Analisis E-Library Uinsa Kubuku sebagai Sarana Peningkatan Citra Perpustakaan
No full text The trend of procuring e-libraries by libraries is motivated by the impact of the pandemic which has eliminated face-to-face services. The digital collection available in the e-library is a solution to meeting people's needs due to a shift in literacy culture from conventional to digital. Digital collections not only complement, but even replace print collections as a source of public information. Purpose Research. This study aims to determine the level of utilization of the Kubuku UINSA android based application and the image of the library as a result of its existence. Methods. The method used is the mixed method by maximizing observation and interview techniques in data acquisition. Results. The results of the study show that the utilization rate of the e-library is quite high. During the period June 2020 to April 2023, there were 31,545 visitors, 8,153 readers, 1,907 borrowers, and 26,531 copies of the collection used. Meanwhile, the image of the library is in the high category due to the existence of Kubuku UINSA. This can be seen from the four elements of the image, namely perception, cognition, motives, and attitudes which all show positive. the indicators are early introduction of applications through PBAK activities and knowledge of the types of collections available (perception). Reliability as a source of information because it consists of compulsory lecture books and the availability of digital collections as a substitute for printed books for course reading and reference (cognition). Small application size and easy access so there is no need to physically come to the library and new collections as needed (motive). Reading and citation of available collections for academic assignments as well as promotional behavior to others due to easy utilization and complete collections.Keywords: e-library, Kubuku UINSA, Library Image.

Get PDFThe institutions that act as financial intermediaries between the government and the community, and play an important role in the economy, were banks. If explained in more detail, the bank was a financial institution that mediates the customer (excess funds) with the debtor (needs funds) so as to facilitate traffic circulation. Banks as institutions engaged in the financial sector, need to maintain public trust so that banking performance could be run better. These study selected samples used a random technique without certain criteria or called simple random sampling, included: 4 Government Banks (Bank Mandiri, B.R.I, B.N.I, and B.T.N) and 4 National Private Banks (Bank B.C.A., Panin, Danamon, and C.I.M.B Niaga). with financial reports from 2017 to 2020, meaning that the number of samples used = 8 banks x 4 years = 32 samples. These study formed the final conclusion that there were differences in performance between government banks and private banks where government banks has better CAR, NPM, and ROA ratios compared to private banks, while private banks only has an advantage in the NPL ratio

Problems that cause a lack of work engagement, social support and capability for teachers. The aim of this research is to find out how work engagement, social support and work engagement influence teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto. Quantitative techniques were used in this research. The population in this research is non-permanent teachers or GTT at MAN 2 Mojokerto. 35 GTT (non-permanent teachers) at MAN 2 Mojokerto answered the questionnaire used to collect research data. The method used is by distributing questionnaires via the Googleform application. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: teacher performance satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is significantly influenced by the work engagement component with a t value of -2.342 and a significance of 0.026 > 0.05. According to the research results, teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is not influenced by social support with a value of t 0.173 and significance 0.863 <0.05. Based on the research results, it is known that capability has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto with a t value of 2.891 and a significance of 0.0007 < 0.0

Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to know the hedonic shopping motivation, website quality and product diversity affect the impulse buying of miniso consumers on the shopee site in South Surabaya. The population in this study is Surabaya residents who have shopped at Miniso through the Shopee website. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling and the research sample obtained is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using google form. Before testing the hypothesis, test is performed the reliability and validity tests are performed. The result is that all variables are valid and reliable. The results of the t test show each variable with a significance less than 0.05. Thus, "hedonic shopping motivation, website quality, and product assortment have a significant effect on minisio consumer impulse purchases on the shopee website in South Surabaya" can be proven true

Pengajar BIPA mampu mengajarkan bahasa Indonesia melalui aplikasi zoom meeting sesuai dengan waktu negara masing-masing. Pengajar BIPA pun mesti menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga pembelajar BIPA akan merasa pembelajaran daring sama dengan pembelajaran di kelas. Bahasa Indonesia juga dapat dikatakan sebagai bahasa internasional, karena memiliki penutur asing di berbagai negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi penggunaan bahasa Indonesia bagi penutur asing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data triagulasi metode berupa observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Data yang digunakan adalah tiga orang pembelajar BIPA yang berasal dari negara Malaysia dan Afghanistan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan jenis diksi pada iklan di akun instagram shopee (2) mendeskripsikan jenis gaya bahasa pada iklan di akun instagram shopee.Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat bemanfaat bagi: (1) bagi mahasiswa, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan referensi untuk penelitian berikutnya dengan pembahasan yang terkait. (2) hasil penelitian ini dapat menginformasikan kepada masyarakat umum tentang media periklanan. Khususnya bagi yang menggunakan aplikasi shopee.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. sumber data yang diambil peneliti yaitu bersumber di akun instagram shopee. Metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan catat. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari tanggal 01 Maret – 30 April 2022. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa (1) peneliti sebagai instumen pertama, (2) handpone atau laptop sebagai alat dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak, dalam metode simak dilakukan dengan cara membaca atau menyimak tulisan dari diksi dan gaya bahasa pada iklan shopee. Hasil penelitiannya ialah sebagai berikut. Pertama peneliti menemukan jenis diksi yang terdiri dari (1) kata umum, (2) kata khusus, (3) kata asing, (4) kata slang, (5) kata singkatan, (6) kata populer dan (7) kata kajian. Get PDFThis learning practice aims to improve the ability to write descriptive texts for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 21 Dumai with a Problem Based Learning model through modeling strategies. The subjects of this learning practice are the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 21 Dumai, totaling 20 students. The results of this learning practice indicate that the application of modeling strategies can improve the ability to write descriptive texts in class VII students of SMP Negeri 21 Dumai both in terms of process and product. Process improvement can be seen in student activities in the learning process. This is indicated by the increase in students' attention to learning, enthusiasm, activity, and a more conducive learning atmosphere in the classroom. Improving process quality has a positive impact on improving product quality. This can be seen in the results of the students' descriptive text writing tests which have increased. It can be concluded that the modeling strategy is one of the writing strategies that can improve the ability to write descriptive text
PENGGUNAAN METODE COOPERATIVE SCRIPT DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATERI PKN KELAS V DI SDN TELAJUNG 01 KABUPATEN BEKASI
Get PDFPembelajaran PKn di SDN Telajung 01 masih banyak siswa kelas lima yang mendapat nilai rendah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, sangat terlihat dari cara guru mengaplikasikan metode yang kurang beragam dalam pembelajaran, sehingga kurang mendukung fokus dan aktifnya siswa pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Oleh karena itu, guna meningkatkan proses pembelajaran, penggunaan metode Cooperative Script diharapkan dapat mendorong siswa untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Target khusus penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman dan penguasaan mata pelajaran PKn telah meningkat setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran dengan metode Cooperative Script. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai akhir bulan April tahun 2023. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa yakni, 14 siswa laki-laki dan 16 siswa perempuan kelas V di SDN Telajung 01. Informasi yang diterima berupa hasil penilaian (Evaluasi) dan lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Jenis Penelitian Tindakan kelas yang digunakan dalam metode ini yakni dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Teggart, dengan empat tahapan yakni rencana, Tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan, siswa mengalami cukup peningkatan yakni, 85% dengan kategori sangat baik dalam dua siklus. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Cooperative script pada pembelajaran PKn di SDN Telajung 01 dapat meningkat setelah model Cooperative Script diterapkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dari penelitian yang akan dilakukan

Penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode alamiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode pemecahan masalah (problem solving) terhadap minat belajar PPKn di kelas IV SD Inpres 13 Kumurkek Kabupaten Maybrat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SD Inpres 13 Kumurkek Kabupaten Maybrat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17 siswa. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan angket, observasi aktivitas siswa dan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan soal angket belajar pretest yang berjumlah 20 pernyataan yang dibagikan kepada seluruh sampel penelitian. diperolah thitung = 14.506 dan harga ttabel dengan = 0,05 dan dk = (23+23-2) = 44 adalah 1,68. Karena thitung > ttabel (14.506 > 1,68) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak. Jadi minat belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah (problem solving) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan minat belajar siswa yang tidak diajar menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah (problem solving), ini berarti bahwa penerapan metode pemecahan masalah (problem solving) berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar PPKn Kelas IV SD Inpres 13 Kumurkek Kabupaten Maybrat
Dampak Dwelling Time Terhadap Kegiatan Impor Di KPPBC TMP Tanjung Perak Jawa Timur
Get PDFThe purpose of the research is to directly determine the effect of dwelling time on import activities in import tax receipts at the Tanjung Perak Middle Type Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office in East Java province. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative, while in determining the sample to be carried out is to use total sampling so that the sample in this research will be obtained with 5 years of observation data. The data in this study uses reports on dwelling time and import tax receipts for the 2016–2020 period. In this research, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results found in the research are that dwelling time has a significant effect on import activities on import tax receipts at KPPBC Type Madya Customs Tanjung Perak with a value of t = 7.529, meaning that the more effective dwelling time will determine the increase in import activities so as to increase the revenue side of import taxes. It can be said that time dwelling can directly have an impact on the level of fluency in carrying out trade globally, which is more specifically on imports, therefore to be able to maximize the level of import tax revenue, it can be classified into several parts, including taxes in the context of imports and import duty
