KEKUASAAN DALAM RANAH KAJIAN POLITIK DAN ORGANISASI
Get PDFPenyalagunaan kekuasaan dalam isu-isu pemerintahan yang sering dilakukan oleh para penghibur politik memunculkan pandangan bahwa alasan utama untuk tertarik pada isu-isu legislatif adalah hanya untuk memperoleh kekuasaan. Studi tentang masalah kekuasaan dan legislatif dalam asosiasi tidak banyak. Beberapa pemeriksaan telah menghasilkan berbagai tujuan. Pada saat setiap individu berinteraksi untuk memengaruhi aktivitas satu sama lain, yang muncul dalam komunikasi adalah trade of force. Secara umum, penggunaan kekuatan dalam masalah legislasi berarti mengarahkan kepentingan daerah secara menyeluruh, bukan untuk kepentingan individu atau kelompok. Konsekuensinya, ada kebutuhan untuk membatasi kekuasaan agar kepercayaan individu terhadap pemegang kekuasaan berkembang dan menciptakan kesetaraan dan kenyamanan sepanjang kehidupan sehari-hari. Isu dan kekuasaan legislatif dipraktikkan untuk menyesuaikan kepentingan tunggal pekerja dan kepentingan para pemimpin, seperti halnya kepentingan asosiasi.Kata Kunci: kekuasaan, organisasi sosial, pemerintaha
PEMBANGUNAN NASIONALISME INDONESIA DI TENGAH KEKUATAN KERAGAMAN BUDAYA: KASUS MENGUATNYA NASIONALISME PAPUA DALAM PERSPEKTIF MULTIKULTURALISME
Get PDFDalam sejarah panjang bangsa-bangsa etnis (ethno-nations) yang multikultur, nasionalisme Indonesia sebagai hasil penciptaan simbol dalam kerangka negara-bangsa (nations-state) memang relatif baru. Pola hubungan antaretnis, baik yang stratifikatif/ vertikal maupun yang segmentatif/horisontal, kerap melahirkan konflik. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana membangun nasionalisme Indonesia dalam keragaman bangsa dan kultur yang dirajut dalam empat konsensus dasar Pancasila, UUD 1945, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, dan NKRI. Dengan mengikuti konsep berpikir nasionalisme-konstruktif-multikulturalis, pembangunan nasionalisme Indonesia dihadapkan pada persoalan relasi keetnisan dan kebangsaan dan pola penyeragaman etnis melalui represi otoritarian. Ditemukan tiga hal penting dalam kasus Papua, (1) terjadi konstruksi terhadap elemen esensial-primordial sebagai identitas nasional bangsa Papua, (2) terdapat faktor-faktor pendorong berkembangnya konstruksi bangsa Papua tersebut, dan (3) dinamika makna nasionalisme itu dalam kehidupan masyarakat Papua.Kata kunci: ethnonation, nasionalisme Indonesia, bangsa Papua, multikulturalism
Dualisme Loyalitas Sekretariat Badan Adhoc: Antara Tanggung Jawab Kepada KPU Kabupaten dan Tugas sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara
Get PDFThe PPK and PPS Sekretariat is an inseparable part of the recruitment system, and it holds an important role as the supporting system in the Elections. The PPK and PPS Sekretariat recruitment is integrated in the 2020 Simultaneous Elections which is contained in the Republic of Indonesia General Elections Commission/KPU Decree Number 66/PP.06.4-Kpt/03/KPU/II/2020 on the Technical Guidelines for Formation of the PPK, PPS, PPDP (voter data updating personnel) and KPPS (voting groups) in the Elections. The requirements of the PPK and PPS Sekretariat is contained in the mentioned KPU Decree, and it is limiting, so that it does not provide opportunities for Civil Servants that do not come from the concerned District and Village/Sub-district. This situation becomes the cause of dual loyalty. The Civil Servant or Staff on the District/Village/Sub-District level have responsibility duty to their institution while on the other hand they are the Ad hoc body supporting system, both PPK and PPS must carry out administrative functions. This research is the case study in the Simultaneous Election in the Semarang Regency, and it uses the primary and secondary data of the Semarang Regency KPU. The research results conclude that PPK and PPS Sekretariat were more loyal with their main duty as the Civil Servant in the District/Village/Sub-district which resulted in the delay of the Finance Accountability Report preparation, late payment for the Ad hoc body, so the function as the supporting system for PPK and PPS could be realized. Indonesia’s National Government Internal Auditor of the Central Java Province linier review result stated that there was a delay of the submission of the Finance Accountability Report from KPPS to PPS and PPK, which affected the submission to the Regency General Elections Commission which was due to the dual loyalt

Dampak Perubahan Pada Gaya Kepemimpinan
Get PDFPerubahan pemimpin di dalam sebuah organisasi pasti terjadi, karena sebuah organisasi/ institusi membutuhkan perubahan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai salah satu bentuk pembaharuan budaya. Jika tidak ada perubahan struktur organisasi, maka anggota organisasi akan terasa jenuh dan juga monoton. Jika kejenuhan terjadi dalam suatu organisasi maka akan dapat menimbulkan strees kerja yang nantinya akan berdampak pada produktivitas kerja. Hal ini pasti tidak diinginkan organisasi, maka di beberapa organisasi akan mengalami perubahan pimpinan setiap empat hingga lima tahun sekali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan berparadigma Deskriptif-Kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua macam teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: Metode Wawancara dan Metode Observasi atau Pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa dampak yang dirasakan setelah adanya perubahan kepemimpinan. Pertama, adanya perubahan budaya organisasi yang didalamnya terdapat perencanaan yang terarah dan terlaksanakan sesuai timeline yang dibuat dan juga lebih mengedepankan pendekatan personal terhadap mahasiswa untuk dapat menajalankan arahan dan mewujudkan tujuan organisasi berupa tertib administrasi. Perubahan yang kedua adalah bentuk komunikasi yang dijalankan saat ini lebih mengedepankan dua arah bukan hanya instruksi seperti periode kepemimpinan sebelumnya. Kepemimpinan saat ini selalu mengikutsertakan semua personil dalam berkomunikasi untuk pengambilan keputusan. Ketiga, penegakkan disiplin terhadap seluruh pihak yang ada dalam organisasi termasuk dengan seluruh mahasiswa. Perubahan keempat adalah Pelaksanaan operasional instansi perguruan tinggi ini memulai untuk mengikuti standar nasional pendidikan tinggi agar tidak ada lagi kebohongan saat melakukan pengisian atau pengajuan akreditasi di masa mendatang. Pendekatan personal yang digunakan pimpinan saat ini untuk mempengaruhi para bawahannya agar mengikuti dan mentaati kebijakan-kebijakan yang telah di buat

ADMA interferes with L-arginine in the production of nitric oxide, a key chemical to endothelial and hence cardiovascular health. ADMAconcentration is elevated in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), in part because it is excretedvia the kidneys.
The impact of Pesticides and Workload on Osteoarthritis Incidence in Farmers: A Narrative Review
Get PDFAn osteoarthritis is a group of pathologies in joints that include cartilage degradation, bone remodeling, osteophyte formation, and synovial inflammation which in turn can cause pain, stiffness, swelling, and loss of normal joint function. The increasing prevalence of osteoarthritis is associated with jobs that require physical strength (physically demanding) or heavy work, one of which is agriculture. This is in line with the World Health Organization's statement, farming for 1-9 years increases the risk of osteoarthritis 4.5 times. Besides, farming for 10 years or more increases the risk of osteoarthritis by 9.3 times. The purpose of this study was to determine the association between pesticide use and workload (which includes work attitude, working period, and heavylifting) and the incidence of osteoarthritis in farmers. This study uses a narrative review method on journals of the last 10 years. The results of this study indicate that pesticides are not associated with osteoarthritis, based on studies on osteoarthritis patients that show no difference in serum concentrations of organophosphate, pyrethroid, and nenonicotinoid pesticides and their metabolites. Conversely, work attitude and working period are associated with osteoarthritis in farmers. The work attitude associated with osteoarthritis especially knee osteoarthritis is the squatting and kneeling posture. Meanwhile, the heavylifting did not have a significant relationship with osteoarthritis, especially knee osteoarthritis among farmers. The conclusion of this study is there is no relationship between the use of pesticide and osteoarthritis. However, there is a relationship between work attitudes & working period and osteoarthritis in farmers
Increased Levels of Nerve Growth Factor Indicating Brain Injury In Mice Model
Get PDFHypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) brain injury is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. Nerve growth factor (NGF) is a neurotrophin that plays an important role in the natural repair and regeneration of nerves, but the previous study regarding NGF level after brain injury is still scant. This study aims to determine NGF levels in male Wistar rat models that received right Common Carotid Artery (CCA) occlusion. This study used an experimental and control design conducted in July-August 2021 at the Stem Cell Research and Development Center, Universitas Airlangga. The right CCA occlusion was performed on the Wistar mouse model in the treatment group, then placed in a hypoxic chamber and reperfusion after 60 minutes. Observations of neurology scores were carried out in the first 24 hours. After 2x24 hours the animal was sacrificed for serum NGF level measurement using the ELISA method. Statistical analysis using t-test for independent sample. A total of 16 male rats participated in the study. Eight rats in the treatment group were put into hemiparesis at different levels according to observations of neurological scores. Statistically meaningful differences in NGF levels were found in the treatment group compared to controls (P<0.05). Average NGF levels in the treatment group were higher than in the controls. NGF levels in mice with HIE were higher than the control group, which indicates the body's natural mechanism for neuron protection following ischemic hypoxic events
