Get PDFPeer-to-peer lending is the sole financial service provided in the form of pinjam meminjam transactions conducted online. Peer to Peer Lending currently offers a variety of loans, including those for businesses, health care, and education, that the general public may access online so that lengthy approval processes are not necessary. The purpose of this study is to understand perceived behavioural control, attitude, and perceived risk as factors affecting how the general public uses fintech peer-to-peer lending. According to this study, all of the kecamatan that are present in Kota Batam are populous. data collection methodology using kuesioners. By using Jacob Cohen's book, there are 204 responses in this essay. The respondents to this study were people who had used peer-to-peer lending to make loans. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. SEM is the analytical technique employed with the SmartPLS 3.0 programme. According to the study's findings, perceived behavioural control, attitude, and perception of security all significantly and positively influence interest in Batam City residents. Perceived behavioural control also significantly and positively influences interest in Batam City residents
Nasotracheal Intubation under Videolaryngoscopy in Mandibular Abscess with Trismus
Get PDFManagement of a difficult airway is a challenge for every anesthesiologist. Mandibular stiffness, trismus, and facial structural deformities often limit the available airway management options. With a variety of techniques that have been developed today, the management of difficult airways is more optimal than conventional management. One technique that can be used is video laryngoscopy. The authors report a case of nasotracheal intubation by video laryngoscopy in a mandibular abscess patient with trismus. The purpose of this case report is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the video laryngoscopy technique to assist nasotracheal intubation and to add insight for nasotracheal intubation technique in difficult airway conditions, especially trismus. Female, 60-year-old, come with a left mandibular abscess with complicated trismus who was planned for incision and drainage of the abscess. Nasotracheal intubation was performed under video laryngoscopy and during the surgical procedure the patient's vital signs were stable. This case report concludes that video laryngoscopy can be an alternative to conventional techniques and awake fiberoptic intubation in the case of nasotracheal intubation
Relationship Between Medication Adherence Level and Recovery of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients at Gapura Public Health Center Sumenep
Get PDFPulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). Regarding this, Indonesia is ranked second globally in terms of tuberculosis prevalence. TB cases in Sumenep Regency are increasing every year. The high incidence of TB in Sumenep mostly is caused by the patients' lack of adherence to taking medication. The level of compliance in taking drugs can be influenced by several factors including age, educational level, and gender. This study aimed to ascertain the association between medication adherence and recovery in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Gapura Public Health Center Sumenep. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach, utilizing secondary data from medical records and TB.01 treatment cards. The population in this study consisted of 40 individuals. Total sampling is used to choose samples. The study's findings revealed that most patients 62.5% were male, 37.5% were between the ages of 26-45, 15% were from Gapura Barat, 35% had an elementary school education, and 55% were farmers. As many as 90% of patients adhere to treatment and 87.5% recover. Additionally, statistical tests yielded a p-value of <0.001. The study concludes a correlation between medication adherence and recovery of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Gapura Public Health Center Sumenep. It is advised that health personnel maintain as many programs as possible, including counseling, home visits, and remote monitoring via telecommunications
