Mathematical Mental Wars is the presentation of a fast, interesting, and interactive way for students to practice problems with variables, equations, and answers.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, melalui model pembelajaran Knisley berbantuan media jing-jing bar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN 01 Bakalan Krapyak Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kudus semester II tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis melalui Model Pembelajaran Knisley berbantuan media jing-jing bar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 50,13 dari kondisi awal 31,67 menjadi 81,8 pada kondisi akhir

"Uno Mathematics" is an effective, interesting, and interactive way to present students to build and strengthen mastery and understanding of mathematical concepts in the long term.     This research includes implementation, implications, supporting factors, obstacles to the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning at Alkhairaat Toliba Middle School. The research used a qualitative approach based on field research, the research data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, analysis, reduction, presentation, and data levers. The results of the study found that: The implementation process of learning Islamic religious education at SMP Alkhairaat Toliba includes curriculum evaluation, evaluation process, the concept of KTSP, creating a religious culture as an implementation of the learning process. The implication of the learning process of Islamic Religious Education in increasing the religious understanding of students at Alkhairaat Junior High School in Toliba Village has a positive effect on increasing students' understanding above the standard of completeness of the Islamic Religious Education learning process.     This study aims to determine the effect of learning interest and learning motivation on students' cognitive learning outcomes in set material in Sigi 4 Public Middle School. The type of  research used is expost factod with a population of  all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Sigi which were registered in the 2017/2018 school year with 248 students. Technic sampling that is simple random sampling so the sample size was106 students.The data collection methods are questionnaire, documentation, and test methods.Analysis of the data using the product moment correlation test then followed by multiple regression tests .The results obtained by double linear regression were Y = 7.478 + 0.086 X₁ + 0.091X₂ .     The basic problem in this study is the low students learning outcomes in social arithmetic material regarding the profit, loss and percentage and discount in class VII A MTs Alkhairaat Biromaru 2017/2018 school year. There are several causes of the low students learning outcomes including teachers are still learning centers so students still tend to be passive in learning. This makes students become inactive, recultant, afraid and ashamend to ask. Therefore, to improve the learning outcomes of students of class VII A MTs Alkhairaat Biromaru and maximize learning, the researcher applied a quantum learning model, which is a learning model whose entire learning process can sharpen understanding and memory, and make learning a pleasant and useful process, so that learning becomes more motivated. The quantum learning model consists of 6 learning components, namely : 1. grow, 2. natural, 3. name, . demonstrate, 5. repeat, 6. Celebrate This research is a classroom action research using  qualitative approachthat aims to improve the learning outcomes of class VII A MTs Alkhairaat Biromaru sudents. The subject of this study were all students of class VII A totaling 21 people. In the research tht has been carried out, the result of his study indicate that learning activities have been going well and have increased in each cycle. This can be seen from the percentage of completeness of classical learning. In the final test of the first cycle reached the average score of students that is 71,43% with the amount of absorption of 15 students. Then in the final test the second cycle increased to 85,71% in good qualifications. With the number of students who get individual absorption of 18 students

    Diversi merupakan salah satu sistem penyelesaian tindak pidana anak, yang dilakukan di luar pengadilan pidana. Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, merupakan lex spesialis dan satu-satunya sistem dalam hukum pidana yang menggunakan sistem diversi. Keterlibatan banyak pihak menjadi salah satu keunikan sistem ini, serupa namun tak sama, begitulah perbandingan antara sistem diversi dengan mediasi. Keterlibatan beberapa pihak inilah menjadi ciri pembeda antara diversi dengan mediasi, bila mediasi hanya melibatkan pihak-pihak yang berkonflik, diversi melibatkan bukan hanya pihak yang berkonflik namun juga melibatkan pihak lain seperti tokoh masyarakat, orang tua (anak pelaku tindak pidana), tokoh agama, guru dan aparat penegak hukum. Namun dari semua pihak yang terlibat, guru dianggap salah satu pihak yang memiliki peran besar. Sebab guru sebagai pengganti orang tua, memiliki waktu bersama anak lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan pihak-pihak lainnya. Olehnya  dalam penelitian ini mengangkat isu tentang bagaimana peran guru dalam proses diversi tindak pidana tindak pidana anak? Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran seorang guru sebagai tenaga pendidik dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana melalui sistem diversi. Adapun metode penelitian dengan menggunakan sistem social jurosprudence. Dan kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, bahwa peran guru terhadap pelaksanaan diversi pada tindak pidana anak sangatlah dibutuhkan, sebab guru mampu melakukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan  psikologi pendidikan melalui  konteks kepribadian, intelektual, maupun emosi kejiwaan anak guna mengarahkan anak menjadi pribadi intelektual masa depan. Oleh sebab itu, undang-undang memberikan ruang terhadap guru hadir dan berperan pada proses diversi tindak pidana anak.  Kata Kunci : Guru, Diversi, Tindak Pidana dan Ana
