    Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Di Villa Metteyya Ubud Bali

    Customer loyalty indicates the alignment between a person’s expectations and the rewards provided by the service. Factors that influence customer loyalty include service quality and price. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative, conducted on consumers of Villa Metteya Ubud. The sample consisted of 70 respondents. The data analysis techniques employed include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by a t-value of 4.749 and a significance value of 0.000. Price also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a t-value of 2.112 and a significance value of 0.040. Simultaneously, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by an F-value of 47.474 and a significance value of 0.000. The study suggests that Villa Metteya Ubud Bali should supervise employees when providing services to ensure quick and timely service, evaluate pricing policies to match service quality and facilities, and consistently provide quality service and appropriate pricing so that customers are not attracted to switch to other villas

    In enhancing user satisfaction, there are influencing factors such as service features, security, and ease of use. Service features refer to a product functioning with distinct characteristics. Security involves how we can prevent fraud. Ease of use refers to the level of user expectations regarding the effort required to use a system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service features, security, and ease of use on user satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted on students of FEBP UNHI. The population of this study consisted of 2021 cohort students who use the DANA e-wallet, totaling 100 individuals. The sampling method used was total sampling, resulting in a sample of 100 people. Data collection methods included interviews, documentation, and questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that service features, security, and ease of use have a positive and significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service features, security, and ease of use simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. The recommendation given is to improve service features, understand the importance of security, and implement good ease of use practices so that user satisfaction continues to increase

    This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, measured by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and capital adequacy, measured by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), on profitability, measured by the Return on Assets (ROA), at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya in Batubulan. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements for the period 2022-2024. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results indicate that, partially, LDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA, and CAR also has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, LDR and CAR significantly influence ROA, with an adjusted R² value of 0.741, meaning that 74.1% of ROA variation can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings suggest that optimal management of liquidity and capital can enhance the profitability of PT. BPR Artha BaliJaya

    This study\u27s goal is to find out how customers\u27 opinions about price and service quality affect their happiness. The study\u27s population was up to 650 people who went to Padma Gym Denpasar in 2024. 87 people who took part in this study were used as a sample group. As part of the sampling process, accidental sampling was used. Multiple linear regression tests, validity, and reliability are used in the research method to look at the link between variables. The study\u27s results show that both how people think about prices and how good the service is have a positive and significant effect on how happy people are. This means that customers will be happier if they think the price and quality of the service are fair. To meet its customers\u27 needs and goals, Padma Gym should always work to maintain and improve customer happiness by focusing on service quality and how customers see prices

    The government plays a strategic role as a provider of quality public services. The success in fulfilling this role is largely determined by the performance of civil servants. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance, both individually (partially) and collectively (simultaneously). The research was conducted at the Kesiman Urban Village Office, involving all employees as respondents (52 individuals) using a census method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the institution enhance employee motivation through non-material rewards, proper workload evaluation, and the provision of relevant non-financial incentives and compensation

    Shopee is considered the most well-known marketplace in Indonesia based on a survey by App Annie, which examined the number of active users and how often people visit the site each month. In addition, Shopee is also recorded as the most downloaded application in Southeast Asia according to the same survey. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of service quality, trust, and satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research was conducted in Bali with a sample of 130 respondents. Data analysis will utilize reliability and validity tests, multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. This research shows that each independent variable partially contributes significantly and positively to customer loyalty. This means that each independent variable simultaneously contributes 66.1% to customer loyalty. The researchers suggest that Shopee should collaborate with more shipping services, continuously monitor sellers, and provide warnings and strict sanctions to those proven not to deliver products as promised to buyers. They should also offer a money-back guarantee if the product received does not match what was promised

    Market segmentation is a strategy that differentiates consumers based on their diverse needs. Through this approach, companies or producers are able to gain a deeper understanding of each consumer group’s characteristics. Both market segmentation and product quality are crucial factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of these two factors on purchasing decisions at Saur Samudra MSME, located in Sedang Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The research involved 90 respondents as the sample. A quantitative method was applied, with data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS version 25.0, beginning with validity and reliability tests of the instruments, followed by multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that market segmentation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Saur Samudra MSME. These results highlight the importance of implementing appropriate market segmentation and improving product quality in order to increase consumer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchasing decisions

    This research is conducted in Denpasar City with the intention of discovering how customer happiness on Shopee affects brand experience and, by extension, purchase choices. This research used a quantitative technique. This research uses a non-probability sampling approach called purposive sampling to collect data from 65 participants drawn from the population of Denpasar City who use Shopee e-commerce. The actual number of users is unknown, but it is infinite. This research used SmartPLS 3.0 as its analytic tool. This research found that consumers\u27 positive and statistically significant experiences with brands influenced their purchase choices. There is a favourable and statistically significant relationship between customer happiness and brand experience. There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between customer satisfaction and purchase behaviour. Additionally, customer happiness, as a result of a pleasant brand experience, significantly influences purchase choices. This research concludes that in order to keep users engaged and encourage them to make more purchases on Shopee, the e-commerce platform must keep improving and introducing new features
