Pengaruh Kemudahan Transaksi, Kepercayaan, Kenyamanan, Dan Desain Antarmuka Terhadap Minat Nasabah Menggunakan Aplikasi Blu BCA
This study discusses the Influence of Ease, Trust, Comfort and Interface Design. The purpose of this study is to determine how much interest customers have in using the BluBCA application. This study was conducted at PT BCA Tbk Dewi Sartika Branch Office, East Jakarta 13630. This study uses a descriptive research design through a quantitative approach with data collection using a purposive sampling technique with Krejcie table guidelines. The population taken in this study were BCA priority customers of KCP Dewi Sartika who had not used Blu BCA. The number of BCA Priority Dewi Sartika customers is 192 customers, 139 of whom have not used the BluBCA application (source: BCA internal data), the sample used was 103 customers with Krejcie table guidelines and the data processing technique uses the JASP application, an abbreviation of Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program, a statistical analysis software by the Department of Psychological Methods, University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. This open-source and multi-platform program is the choice for students and researchers. JASP is an easy-to-use software option with complete features. From the results of the research of multiple linear regression equations as follows, Y = 1.793 + 0.186 X1 + 0.289 X2 - 0.047 X3 +0.343 X4+e from the calculation, it can be seen that, the variables of Ease, Trust, Comfort and Interface design have an effect on customer interest in using the BluBCA application, but there is a difference in this study where the effect of comfort on the interest produced in this study is not significant
Optimalisasi Decision Quality: Efek Langsung dan Tidak Langsung dari Workload, Pelatihan, dan Resiliensi Psikologis melalui Burnout Reduction
This study investigated the direct and indirect effects of workload, psychological resilience, and decision-making training on burnout reduction and decision quality among worker-students in Mojokerto Regency and City. Adopting an explanatory quantitative approach within a positivist paradigm, the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicated that decision-making training significantly influenced both burnout reduction and decision quality, both directly and indirectly. In contrast, workload and psychological resilience did not show significant effects on either burnout reduction or decision quality. These findings highlight the critical role of cognitive training as a strategic intervention for enhancing decision-making in high-work-intensity environments. The study is limited by its specific contextual focus and the exclusion of broader external variables. The practical implications suggest a need for training-based interventions to manage occupational stress
Peningkatan Excess Spending Pada Platform E-Commerce Dengan Pendekatan Persepsi Bookkeeping Account
Technological developments and easy access to e-commerce platforms have driven significant changes in people's consumption patterns. This study was conducted based on individual behavior that often unconsciously applies accounting principles in their lives, especially in terms of financial management. Bookkeeping account is a term where each individual uses bookkeeping accounts like financial reports in managing their finances. Bookkeeping account is based on the framing effect where this is the effect of a person's cognitive bias behavior in decision making. In addition to the framing effect, there is also cash flow of personal funds and savings where these indicators are predicted to influence the attitude of excess spending in individuals, especially online shopping through various e-commerce platforms in the current digitalization era. Quantitative research methods were chosen to solve the problem formulation in this study. The selected research sample focused on productive-aged women who were considered to shop online more often, in the cities of Surabaya and Sidoarjo (the selection of areas was based on population density in East Java) so the sampling method used is cluster sampling. The questionnaire was sent directly or via GForm media to collect data. The data analysis method used partial Least Squares and structural equation model methodology. The results of the study show that the framing effect and cash flow of personal funds are able to provide a significant influence on excess spending, while saving is not able to significantly influence excess spending behavior in each individual
Pengaruh Green Banking, Corportae Social Responsibility, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perbankan Konvensional
This study aims to analyze the influence of green banking, corporate social responsibility, and company size on company value in the conventional banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. This study uses a quantitative approach, and based on its objectives, this type of research is causal. The population of this study is conventional banking companies listed on the IDX, totaling 42 companies for the period 2020-2024. This study uses the purposive sampling method, selecting 15 companies multiplied by 5 periods. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis using secondary data with descriptive statistical tests. This is followed by a classical assumption test using the multiple regression model hypothesis testing method. This study uses panel data regression analysis tools with the help of the SPSS 26 application. Pengaruh Modal, Harga, Tenaga Kerja, Luas Lahan, Jumlah Produksi Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Gambir di Nagari Solok Bio-Bio (The Influence of Capital, Price, Labor, Land Area, Production Amount on the Income of Gambir Farmers in Nagari Solok Bio-Bio)
Harau is one of the sub-districts in Lima Puluh Kota Regency that has significant potential as a center for gambir commodity production, with a total land area of 16,708 hectares and a production volume of 10,823.66 tons. The productivity of gambir agriculture in Harau District is the lowest, which is 0.12 ha/kg. One of the smallest administrative areas (Nagari) in Harau District that experienced a decline in productivity was Nagari Solok Bio-Bio. In this study, the influence of capital factors (X1), price (X2), labor (X3), land area (X4), and production volume (X5) was studied simultaneously and partially on the income of gambir farmers in Nagari Solok Bio-Bio. The methodology used was multiple linear regression analysis and a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, the average income of gambir farmers per year in Nagari Solok Bio-Bio was IDR 41,889,095. Based on the results of the study, all independent variables, namely capital, price, labor, land area, and production volume, have a significant influence on the income of gambir farmers, both partially and simultaneously. With an Adjusted R-squared (R²) Coefficient of 0.667, the five factors contributed 66.7% to the variation in farmer income.Keywords: Gambir, Income, Multiple Linear Regressio
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA UD. PIA MANALAGI KOTA PROBOLINGGO: ANALISIS SWOT DAN QSPM: Business Development Strategy of UD. Pia Manalagi in Probolinggo City: SWOT and QSPM Analysis
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha UD. Pia Manalagi di Kota Probolinggo dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan matriks QSPM. UD. Pia Manalagi merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha mikro di bidang kuliner yang memproduksi berbagai jenis pia dan telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2004. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan meliputi fluktuasi penjualan, keterbatasan inovasi produk, serta tantangan dalam menghadapi persaingan industri kuliner lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner kepada 18 responden yang terdiri atas pihak internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan formulasi strategi: tahap input (matriks IFE dan EFE), tahap pencocokan (matriks SWOT dan IE), serta tahap keputusan (matriks QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kekuatan utama UD. Pia Manalagi adalah kualitas produk yang terjaga dan loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan kelemahannya adalah kurangnya inovasi dan promosi digital. Peluang utama adalah tren peningkatan konsumsi produk lokal oleh wisatawan, sementara ancaman terbesar berasal dari persaingan harga dan produk sejenis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis QSPM, strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan adalah memperluas jaringan pemasaran melalui platform digital dan peningkatan inovasi produk berbasis permintaan pasar.

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of UD. Pia Manalagi in Probolinggo City using SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix. UD. Pia Manalagi is a micro-enterprise in the culinary sector that produces various types of pia and has been operating since 2004. Problems faced by the company include sales fluctuations, limited product innovation, and challenges in facing competition in the local culinary industry. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires to 18 respondents consisting of internal and external parties of the company. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of strategy formulation: the input stage (IFE and EFE matrices), the matching stage (SWOT and IE matrices), and the decision stage (QSPM matrix). The results of the study indicate that the main strengths of UD. Pia Manalagi are maintained product quality and customer loyalty, while its weaknesses are the lack of innovation and digital promotion. The main opportunity is the increasing trend of local product consumption by tourists, while the biggest threat comes from price competition and similar products. Based on the results of the QSPM analysis, the recommended priority strategy is to expand the marketing network through digital platforms and increase product innovation based on market demand.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG SAYUR KELILING DI KECAMATAN BANYUANYAR KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO: Analysis of Factors Affecting The Income of Mobile Vegetable Vendors in Banyuanyar District Probolinggo Regency
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang sayur keliling di Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo, dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Variabel independen yang dianalisis meliputi modal usaha, lama usaha, tanggungan keluarga, jam kerja dan preferensi konsumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, seluruh variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Secara parsial modal usaha, lama usaha, dan jam kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, menunjukkan kontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Sebaliknya jumlah tanggungan keluarga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, sementara preferensi konsumen menunjukkan pengaruh yang negatif signifikan. Di antara seluruh variabel lama usaha memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap pendapatan, mengindikasikan pentingnya akumulasi pengalaman dan jaringan usaha dalam sektor informal seperti pedagang sayur keliling.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the income of mobile vegetable vendors in Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency, using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables analyzed include business capital, business duration, number of dependents, working hours, and consumer preferences. The results of the analysis indicate that simultaneously, all these variables have a positive and significant effect on income. Partially, business capital, business duration, and working hours have positive and significant effects, demonstrating their direct contribution to income improvement. Conversely, the number of dependents does not show a significant effect, while consumer preference has a significantly negative effect. Among all variables, business duration has the most dominant influence on income, indicating the importance of accumulated experience and business networks in the informal sector, such as mobile vegetable vending.

TINGKAT PERSEPSI PETERNAK TERHADAP INSEMINASI BUATAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA BAGI PENGEMBANGAN PETERNAKAN LOKAL (Studi Kasus Kecamatan Pubian, Lampung Tengah): Livestock Farmers' Perceptions of Artificial Insemination and its Implications for Local Livestock Development (Case Study in Pubian District, Central Lampung)
Permintaan daging sapi nasional yang meningkat tidak diimbangi produktivitas ternak lokal, sehingga penerapan teknologi reproduksi seperti Inseminasi Buatan (IB) menjadi krusial. Keberhasilan program IB bergantung pada persepsi dan penerimaan peternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi peternak terhadap implementasi IB berdasarkan tiga sifat inovasi: keunggulan relatif, kesesuaian, dan kompleksitas, serta implikasinya bagi penguatan program peternakan di Distrik Pubian, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian survei dilaksanakan dari Maret hingga Mei 2025 dengan melibatkan 94 petani pengguna IB yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif-kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan persepsi peternak secara umum positif. Nilai skor keunggulan relatif (1.863) dan kesesuaian (1.193) termasuk tinggi, sedangkan skor kompleksitas (812) tergolong rendah, yang mengindikasikan bahwa IB dianggap menguntungkan, sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan relatif mudah diterapkan. Implikasi studi ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan IB, pelatihan teknis berkelanjutan bagi peternak, serta penguatan kelembagaan kelompok tani untuk mendorong adopsi IB yang berkelanjutan.

The increasing national demand for beef is not matched by increased local livestock productivity, making the implementation of reproductive technologies such as Artificial Insemination (AI) crucial. The success of an AI program depends on the perception and acceptance of livestock farmers. This study aims to analyze livestock farmers' perceptions of AI implementation based on three innovation characteristics: relative advantage, suitability, and complexity, and their implications for strengthening livestock programs in Pubian District, Central Lampung Regency. The survey was conducted from March to May 2025, involving 94 purposively selected farmers using AI. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results indicate that livestock farmers' perceptions are generally positive. The relative advantage (1,863) and suitability (1,193) scores are high, while the complexity score (812) is low, indicating that AI is considered profitable, appropriate to needs, and relatively easy to implement. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving the quality of AI services, ongoing technical training for livestock farmers, and strengthening farmer group institutions to encourage sustainable AI adoption..

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PASIR PANTAI TANJUNG KAJUWULU DI KOTA MAUMERE SEBAGAI BAHAN PENGGANTI AGREGAT HALUS TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN BETON
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan pasir pantai sebagai bahan pengganti agregat halus dan belum ada uji kelayakan materialnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kuat tekan beton menggunakan pasir pantai sebagai bahan pengganti agregat halus. Pasir pantai yang digunakan adalah pasir pantai Tanjung Kajuwulu yang terletak di Desa Magepanda Kota Maumere, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Pasir pantai Tanjung Kajuwulu dipilih karena ketersediaannya yang melimpah, biaya yang lebih murah serta jarak pengambilan yang dekat. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pasir gunung sebagai pembanding yang berasal dari Kota Lumajang. Benda uji yang digunakan berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran 15 cm x 30 cm sebanyak 27 sampel dengan 3 jenis pasir yaitu pasir pantai tanpa dicuci, pasir pantai dicuci dan pasir gunung. Perhitungan mix design menggunakan metode DoE (Department of Environment) dengan menetapkan faktor air semen 0,5 dan menggunakan 100 persen pasir pantai. Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan pada beton umur 7, 14 dan 28 hari. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai kuat tekan Beton dengan pasir gunung menghasilkan kuat tekan sebesar 44,09 MPa pada usia 28 hari, lebih tinggi dibandingkan beton dengan pasir pantai. Penggunaan pasir pantai Tanjung Kajuwulu tanpa pencucian menghasilkan kuat tekan sebesar 37,93 MPa, sedangkan setelah pencucian meningkat menjadi 39,84 MPa, menunjukkan kenaikan sebesar 5,03 persen. Beton dengan pasir pantai yang dicuci mencapai 90,36 persen dari kuat tekan beton dengan pasir gunung, sehingga pasir pantai yang dicuci layak digunakan sebagai alternatif agregat halus
PENGARUH PERILAKU KONSUMEN DAN BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN KOPI KELILING DI JAWA TIMUR (The Influence of Consumer Behavior and Marketing Mix on The Purchase Decisions of Mobile Coffee Consumers in East Java)
Surabaya is one of the metropolitan cities with a highly active population, including both workers and students. Most of them enjoy coffee and embrace the growing coffee-drinking culture. However, due to their busy schedules, they prefer coffee that is convenient and can be taken on the go. This opportunity has led to the emergence of mobile coffee cart vendors scattered around main roads, especially near university campuses. The trend of mobile coffee is popular among young people due to its affordable price and decent taste. However, product development strategies are needed to ensure the sustainability and growth of current mobile coffee businesses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumer behavior and marketing mix on consumers' purchasing decisions of mobile coffee in order to design effective and efficient strategies. The research method used is a quantitative approach utilizing SEM-PLS and IPA analyses. The results indicate that psychological factors and the marketing mix simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for mobile coffee in Surabaya. Meanwhile, the IPA analysis shows that the product variety indicator falls into quadrant 4, meaning that this indicator needs to be evaluated.Keywords: Mobile Coffee, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Mix, SEM-PLS.
