Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Asta Brata, Karakteristik Individu Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang
Observation aims to obtain Asta Brata leadership, individual characteristics and compensation on employee performance at Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang using a population and sample of 40 employees using a census. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the observation reveal that Asta Brata leadership is able to cause increased performance, individual characteristics have a good impact on employee performance and compensation is able to improve employee performance. Asta Brata leadership, individual characteristics and compensation have a positive impact on employee performance. Leaders of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang are able to act fairly to employees in working, are willing to behave well and follow work regulations and are able to appreciate employees in working
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Urban Seaside Restauran & Bar Nusa Dua Badung Bali
Purchasing decisions are used as part of the main factors that determine the level of success of a business activity and also provide support in winning the competition in this industrial world. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at Urban Seaside Restaurant & Bar Nusa Dua Badung Bali. The population that supports this study is consumers who visit Urban Seaside Restaurant & Bar Nusa Dua with a total of 130 people. The number of sample data used was 130 respondents, where the calculation of this sample applied the infinite method and accidental sampling method. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by conducting research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t-tests and also including the F test. This study provides results by proving that product quality and service quality provide results with evidence of a positive influence and also a significant direction partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Urban Seaside Restaurant & Bar Nusa Dua. The resulting R² coefficient reached 54.5%, thus providing evidence that product quality and service quality contribute to purchasing decisions at Urban Seaside Restaurant & Bar Nusa Dua. It is recommended that Urban Seaside needs to improve food storage and presentation as well as service efficiency, while further research is recommended to explore different locations and additional variables
Peran Kerjasama Tim Dalam Memediasi Kepribadian Individu Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Tourism plays an important role in improving community welfare, with accommodation as the main facility for tourists to rest. This study analyzes the influence of individual personality on employee performance, with teamwork as a mediating variable. This study was conducted at Bali Silent Retreat, Tabanan, using a census method on 57 employees. Hypothesis testing using path analysis shows that teamwork partially mediates the relationship between individual personality and employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to provide employee development training, provide brainstorming forums, implement a structured reporting system, hold regular meetings between divisions, and organize team-building to improve teamwork effectiveness
Customer Orientation Enchances The Role of Product Innovation Capability in Improving Marketing Performance
The evolving dynamics of modern lifestyles have triggered substantial growth within the MSME sector, particularly in fashion and accessories. This phenomenon creates a promising market niche for new entrepreneurs entering the creative industry. This study primarily aims to evaluate the impact of customer orientation on marketing performance, incorporating product innovation capability as a mediating variable. The research population comprises fashion and accessory MSMEs in Pontianak City, with a sample of 153 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via AMOS version 23. The findings indicate that customer orientation has a significant effect on performance (p-value = 0.019), whereas product innovation does not significantly influence marketing performance (p-value = 0.450). Additionally, customer orientation significantly impacts product innovation (p-value = 0.001). However, product innovation fails to mediate the relationship between customer orientation and marketing performance (p-value = 0.452). Focusing on customer needs serves as the primary driver for fashion MSMEs in Pontianak, as it enhances both product development and marketing performance. Although a customer-centric focus triggers innovation, such innovation does not bridge the influence of customer orientation on marketing performance
Financial Experience: Langkah Awal Menuju Financial Management Behavior yang Baik
Financial management behavior is essential for SME owners to develop their businesses, and financial experience plays an important role in shaping good financial management behavior. This study was conducted to examine the impact of financial experience and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior using financial literacy and emotional intelligence as mediators. This study was quantitative in nature. A non-probability sampling method was applied using purposive sampling. The population consisted of small and medium business owners in Jepara. Data were obtained from questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that financial experience, financial literacy, and emotional intelligence had a positive impact on financial management behavior, but financial self-efficacy did not have an impact, although it could have an impact when mediated by emotional intelligence. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, communication, and employee rewards on employee performance at Beingsattvaa Luxury Ubud in Tegallalang, Gianyar. Employee performance is a critical factor in determining the success of an organization, particularly in the hospitality industry, which heavily relies on service quality. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, all of whom are employees at the organization. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess both the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables - leadership, communication, and rewards on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The findings revealed that all three independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on performance. Additionally, each variable also demonstrates a positive and significant partial influence on improving employee performance. These results underscore the importance of effective leadership, open and efficient communication, and a fair reward system in enhancing performance levels. Therefore, it is recommended that the management of Beingsattvaa Luxury Ubud continuously improve leadership quality, strengthen internal communication, and optimize their reward system to foster a productive and sustainable work environmen
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Atribut Produk dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Smart TV Merek Samsung Di UFO Elektronik Teuku Umar Denpasar
Product quality is one of the key elements in marketing strategy, involving consumers\u27 assessment of a product\u27s ability to fulfill its value and function. In addition to product quality, other factors that influence purchasing decisions include product attributes and price. Good product attributes can provide information, features, and designs that meet consumer expectations, while an appropriate price encourages consumers in making purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, product attributes, and price on purchasing decisions for Samsung smart tv products at UFO Elektronik Teuku Umar Denpasar. This research was conducted at the UFO Elektronik store on Teuku Umar Street, Denpasar, with a sample size of 95 consumers, using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a survey approach, with research instruments including literature review, interviews, and questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that product quality, product attributes, and price both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Samsung smart tv products at UFO Elektronik Teuku Umar Denpasar. The implication of this study is that companies should improve product quality, pay attention to product attributes, and set appropriate prices to encourage increased consumer purchasing decisions
PENGARUH TINGKAT PENYALURAN KREDIT, PERPUTARAN KAS, DAN PERTUMBUHAN TABUNGAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS LPD DI KECAMATAN UBUD PERIODE 2021-2024
To achieve one of the LPD\u27s goals, which is to improve the welfare of indigenous village communities, LPDs need to maintain and increase their profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of credit disbursement, cash turnover, and savings growth on profitability. This study was conducted in Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. The population in this study was 32 LPDs in Ubud District. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection methods used were quantitative research and literature. The analysis technique used was linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that the level of credit disbursement had a positive and significant effect on profitability, cash turnover had a positive and significant effect on profitability, and savings growth had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, the level of credit disbursement, cash turnover, and savings growth had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Suggestions related to the level of credit disbursement are to increase the effectiveness of credit disbursement and strengthen creditworthiness analysis. Regarding cash turnover, it is recommended to manage cash flow effectively and improve credit collection discipline. Regarding savings growth, it is recommended to increase public trust and innovate savings product
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk Dan Kelengkapan Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan
The fashion industry, particularly footwear, is experiencing rapid growth in Indonesia, with an increasing demand for sandal products. This study purpose to examine how customer satisfaction at Nanas id Store is influenced by service quality, product quality, and product completeness. This research employs a quantitative explanatory design and involves 96 respondents selected through non-probability sampling techniques. Questionnaires, interviews, also observation were used to input data. The analysis results indicate that service quality, product quality, also product completeness positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction. The F-value of 60.876 shows that these three variables have a simultaneous effect. Partially, service quality has a t-value of 3.985, product quality 3.859, and product completeness 5.906, all significant at α = 0.05. The conclusion emphasizes that improvements in these three factors can enhance customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that Nanas.id focus on staff training, product quality evaluation, and expanding product variety to create a more satisfying shopping experience, thereby increasing customer loyalty

Financial Technology is an investment alternative that presents options for people who wish to access financial services in a practical, efficient, convenient and economical manner. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience, trust, and service features on interest in using financial technology (fintech). The final sample in this study was 225 responden from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, Indonesia Hindu University Active who were willing to answer the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that perceived convenience, trust, and service features have a positive effect on interest in using financial technology (fintech)
