Get PDFThis research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample is a consumer goods industrial company. The data collection method used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is SEM model analysis with SmartPls analysis tool. The results showed that the current ratio had a significant positive effect on firm value and earnings per share had no effect on firm value. Dividend policy in this study is used as a moderating variable. The results of the dividend policy moderate the relationship between the current ratio and earnings per share on firm value

Multiple linear regression with the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test was used in this study as an analytical tool. No full textThis study aims to analyze various sectors ranging from forestry, agriculture and fisheries which play a fundamental or prospective contributor to their role in regional gross domestic product, analysis of the patterns and structures of the forestry, agriculture and fisheries sectors, analysis of whether the forestry, agriculture and fisheries sectors are included in the developed sector where growth occurs rapidly, or slow and even falling into the lagging sector. As based on LQ research, the Forestry, agriculture and fisheries sectors have an LQ value = 1.97 which is gained knowledge that the sectors mentioned are included in the base sector in North Sumatra Province. The juxtaposition between LQ and DLQ obtained a value of LQ = 1.97 and related to DLQ = 1.52, which in the end LQ > 1 and DLQ > 1, when knowledge was obtained that the Forestry, Agriculture and Fisheries sector was included in the seeded sector. This means that the three sectors that have been mentioned are classified as base sectors. The results of the analysis of the klassen typology provide clues that the results of the rik > ri and yik >yi, where the forestry, agriculture and fisheries sectors are included in the criteria for sectors that have advanced to grow rapidly.Keywords: Agribusiness Sector, GRDP, LQ, DLQ, Klassen Typolog
Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Buah Kiwi pada Hypermart di Kota Surabaya
Get PDFThis study examines the consumer preferences for kiwi fruit at Hypermart. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of consumers of kiwi fruit, analyze the attributes of kiwi fruit that are considered by consumers, and analyze the level of consumer satisfaction when buying kiwi fruit at Hypermart. In this study, using the purposive sampling technique, we obtained as many as 50 respondents. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Fishbein, and Likert scale analysis. The results of this study are: 1) The characteristics of kiwifruit consumers are dominated by women, aged 21–30 years; the latest education is a bachelor's degree (S1); they work as private employees with a monthly income of > 5,000,000. 2) The most important attribute to be considered by consumers is the taste attribute, and consumers give a positive attitude towards all attributes of kiwi fruit. In addition to the taste attribute, the other two attributes that are considered by consumers are benefits and nutritional content. 3) Consumers give very satisfied responses when shopping for kiwi fruit at Hypermart. Among the six elements of the proposed statement, the one most highly satisfied by consumers is the quality of the kiwi fruit at Hypermart.Keywords: Attributes, Characteristics, Consumer Preference, Consumer Satisfaction, Kiwi Frui
EFISIENSI PEMASARAN NANAS QUEEN ASAM GULAS DI DESA NGANCAR KECAMATAN NGANCAR KABUPATEN KEDIRI
Get PDFABSTRACTThis study is entitled Marketing Efficiency of Pineapple Queen Asam Gulas (Annanas comosus (L). Merr) in Ngancar Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency aims to analyze marketing channels and measure the efficiency level of Pineapple Queen Asam Gulas marketing channels in Ngancar Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency. The results of this study show that marketing analysis using margin analysis obtained a total marketing margin of Rp. 1,200 for marketing channel I, for marketing channel II collectors obtained Rp. 500 and retailers got Rp. 1,000 for marketing channel III collectors obtained a marketing margin of Rp. 500. and for wholesalers obtained Rp. 800 As for marketing efficiency Pineapple Queen Asam Gulas has an efficient value of 4% on channel I, 6% for channel II and 10% for channel III. It is said that the channel that has the most efficient value is channel I, because there are fewer marketing channels compared to marketing channels II and III.Keywords: Cooperative, Cooperative Role, Pineapple Farmer's Income.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Efisiensi Pemasaran Nanas Queen Asam Gulas (Annanas comosus (L). Merr) di Desa Ngancar Kecamatan Ngancar Kabupaten Kediri bertujuan untuk menganalisis saluran pemasaran dan mengukur tingkat efisiensi saluran pemasaran Nanas Queen Asam Gulas di Desa Ngancar Kecamatan Ngancar Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis pemasaran dengan menggunakan analisis marjin memperoleh total marjin pemasaran sebesar Rp. 1.200 untuk saluran pemasaran I, untuk saluran pemasaran II pengepul memperoleh Rp. 500 dan pengecer mendapatkan Rp.1.000 untuk saluran pemasaran III pengepul memperoleh marjin pemasaran sebesar Rp.500. dan untuk pedagang besar memperoleh sebesar Rp. 800 Sedangkan untuk efisiensi pemasaran Nanas Queen Asam Gulas memiliki nilai efisien 4% pada saluran I, 6% untuk saluran II dan 10% untuk saluran III. Hal ini dikatakan bahwa saluran yang memiliki nilai paling efisien adalah saluran I, dikarenakan saluran pemasarannya lebih sedikit dibanding dengan saluran pemasaran II dan III.Kata Kunci : Koperasi, Peran Koperasi, Pendapatan Petani Nanas
SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF PILE FOUNDATIONS UNDER BRIDGE ABUTMENTS ON HIGH SLOPE AREAS (CASE STUDY IN BESAKIH, BALI)
Get PDFABSTRAK: Analisis kestabilan lereng dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kesetimbangan batas dan metode elemen hingga dengan hasil yang relatif sama. Pada kasus lereng yang diperkuat dengan tiang pancang anti longsor, perlu menggunakan metode analisis yang tepat karena keseimbangan gaya dan momen perlu dipenuhi. Metode Morgenstern-Price menjadi salah satu pilihan terbaik untuk menganalisis kasus ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa sensitivitas fondasi tiang bor yang memperkuat lereng tinggi dan menopang abutmen jembatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi kasus di Jembatan Besakih, Bali. Faktor panjang dan jarak tiang fondasi pada arah melintang jalan dipilih untuk melihat sensitivitasnya terhadap faktor keamanan stabilitas lereng. Faktor panjang fondasi tiang pancang divariasikan antara 20 m sampai 26 m dengan interval 1 m. Sebagai perbandingan, faktor jarak tanam divariasikan antara 1,7 m hingga 2,3 m dengan interval 0,1 m. Hasil analisis terhadap sepuluh variasi model menunjukkan bahwa faktor panjang tiang tidak sensitif, sedangkan faktor jarak cukup sensitif terhadap kestabilan lereng. A Case Report of Prolonged Bradycardia in Clay Shoveler`s Fracture: Presentation and Narrative Review
Get PDFA spinal cord injury is an uncommon discovery in a clay-shoveler’s fracture. Multiple syncope could be caused by bradycardia which followed a spinal cord injury. These combination findings adds its rarity. This case report aim to share awareness among physicians of the rare complication of spinal cord injury and its management. This descriptive report also narratively review other literature. Physicians should aware of SCIWORA (Spinal Cord Injury Without Radiographic Abnormalities), neurogenic shock and prolonged bradycardia as one of its complications and it may warrant a cardiac pace maker to avoid cardiac arrest and other complication
Analysis of Factors Influencing Mortality in Patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhagic Stroke
Get PDFStroke is a cerebrovascular disease that causes sudden neurological deficits due to the interruption of blood supply to the brain, resulting in the disruption of brain function. It is ranked as the second most common cause of death worldwide and leads to the highest number of disabilities globally. The incidence of this disease is 10-20 cases per 100,000 population, reaching 15% of all strokes worldwide yearly. The highest mortality rate was 20.3% after 48 hours and 18.3% less than 48 hours. This number is greater than the death rate in stroke infarction. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing mortality in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). This type of research is observational analytic research. The design used is cross-sectional. This study was approved by the Health Ethics Committee of the Jemursari Islamic Hospital in Surabaya. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The total sample of this study was 65 patients. The sample in this study were all ICH stroke patients who were treated at RSI JS Surabaya from January 2019 to December 2021. Statistical analysis in this study used the chi-square correlation test. The results showed that the duration of hospitalization and bleeding volume had a significant correlation with the mortality in stroke patients (p-value<0.05) with OR (95% CI) are 0.243 (0.082-0.723) and 0.154 (0.048-0.500) respectively. Bleeding volume has a correlation with mortality in this study. However, this study has only fewer samples and it can’t be generalized
Profile of The Use of Antihypertension Drug and Blood Pressure Evaluation at Gresik Hospital

Important organs like the brain, heart, kidneys, retina, big blood vessels (aorta), and peripheral blood vessels are in danger for harm as a result. Heart attacks and even death can result from hypertension. By avoiding and managing risk factors like smoking, sedentary lifestyles, a lack of fruits and vegetables, and obesity, it is crucial to work towards lowering the risk of hypertension. This study's objectives were to assess blood pressure and establish the profile of antihypertensive medicine use. Methods: Data for this retrospective analysis were gathered based on information from patient pharmacy records and medical records. Results: 33.7% hypertension sufferers aged 65-74 years, 62.2% women and 37.8% men, 38.9% The beta-blocker drug group with the drug that is often used Bisoprolol dose of 2.5 mg as much as 26.9 %, 88% in tablet dosage form, which is used in combination form with the rule of using once a day and 64.3% controlled hypertension. This is a retrospective study that obtained data based on medical record information and patient pharmacy data. Conclusion: Hypertension patients are usually aged between 65-74 years, mostly female. Antihypertensive drugs that are often used are in the beta blocker class which is a Bisoprolol dose of 2.5 mg in tablet, used in a single dose or/and combination.
