company include: 1) Employees should pay more attention to work accuracy. 2) Employees should always arrive on time and management is expected to supervise employees. 3) Improve cohesiveness and build cooperation with coworkers. 4) Provide training to employees so they are able to complete the work assigned to them
