No full textAsam urat adalah jenis penyakit yang disebabkan oleh diet dan konsumsi makanan yang tinggi di purin konten yang mengakibatkan adanya ketidakseimbangan antara masuknya purin dan kemampuan tubuh untuk metabolisme mereka, penumpukan asam urat menyebabkan sebuah kristal di sendi. Pandemik yang telah berakibat pada pembatasan covid-19 tentang penyelenggaraan penyuluhan membuat keberadaan media online dapat digunakan sebagai metode alternatif untuk penyuluhan. Metode pelaksanaan padapengabdian ini adalah dengan metode pengambilan survei dari partisipan komunitas kesehatan pada apotek patimura, Apotek Madyopuro, dan Apotek sehat di Malang. Peningkatan pengetahuan asam urat dengan media video berhasil dan dapat memberikan hasil baik, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil pengetahuan yang berbeda signifikan secara statistik. Untuk pengembangan pengabdian masyarakat dapat dilakukan pada area yang lebih luas dan variasi materi yang berbeda

Get PDFProses penuaan sering kali menyebabkan penurunan fungsi fisik, psikologis, dan sosial, termasuk kemampuan kognitif. Di Indonesia, jumlah lansia mengalami peningkatan yang cepat, yang memunculkan keprihatinan terhadap penurunan kognitif dan kesepian di kalangan lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan gim tebak kata berbasis Android yang dirancang khusus untuk meningkatkan fungsi kognitif dan memberikan hiburan yang bermakna bagi lansia. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Metode tersebut meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Melalui pengamatan dan wawancara, kebutuhan pengguna diidentifikasi pada tahap analisis. Selain itu, pembuatan skenario gim dan antarmuka pengguna dilakukan pada tahap desain. Pengembangan menggunakan Unity dan perangkat lunak desain grafis, yang diuji pada tahap implementasi dengan partisipasi lansia. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas gim dalam meningkatkan fungsi kognitif dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil dari Black-Box Testing menunjukkan fungsionalitas pada fitur-fitur pada gim dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Di samping itu, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) memberikan skor kepuasan sebesar 79% yang menunjukkan bahwa gim ini memenuhi harapan pengguna dalam desain, peningkatan kognitif, dan mengatasi kesepian dalam aktivitas waktu luang. Get PDFPemanfaatan fly ash yang merupakan bagian dari residu hasil pembakaran batubara untuk pembangkit Listrik (PLTU), dimana hasil pembakaran tersebut memiliki ukuran yang sama dengan pasir. Aspal beton adalah suatu jenis perkerasan konstruksi yang terdiri dari campuran aspal dan agregat, baik dengan bahan tambah atau tanpa bahan tambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai pengaruh dari pemanfaatan limbah abu batubara sebagai pengganti pasir pada aspal beton dengan variasi campuran 25%, 50% dan 75%. Dari hasil penelitian campuran AC–WC yang digunakan sesuai standar yaitu kondisi kadar aspal 5,5% didapat nilai stabilitas 1580kg, nilai VFB 79,00%, nilai VMA 15,50%, nilai VIM 3,40%, nilai MQ 550kg/mm, nilai flow 2,90mm dan nilai density 2,35. Pengujian dengan variasi campuran 25%, 50% dan 75% didapat nilai stabilitas maksimal 1706,5kg pada variasi 25%, nilai flow maksimal 3,54mm pada variasi 75%, nilai VIM maksimal 4,23% pada variasi 50%, nilai VMA maksimal 18,51% pada variasi 75%, nilai VFB maksimal 82,71% pada variasi 25%, nilai density maksimal 2,38 pada variasi 25% dan nilai MQ 605,33kg/mm pada variasi 25%. Get PDFThe Islamic insurance industry in Indonesia has yet to reach stability. There are still numerous issues to be addressed on both the demand and supply sides. An efficiency study is required to establish the extent to which Islamic insurance companies may optimize their resource use and have a significant impact on Islamic finance in Indonesia. The goal of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Islamic Life Insurance and Islamic General Insurance in Indonesia from 2017 to 2022. The purposive sampling strategy was used to acquire the data for this investigation. The approach used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with VRS assumptions. According to the study's findings, Islamic Life Insurance and Islamic General Insurance achieved the maximum level of efficiency (100 percent) between 2017 and 2022. However, PT Asuransi Islam Keluarga Indonesia as Islamic Life Insurance and PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah as Islamic General Insurance have yet to achieve efficiency. Factors Associated With Transmission Of Nosocomial Infectious Diseases From Patients To Nurses At Rsu Royal Prima Medan
Get PDFNosocomial infection is an infection acquired in the hospital for at least 72 hours, and the patient does not show symptoms of infection when admitted to the hospital. Nosocomial infections can have an impact on patients and their families which results in loss of sources of income, danger, disability, death, additional treatment periods, increased expenses for the hospital and can result in a lowered image of the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the transmission of nosocomial infectious diseases from patients to nurses at RSU Royal Prima Medan. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 200 nurses. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results showed that partially there was a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, facilities, and cleanliness towards the transmission of nosocomial infectious diseases from patients to nurses at RSU Royal Prima Medan. No full textData Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuala Kapuas tahun 2023 bahwa presentase sarana air minum yang diawasi atau diperiksa kualitas air minumnya sesuai standar kategori aman sebesar 29,5% masih jauh dari target yaitu 100%. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan peran pengawasan karyawan dengan penerapan perilaku hygiene depot air minum di Lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuala Kapuas Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh depot air minum yang memiliki karyawan di Lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuala Kapuas Tahun 2024 sebanyak 339 orang. Sampel sebanyak 78 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan Proporsional Stratified Random Sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menerapkan perilaku hygiene dengan baik sebanyak 42 responden (53,8%), sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan tentang hygiene baik sebanyak 39 responden (50,0%), sebagian besar responden memiliki sikap terhadap hygiene positif sebanyak 39 responden (50,0%), sebagian besar responden menyatakan peran pengawasan baik sebanyak 60 responden (76,9%). Ada hubungan pengetahuan (p-value=0,000), sikap (p-value=0,016), dan peran pengawasan (p-value=0,005) dengan penerapan perilaku hygiene depot air minum di Lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuala Kapuas Tahun 2024. Diharapkan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuala Kapuas dapat melakukan pemeriksaan rutin untuk memastikan depot air minum mematuhi standar kebersihan yang ditetapkan, memberikan teguran atau sanksi jika ditemukan pelanggaran

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using Animaker technology-based teaching media on class 4 students' interest in learning. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The method used to find the effect of treatment on the thing being researched. Therefore, in this experimental method there will be special treatment to determine whether or not there is an influence in the research. The method used by researchers is Quasi Experimental design. hypothesis testing, the results of the independent t test show that there are significant differences between the two groups. Levene's Test shows that the variance of the two groups is considered the same (Sig. 0.804). The t-test results show a t-statistic value of 5.298 with 54 degrees of freedom and a significance value of 0.000. The mean difference between the experimental and control groups was 8.964 with a 95% confidence interval ranging from 5.572 to 12.356. These results indicate that the use of Animaker teaching media significantly increases students' interest in learning compared to conventional learning methods. It is concluded that there is a significant influence from the use of Animaker technology-based teaching media on students' interest in learning in science and science subjects in class 4 at SDN Grogol Utara 09. Analysis statistics show that there is a significant difference in the post-test results between the experimental group using Animaker and the control group using conventional methods. With the experimental group's average post-test results being slightly higher, this difference is statistically large enough to be declared a significant difference

Get PDFIn Indonesia, the prevalence of bullying behavior among students reaches a fairly high level, in various forms such as taunts, insults, and beatings. Handling bullying behavior requires an active role from the school, one of which is through counseling guidance services. The objectives of Islamic guidance include helping individuals solve problems, preventing problems from arising, and guiding individuals in carrying out the teachings of Islam. Low empathy is identified as another contributor to bullying behavior, and Islamic guidance is considered an important effort in creating quality students. Future research can further explore the implementation of guidance and counseling programs in collaboration with religious and Islamic education. Incorporating the experiences of students, teachers, counselors, and parents will provide valuable insights to improve the effectiveness of these programs. SELF-CONTROL PADA SISWA DENGAN KECANDUAN INTERNET : A LITERATURE REVIEW
Get PDFBackground: The increasing use of the internet among adolescents has raised concerns about internet addiction, which can have negative impacts on academics, mental health, and social relationships. This addiction is often associated with low self-control in students. Purpose: This study aims to explore in more depth the characteristics of high school students who are addicted to the internet and what factors influence self-control in high school students with internet addiction. Method: To explore this topic, the method used is a systematic review (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) by collecting and analyzing recent studies from 2020 to 2024 that discuss the factors that influence self-control and its relationship to internet addiction. Results: The results of the literature analysis show that the characteristics of students who experience internet addiction tend to show addictive behavior, which can include excessive use of social media, online games, and other internet activities. Factors that influence self-control include personality traits, especially neuroticism and extroversion. The influence of parenting styles, both permissive and authoritarian, affects children's internet use. Permissive parenting tends to increase addiction, while stricter parenting can reduce online time. Students' self-control is influenced by various factors, including gender, family structure, and social environment. Conclusion: This study suggests that high school students who are addicted to the internet tend to experience addictive behaviors that negatively impact their mental health and academic performance.
