The Effect of Asifit, Vitamin E, and Their Combination on The Quality of PE Goat's Milk Water
No full textThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving Asifit, Vitamin E and their combination on the quality of PE goat's milk. This research used the Latin Square Design (RBSL) experimental method with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely treatment consisting of (PO) basal feed without the addition of Asifit and Vitamin E, (P1) - basal feed with the addition of Asifit, (P2) basal feed with the addition of Vitamin E and (P3) Basal feed with a combination of Asifit + Vitamin E. Meanwhile, the variables observed in this study were milk quality consisting of (Dry Ingredients, Protein and Fat Content), Milk pH, and supporting factors such as temperature and humidity. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The results of the study showed that the administration of Asifti and Vitamin E or their combination had no significant effect (P>0.05%) on the dry matter content, protein content, milk fat content and pH of PE goat's milk. However, the administration of Asifti and Vitamin E had a tendency to increase dry matter content, fat content and protein content. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the provision of Asifit and Vitamin E is not optimal for use as a Feed Supplement for dairy livestock

The thing that causes this ineffectiveness is due to local residents' habits/culture that continue to occur in terms of waste disposal. One of them is the existence of TPS whose official status from the Government is unclear, and the operational hours for waste disposal carried out by the community are irregular. then related to the lack of law enforcement and supervision systems. However, the Government, through the Banjarmasin City Environmental Service, is still continuing to make efforts to optimize the implementation of these regulations
Time Optimization Analysis Of Drainage Projects (Case Study: Surya Indah II Complex Drainage Construction)
No full textThe rapid development of the world of construction means that competition in the construction services business must be able to compete. Therefore, careful consideration is required to choose a method so that a construction project can run effectively and efficiently with results that meet the objectives, one of which is the Surya Indah II Complex Drainage Construction. In a development project, considerable processing is required, taking into account the increasing size of the project and the complexity of the dependencies between one part of the work and another in a project to achieve the desired results. Proper scheduling along with adequate resource allocation contributes to project success. This is comparable to the Surya Indah II Complex Drainage Development Project in Banjarbaru City, which has a contract value of 1,480,920,041 billion. This project was supposed to be completed in 180 calendar days; however, it was delayed due to a variety of issues, including bad weather, a shortage of labor, and tardy mobilization. According to the data analyzed in this study, the CPM (critical path method) approach has a critical route. The total project period using the CPM approach is 170 days, calculated based on the longest critical route. Work networks studied using the critical path include mobilization work, tree trunk cutting, concrete demolition, asphalt cutting, box culverts, and other tasks. Using the CPM approach, you can cut the job duration by 2.8% of the contract value. The solution to speed up the duration obtained using the CPM method is to add workers, add productivity tools, add working hours to activities that are on the critical path, and add the Earned Value method for optimal results

Counselors provide assistance and services to prospective brides and grooms in order to guide and provide insight regarding marriage as a provision for the prospective bride and groom so that the prospective bride and groom are able to establish themselves to live a married life. With premarital counseling, it is hoped that the prospective bride and groom will be able to build their household into a sakinah, mawadah, warahmah family. The purpose of this article is to analyze the urgency of the counselor's role in providing premarital counseling at KUA. The method used is a literature study by examining various sources related to pre-marital counseling, the role of counselors, and KUA services. From the literature review, the author obtained results that refer to the initial concept of premarital counseling services, the objectives of premarital counseling, the role of counselors in KUA. The conclusion of this article is that the role of counselors is very necessary to improve the quality of pre-marital counseling services at KUA. This is important to prepare the prospective bride and groom to face the challenges of married life. The author also recommends increasing collaboration between the KUA and educational institutions and community organizations in socializing the importance of pre-marital counseling
PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP PERILAKU AGRESIF VERBAL SISWA DI SMP NEGERI 5 KOTA JAMBI
Get PDFThis research was motivated by the phenomenon of students behaving verbally aggressively at SMP Negeri 5 Jambi City. Verbal aggressive behavior itself can be influenced by various factors, one of which is interpersonal communication. The aim of this research is to measure the level of interpersonal communication, the level of verbal aggressive behavior, and to determine the influence of interpersonal communication on verbal aggressive behavior. This research uses quantitative research methods with simple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with a total research sample of 285 students. Data collection tools used interpersonal communication questionnaires and verbal aggressive behavior questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. The results of the research show that the significance value is 0.000 t table or -13.298 > 1.973, which means that there is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on verbal aggressive behavior, with the direction of the influence being negative

Get PDFThis research is motivated by the phenomena found in Class II A prison in Sibolga which shows that inmates still have low emotional stability displayed by teenagers, such as being easily provoked by ridicule given by friends, and causing fights. Researchers are more focused on youth assisted residents in Class II A Sibolga Lapas. To increase the emotional stability of the assisted adolescents, one of the services in guidance and counseling is group guidance, which aims for researchers to find out the effect of group guidance services on the emotional stability of Class II A Sibolga prison residents. This study belongs to the Pre-Experimental Model One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The population in this study were 26 residents of Barus Prison. The technique used in sampling was the Non-Random Sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling where sampling was taken based on certain considerations, the samples were Youth Assisted Residents of Class II A Sibolga Prison who were indicated to have low emotional stability, namely 9 inmates. The data collection instrument was the Likert Scale, data analysis used a non-parametric statistical test with the Wilcoxon signed rank test with the help of (SPSS) 24. The results show that the value of the Z test (Wilcoxon) shows the difference between pretest and posttest. The results of Wilcoxon calculations for the Z table value are -2.675b. based on the applicable provisions the Wilcoxon test results sig p value of 0.007 < α (α = 0.05) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculations, it can be concluded that there is an increase in emotional stability after being given group guidance services

In implementing counseling guidance services, many students do not clearly understand the duties, functions and role of counseling guidance. Elements that are proven to be in accordance with existing practices in the field of guidance and counseling can be used as a forum for advising and motivating problems in order to find solutions that suit one's abilities. Get PDFProgram Kampung iklim merupakan program berlingkup nasional yang dikelola oleh Kementrian Lingkungan hidup dan Kehutanan dalam rangka meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan sebagai wujud pelayanan publik guna melakukan penguatan kapasitas adaptasi terhadap dampak perubahan iklim dan penurunan emisi gas rumah serta memberi pengakuan terhadap upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi perubahan iklim yang telah dilakukan, yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan di tingkat lokal sesuai dengan kondisi wilayah. Kelurahan Sungai Jingah merupakan wilayah yang sebagian besar daerahnya memiliki rawa, telah mampu melaksanakan program kampung iklim dengan meraih juara pada tingkat Utama dan mendapatkan nilai tertinggi se-Kalimantan.Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk melakukan penyuluhan program kampung iklim berbasis pelayanan publik bagi masyarakat berlahan rawa di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah Kota Banjarmasin.Hasil setiap indikator setelah dilaksanakan proses penyuluhan adalah Indikator tangibels dan reliability mengalami peningkatan penyuluhan, untuk indikator responsiveness mengalami penurunan terhadap tingkat kesulitan dalam menanam pohon dan mengalami peningkatan alam memberikan respon untuk pelaksanaan program kampung iklim. Pada indikator assurance mengalami peningkatan tentang perlu ditingkatkannya oleh Kelurahan Sungai Jingah untuk pelaksanaan program kampung iklim, dan peningkatan pengetahuan terhadap dampak yang akan terjadi jika tidak ada upaya untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kelestarian lingkungan pada pemahaman awal semua peserta adalah sangat baik. Pada indikator emphaty, pemahaman awal semua peserta juga sangat baik

Get PDFPhysical violence against children in the family is a serious problem that affects the child's growth and development and future. Physical violence against children carried out by their parents can include hitting, kicking or using blunt objects. Parents' awareness of the negative impact of violent punishment is still low and this is influenced by many factors such as a lack of understanding about violence, existing traditions of violence, and psychological problems. However, parents often believe that violence is the only solution in raising and educating their children. Several research results show that violence against children in the family is very difficult to reveal in public. Physical violence against children can also be a legacy of intergenerational violence. Violence against children can be defined as incidents of physical, emotional or sexual violence that are often carried out by people who have a close relationship with the child, such as parents or other family members. Violence against children is divided into two types, namely verbal violence and nonverbal violence (psychological and physical violence). The most common form of violence is physical violence. Physical violence against children can result in physical injury, organ damage, and even death. Therefore, efforts are needed to prevent physical violence against children in the family, including increasing parents' awareness of the negative impacts of violent punishment and providing other alternatives in raising children. Apart from that, support from other parties such as the government, NGOs and the general public is also needed to prevent physical violence against children in the family. Efforts to prevent physical violence against children at home are expected to improve children's health and help them develop their potential optimally
Pengembangan Media Angel Path pada Bimbingan dan Konseling
No full textThe research aims to find out how to develop Angel Path media in career guidance and counseling to increase students' career maturity. This research uses the research and development method which refers to Borg and Gall (1998), from 10 stages the researcher uses 5 stages to adjust research needs with the following steps: (1) Identification of Potential and Problems, (2) Data Collection, (3) ) Product Design, (4) Product Validation, (5) Product Revision. The results of this research can be seen from the results of validation by three experts, namely one guidance and counseling teacher who is currently studying a master's degree in guidance and counseling, one expert in the field of media who is currently studying a master's degree in educational psychology, and one student who has used Angel media. The path with the results of the quality assessment of the feasibility of the product being developed is included in the "Very Feasible" category. This Angel Path media is based on the Crites career maturity inventory which has cognitive and affective aspects. This aspect has several points, namely self-assessment, information, goal selection, problem solving, involvement, independence, orientation, assertiveness, and compromise. It is hoped that the Angel Path media can be utilized by guidance and counseling teachers to achieve student career maturity. ____________________________________________________________Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan media Angel Path dalam bimbingan dan konseling bidang karier untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development yang mengacu kepada Borg and Gall (1998), dari 10 tahapan peneliti menggunakan 5 tahapan menyeseuaikan kebutuhan penelitian dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Identifikasi Potensi dan Masalah, (2) Pengumpulan Data, (3) Desain Produk, (4) Validasi Produk, (5) Revisi Produk. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi oleh tiga orang ahli yang merupakan satu guru bimbingan dan konseling yang sedang menempuh studi S2 bimbingan dan konseling, satu ahli dalam bidang media yaitu sedang menempuh pendidikan S2 psikologi pendidikan, serta satu peserta didik yang pernah menggunakan media Angel Path dengan hasil penilaian kualitas kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Media Angel Path ini berdasarkan pada inventori kematangan karir Crites yang memiliki aspek kognitif dan afektif. Aspek tersebut memiliki beberapa poin, yaitu penilaian diri, informasi, seleksi tujuan, pemecahan masalah, keterlibatan, independensi, orientasi, ketegasan, dan kompromi. Diharapkan bahwa media Angel Path dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk mencapai kematangan karier peserta didik
