Persepsi Mahasiswa Akuntansi Terhadap Penggunaan E-Wallet Sebagai Alat Tukar
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine accounting students' opinions on the use of e-wallets as a means of exchange in financial transactions. Digital wallets/e-wallets are increasingly popular along with technological advances and changes in consumer behavior. This study identifies factors that influence students' perceptions, such as ease of use, security, and accessibility. The method used was a semi-structured interview with students of Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya, and the data was analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results showed that the majority of accounting students had a positive view of the use of e-wallets as a practical and efficient tool, despite concerns about the security and privacy of personal data. The conclusion of this study provides insight for manufacturers and financial institutions to understand the needs of young users in the digital world

Get PDFFish farming with a cage system is inseparable from various obstacles that threaten sustainability in terms of economic, social, and environmental aspects so that the role of both individuals and groups is needed to overcome these sustainability threats. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between group roles and the sustainability of freshwater fish farming in Cengklik Reservoir, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of determining the research location was purposive, with locations in Sobokerto Village and Ngargorejo Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency. The population was 48 people with census sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interview methods. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the role of the group as a farm production unit with the sustainability of freshwater fish farming because the value of t count (3.409) > t table (2.012 and 2.687).Keywords: cages, group roles, sustainabilit

This topic is important to study because changes in social interaction and conflicts of interest can have a significant impact on the structure and functioning of society. The methods used in this study include in-depth literature analysis by analyzing various relevant sources and theories. This research also provides observation and interpretation of social phenomena that develop in digital society. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how patterns of social interaction and conflicts of interest develop and change over time, as well as their impact on society. The Impact of Transactional Politics on Papuan Ethnic Identity Politics in the Dynamics of the 2024 General Election in Manokwari Regency
Get PDFThe objective of this study is to investigate the perspectives of the Papuan ethnic group regarding the dynamics of identity politics in general elections, which frequently encompass aspirations related to identity politics. The term "Papuan ethnicity" refers to an identity within Papuan nationalism, symbolizing the mobilization and unification of Papuans. In the context of elections, the notion of Papuan ethnicity becomes a significant issue for electoral candidates, particularly for those who lack support from their fellow Papuans. Utilizing qualitative research methods and ethnographic approaches, this study explores the impact of transactional politics on the ethnic perspectives and political participation of Papuans during elections. It examines various factors, including the influence of political funding on voter preferences, the mobilization of ethnic groups for political backing, and the dynamics of inter-ethnic interactions within political disputes. The findings of this research aim to provide an in-depth understanding of the patterns of political aspirations in Papua and their implications for the consolidation of democracy in Indonesia.Keywords: identity politics, political aspirations, Papuan ethnicity, general election
The Domestication of Women in Stunting Mitigation Programs in Sidoarjo Regency
Get PDFOne of the challenges in realizing the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 in Sidoarjo Regency is stunting. The stunting treatment program implemented by the government puts women in a central position. This study seeks to explore the domestication efforts of women in the stunting treatment program in Sidoarjo Regency. A qualitative approach with primary and secondary data was chosen to explore the research objectives. The data obtained through interviews were then analyzed using Walby's theory. The results of the study show that the implementation of the stunting treatment program in Sidoarjo Regency has encouraged the domestication of women. They are placed as parties who must be responsible for stunting treatment. Patriarchal practices occur in the implementation of stunting prevention programs, both in the public sphere and even more so in the private sphere. The government needs to reorient the implementation of the program. Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Inflasi Terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran 5 Kota/Kabupaten di Jawa Timur tahun 2012-2021
Get PDFSocial and economic issues may arise as a result of the problem of a lack of job prospects and other issues that this era brings about. Inflation and economic growth are just two of the many factors that contribute to unemployment. This study's objective is to identify the partial and concurrent impact on inflation and economic growth at various levels in 5 cities or regencies in the East Java Province from 2012 to 2021. Purposive sampling was employed to choose the sample for this quantitative research strategy. Five East Javan regions and cities served as the sample locations for this study from 2012 to 2021. impact on the level of five East Javan districts/cities. Panel data regression analysis (time series and cross section) utilizing the Random Effect model specification using Stata 14 and SPSS 28.0 programs is the data analysis technique used. The data analysis findings indicate that economic growth and inflation have a simultaneous negative and significant effect in the F test, whereas inflation has no significant impact at the level of the five cities and districts in East Java

Get PDFThe ethics in the implementation of economic policies emphasize the direction of justice, goodness, as well as knowing what should and should not be done in an economic activity involving all humans within it (Akhsan, 2020). This research aims to explore the issues of ideas and the implementation of Pancasila Economics adopted in the economic life of the Republic of Indonesia. The analysis of Pancasila Economics is based on the principles of utilitarian ethics derived from the thoughts of Jeremy Bentham (1748-1832). The research problem is formulated as how the ethical position of Pancasila Economics in Indonesia is in the analysis of Jeremy Bentham's utilitarian ethics. This study aims to explore the ethical position of Pancasila Economics based on utilitarian ethics principles within the framework of ideas and implementation. The method to achieve these goals and answer the issues is cross-sectional with a qualitative approach. The results of this research indicate a disparity in the ethical position of Pancasila Economics as an idea/concept compared to its implementation in economic policies in Indonesia

Get PDFAbstrakCSR menjadi salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat sekitar. Peran CSR juga sangat penting dalam membantu desa pada proses pembangunan atau program-program Desa. Pengambilan kebijakan untuk pemberian CSR kepada Desa Merkawang pada prinsipnya melibatkan pihak masyarakat, pihak pemerintah, dan pihak perusahaan. Road map CSR Solusi Bangun Indonesia disusun berdasarkan kegiatan road map tahun sebelumnya yang diekstrapolasi sejauh lima tahun yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan permasalahan ataupun kebutuhan yang mendesak. Implikasi adanya CSR berdasarkan data penelitian pada prinsipnya sangat menunjang meningkatnya Indeks Desa Membangun di Desa Merkawang menuju desa maju dan mandiri yaitu aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan ekologi yang menjadi kekuatan yang saling mengisi dan menjaga potensi serta kemampuan desa untuk menyejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat desa. The role of CSR is also very important in helping villages in the development process or village programs. Policy making for providing CSR to Merkawang Village in principle involves the community, the government and the company. Solusi Bangun Indonesia's CSR road map was prepared based on the previous year's road map activities which were extrapolated over five years and then adjusted to urgent problems or needs. Get PDFUndang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa memberikan tanggungjawab yang besar bagi pemerintah desa, namun pemberian tanggungjawab yang besar tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan penyiapan sumber daya manusia yang baik, sehingga tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dilingkungan pemerintahan desa masih jauh dari harapan. Hal ini terlihat dari masih adanya aparat desa yang kurang disiplin dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dan di sisi lain, pemberian otonomi desa melahirkan praktik korupsi baru di tingkat desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip good governance telah diterapkan dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, sedangkan faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan good governance dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa adalah partisipasi masyarakat, sumber daya manusia, dan disiplin aparat desa. Risiko Inhern Terhadap Penilaian Kinerja dengan Kualitas Manajemen Risiko Sebagai Variabel Moderating Koperasi Kota Surakarta
Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji dampak penilaian kinerja melalui manajemen risiko pada badan hukum koperasi di Kota Surakarta. Koperasi, khususnya koperasi simpan pinjam (KSP) atau koperasi simpan pinjam (USP), menjalankan usahanya sebagai lembaga perantara terbatas yaitu menghimpun dana dari anggota dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkannya kembali kepada anggota lain dalam bentuk pinjaman. Pelaksanaan usaha koperasi tidak luput dari potensi resiko yang muncul. Data PPKL Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM RI tahun 2020 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat risiko gagal bayar yang meningkat sebesar 53% atau menempati urutan pertama untuk masalah koperasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan konsep manajemen risiko koperasi dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi koperasi di Kota Surakarta, mengkaji hubungan antara penerapan risiko inheren koperasi dan penerapan manajemen risiko tingkat untuk menyarankan mana manajemen sumber daya manusia praktik dapat menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja organisasi yang sehat. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koperasi yang ada di Kota Surakarta tahun 2022 sebanyak 6.98 koperasi dengan teknik convenience sampling sebanyak 40 koperasi yang berbadan hukum. Dengan metode pengambilan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan variabel moderasi. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara risiko yang melekat dengan evaluasi kinerja koperasi, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas penerapan manajemen risiko kredit dengan evaluasi kinerja koperasi dan kualitas penerapan manajemen risiko kredit tidak ada pengaruh yang moderat antara risiko dan penilaian kinerja koperasi
