    This study analyses the role of the Bontang City Manpower Office (Disnaker) as a facilitator and coordinator in increasing the absorption capacity of local industries for senior high school/vocational school graduates. The main issues are the skills gap and high open unemployment rate among young graduates, especially in cities with large industrial sectors such as Bontang. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through in-depth interviews with Disnaker, industry representatives (including large companies), and school management, as well as analysis of documents related to training and manpower placement work programmes. The main focus was on the implementation of the Special Job Exchange (BKK), Competency-Based Training (PBK), and apprenticeship programmes facilitated by the Manpower Office. The results of the study show that the Bontang City Manpower Office has played an active role in three main functions: (1) Regulator, through the issuance of local regulations on training; (2) Facilitator, by providing Job Fair and PBK facilities that are aligned with industry needs; and (3) Coordinator, bringing together industry, educational institutions and job seekers. &nbsp

    This study examines the role of large companies in empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bontang City and analyzes its broader implications for educational management, particularly within community-based learning frameworks. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving company representatives, MSME actors, government agencies, and educational practitioners. The findings indicate that corporate empowerment programs—including training, mentoring, market facilitation, and financial assistance—significantly improve MSME managerial skills, digital literacy, product quality, and business networks. Beyond economic impacts, these empowerment activities function as community-based nonformal education that supports lifelong learning and strengthens local human resource development. The collaboration among companies, local government, digital communities, and educational institutions forms a sustainable learning ecosystem that integrates industrial experience into vocational education, entrepreneurship programs, and community learning centers. This synergy demonstrates that corporate involvement plays a strategic role not only in regional economic development but also in enhancing educational capacity, literacy, and community empowerment. The study concludes that MSME empowerment initiatives contribute meaningfully to educational management by promoting experiential learning, strengthening community competencies, and supporting inclusive development aligned with digital-era demands

    This study aims to find out the Policy and Decision Making of the Provision of Decent Accommodation in the Implementation of Inclusive Education. Asta Cita Pendidikan Indonesia is said to focus on improving the quality of human resources, equitable distribution of inclusive quality education. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive method, and data was obtained from literature studies, observations and interviews. The results of this study show that the Samarinda City Government provides several derivative regulations that are relevant to the implementation of inclusive education, carries out preparations for the provision of educators and education personnel through the implementation of teacher training and technical guidance activities, establishes Disability Service Units, and builds Inclusive Resource Spaces in regular/public schools, as well as forming Special Supervisory Teacher Working Groups (KKGPK). A total of 269 educators and education staff have participated in inclusive education training and technical guidance from 80 regular/public schools. The provision of the Budget for the Disability Service Unit is also provided with no less than Rp.300 million per year.     The purpose of this study is to find out the application of traditional engklek games to improve gross motor skills (body balance) of children aged 5-6 years at Keledang Harapan Baru Kindergarten. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a flow of activities, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in each cycle. The subjects of the study were children aged 5-6 years, 6 girls and 9 boys. The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Qualitative data analysis is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data analysis is comparing the results obtained from pre-observation, first cycle and second cycle. The results of this study show that in the pre-cycle, an average percentage of success achievement was obtained of 32%, of which 10 children have not yet appeared and 5children have appeared only a small part with guidance. Based on the results of the research in the first cycle, the averagepercentage of success achievement was 44%, of which 9 children appeared mostly and 6 children appeared only a small part andin the second cycle it increased to 90% and met the criteria of success achievement of 80%. The conclusion of this study is that by using the traditional game media engklek can improve the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in Keledang Kindergartenwith very good development criteria, because the criteria for developing very well that exceed the criteria for achieving success, the research is considered successful

    Comparing Students’ Learning Outcomes Between the Question Student Have and Giving Question and Getting Answer Strategies in Grade VII Social Studies at SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu

    This study aimed to examine whether there were differences in students’ learning outcomes between those who applied the Question Student Have strategy (questions from students) and those who applied the Giving Question and Getting Answer strategy (giving questions and receiving answers) in Social Studies learning in Grade VII at SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu City. This experimental study used a comparative quantitative approach with a dual-paradigm research design involving two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population consisted of Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu City in the 2024–2025 academic year, while the sample comprised Class VII A as the experimental class and Class VII B as the control class. The research instrument was a Social Studies achievement test. The data were analyzed using a normality test, a homogeneity test, and a t-test. The results indicated differences in students’ learning outcomes between those using the Question Student Have strategy (questions from students) and those using the Giving Question and Getting Answer strategy (giving questions and receiving answers) in Social Studies in Grade VII at SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu City. This was evidenced by the t-test results (tcount > ttable = 2.578 > 1.697) or p < 0.05 (i.e., 0.029 < 0.05), meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected

    The purpose of this study is as follows: 1) to determine the development of gross motor skills through playing asenan in group B children aged 5-6 years in State Kindergarten (TK) 01 Anggana. 2) to determine how asenan games can develop gross motor skills in group B children aged 5-6 years in State Kindergarten (TK) 01 Anggana. This research method uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the results of this study is to develop gross motor skills through playing asenan in group B children aged 5-6 years in State Kindergarten (TK) 01 Anggana, their gross motor skills have not developed optimally. So it is necessary to have stimulation in improving gross motor development by using the asenan playing method.     Implementation of Audio-Visual Based History Learning Media

    This study aims to determine the implementation of audio-visual-based History learning media in grades XI and XII of SMA Negeri 2 Loa Kulu, students' perceptions of its use, and the obstacles faced. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, data collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that audio-visual media such as History videos, PowerPoint, and digital content create interactive learning. Students' perceptions of audio-visual-based history learning media show good interest. The use of this media increases student involvement in the learning process and helps them understand history material in a concrete and interesting way. Students find it easier to understand the material and are more enthusiastic about participating in learning. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles, such as limited technological facilities, dependence on internet connections, and interference from classmates

    Early childhood language skills are an important aspect in the development of communication and self-expression. However, in Bina Rahyu Kindergarten, Kutai Kartanegara, children aged 4-5 years show low language skills, such as difficulty speaking, stiffness when singing, and less responsive to social interactions. This research aims to improve children's language skills through storytelling methods using natural materials in the form of corn husks. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 8 children, namely 6 boys and 2 girls. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis quantitatively and qualitatively descriptive percentages. Indicators of success include the ability to answer simple questions, express feelings and desires, mention natural materials from corn, and retell the content of the story. The results of the study showed that in the pre-cycle, the average achievement of language skills was 39%. In the first cycle it increased to 51%, the teacher's strategy of stimulating through a story entitled "The Prince Who Doesn't Like to Eat Vegetables" repeatedly and the teacher gave repeated questions so that in the second cycle it increased to 85%, exceeding the success criteria of 80%. The conclusion of this study is that storytelling using natural materials is effective in improving early childhood language skills. Educators are advised to be more creative in selecting learning media that suit children's characteristics, making the learning process more enjoyable and supporting optimal language development

    The Implementation of Spice Route History Material in History Learning in Class XI of SMA Negeri 17 Samarinda

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of the spice route history material in history learning for Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 17 Samarinda. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through direct observation, interviews with teachers and students, and supporting documentation. The findings indicate that the spice route material is not taught as a standalone topic but is combined with discussions on Colonialism and Indonesian National Resistance. As a result, the significance of spices as a world heritage with substantial influence on the economic, cultural, and religious dynamics of the Indonesian archipelago is not adequately addressed in classroom instruction. Consequently, students' understanding of the historical value of the spice route remains limited. Several challenges were identified in implementing this material, including a lack of adequate learning facilities such as relevant media and teaching aids, insufficient time allocation due to a dense curriculum, and limited learning resources-particularly textbooks that comprehensively cover the spice route topic. These issues hinder the effectiveness of the learning process and reduce the quality of material delivery

    Pengaruh Variasi Topografi terhadap Potensi Hasil Panen Kelapa Sawit di Desa Jonggon Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil panen  kelapa sawit pada pada topografi yang berbeda dilokasi kebun milik masyarakat di Desa Jonggon B, Kecamatan Loa Kulu, Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Agustustus-Desember 2023. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode observasi dan survei agronomi untuk mengetahui, memilih, serta mengenal kondisi lokasi pengambilan tanaman sampel untuk mendapatkan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan data primer dengan cara menentukan 3 blok pada topografi lahan yang berbeda (1 blok topografi atas bukit, 1 blok topografi lereng dan 1 blok topografi lembah) dengan kesamaan umur tanam dan varietas tanaman. Pada setiap blok ditentukan 5 pohon sampel menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel menimbang pada saat setiap panen (6 kali pada saat penelitian) sehingga didapatkan 18 pokok sampel topografi 1 blok topografi atas bukit didapat 6 sampel dengan hasil 7,84/pohon/panen , 1 blok topografi lereng 6 sampel  dengan hasil 8,10 kg/pohon/panen dan 1 blok topografi lembah 6 sampel dengan hasil 9,80 kg/pohon/panen). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesuburan tanahnya juga dilakukan analisa unsur hara, yaitu unsur Nitrogen (N) dimana pada topografi atas bukit didapat nilai 0,180 %, lereng 0,189 % dan lembah didapat nilai 0,193 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil panen pada topografi atas bukit lebih rendah dari topografi lereng dan topografi lereng dan atas bukit  juga lebih rendah dari topografi lembah  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kesuburan unsur hara (Nitrogen) N,  menunjukkan bahwa unsur hara berpengaruh langsung terhadap pertumbuhan yang ada di dalamnya
