    Pengaruh Online Customer Reviews, Celebrity Endorsement, dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian

    This study focused on Tokopedia e-commerce users within Denpasar City. The research population comprised individuals from Denpasar City who engaged in transactions through Tokopedia. The sample size consisted of 70 participants. Data collection methods included observation, questionnaire surveys employing a five-point Likert scale, interviews, and literature review. Instrument validation involved assessing validity and reliability, followed by hypothesis testing via multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that 6.48 persen of purchasing decisions were impacted by online customer reviews, celebrity endorsements, and brand image. Specifically, online customer reviews, celebrity endorsements, and brand image were found to individually exert positive and statistically significant influences on purchasing decisions. Additionally, when considered collectively, these factors demonstrated a significant influence on purchasing decisions

    This research was conducted at Prana Dewi Mountain Resort Tabanan Regency. Sampling in this study was carried out using a saturated sample technique, which amounted to 32 people. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, documentation studies, literature, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use path analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (4) Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on the results of the study, it is recommended: (1) Leaders should pay attention to the provision of salaries, the value of salaries received should be adjusted to the workload and personal responsibilities of employees, leaders should always coordinate every task and responsibility to each employee. (2) Leaders should be able to create harmonious communication with all employees, provide work direction in accordance with existing work procedures and provide opportunities for all employees to attend training

    Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) are some of the ratios that provide important information about a company\u27s operational efficiency, capital structure, and liquidity. One measure of a company\u27s success that is highly regarded by stakeholders is its share price in the capital market. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio and current ratio partially and simultaneously on stock prices. This research was conducted in the Health Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 9 companies with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The research method used is quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques, namely Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, Test t and Test F. Based on the calculation results of each variable partially return on assets has a negative and significant influence on stock prices, while the variables debt to equity ratio and current ratio have a negative and insignificant influence on stock prices and simultaneously have a positive effect and not significant to share prices in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

    The huge potential of Bali Island as a tourist destination certainly presents promising business opportunities related to the tourism sector. This condition certainly causes more and more businesses to emerge targeting tourists. This enormous potential is of course accompanied by increasingly fierce competition intensity, thus affecting customer loyalty. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Mano Beach House. The research population size is 82,868 customers in 2022. The sample size determined is 100 customers using accidental sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis and Sobell test. The results of the analysis prove that customers mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. Suggestions given include providing wider parking space and providing training to employees regarding the existing menu. Next is to provide compensation for negligence that occurred

    Tight  competition  with  other financial  institutions certainly encourages  cooperatives to always be ready to compete. Cooperatives certainly need employees who are able to show the best performance to be competitive. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication, work environment, and financial compensation on employee performance. This  research  was  conducted  at  the  Swadharmita  Multipurpose  Cooperative  (KSU)  in Kesiman, Denpasar. The population in this study were 34 KSU Swadharmita employees using the census method. Collection can be done by conducting interviews, literature studies, documentation  and  questionnaires.  The data  analysis  technique used is multiple linear regression  with  SPSS software.  Hypothesis test results show that communication,  work environment, and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions given include holding special information sharing sessions, redesigning work spaces with brighter light and holding gatherings to increase collaboration between employees, paying salaries according to government regulations and giving bonuses to employees

    The purchasing decision is a stage in the decision-making process that leads consumers to make a choice. Several factors influence the purchasing decision, such as social media marketing, price, and product quality. Social media marketing is the process of creating beneficial relationships through social media platforms. Price refers to the amount of money charged for a product or service. Meanwhile, product quality is the characteristic of a product that has the ability to meet customer needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social media marketing, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted on The Originote skincare products. The population for this study consists of consumers using The Originote skincare, which is considered infinite in number. The sample size was determined using the Hair theory, resulting in 95 participants. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that the independent variables (X) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) both partially and simultaneously. Recommendations include increasing interaction with consumers, adjusting the selling price to match the quality and benefits of the product, and paying attention to product packaging to improve consumer purchasing decisions

    This study aims to find out the effect of work stress, teamwork and work motivation on employee performance at PT Mitra Karsa Utama. The research method used is quantitative. The research location is at PT Mitra Karsa Utama. The population of this study were all 40 employees of PT. Mitra Karsa Utama. The sample used was 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, team work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously work stress, team work and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions for PT Mitra Karsa Utama are expected leadership training for directors, supervisors, or division heads to increase comfort for employees, training on the importance of teamwork and strengthening the reward system for outstanding employees through a clear and fair program

    Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) is a microfinance institution owned by traditional villages in Bali, which provides savings and loan services to the community. This study aims to design and develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the distribution of credit customers at LPD Desa Adat Mengwitani. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The technology used includes the Python programming language with the Flask framework and the Folium library for interactive map visualization. Customer data is stored in a MySQL database and connected using SQLAlchemy. System testing was carried out using the black box testing method, and the results showed that the system performed well without any bugs. The final product is a web-based application that displays an interactive map with customer location markers and customer information in popups. This system helps LPD monitor customer distribution visually and supports decision-making related to credit service and management.

    This study discusses the optimization of bandwidth usage in the computer network of Heteroku Computer Bali by implementing the Simple Queue method on a Mikrotik Routerboard device. The main issue identified was the unequal distribution of bandwidth, which resulted in decreased network connection quality. The purpose of this study was to implement the Simple Queue method to optimize bandwidth usage and to analyze its impact on network stability. The research followed the stages of the Network Development Life Cycle, including analysis, design, simulation, implementation, and monitoring. Configuration was carried out by limiting Ether1 to Ether5 to 100 Mbps each. The test results showed an improvement in fair bandwidth distribution and more stable network connectivity. Thus, the implementation of the Simple Queue method successfully addressed the issue of bandwidth distribution and improved the overall network performance in the study environment
