    pdf《目的》看護師の特定行為に関する研究の動向を分析し、特定行為研修を修了した看護師が看護の関わりの中で活躍していくために、今後どのような研究課題が求められているかについて示唆を得る。 《方法》2015年から2022年の約7年間で、医学中央雑誌Web版を用い、「特定行為」と「看護師」をキーワードとして検索を行った。文献のタイトル・要旨を概観し、実践報告や解説など研究論文ではない文献を分析対象から除外し、看護師の特定行為に関する研究論文15件を分析対象とした。 《結果》看護師の特定行為に関する研究の動向について、「特定行為研修制度への認識や研修を修了した看護師への期待に関すること」、「特定行為を行う看護師の看護実践に関すること」や「特定行為研修の教育に関すること」について研究されていた。 《結論》特定行為を行う看護師が看護の関わりの中で活躍していくために、看護実践や看護管理、継続教育に関する研究課題が求められていると考える。Objective: To examine trends in research related to particular actions by nurses, and to obtain suggestions on what kind of research topics are required in the future for nurses who have completed specific action training to play an important role in the nursing relationship. Methods: A search was conducted using the keywords “specific nurse” and “nurse” for the period of about seven years, from 2015 to 2022, on the Central Journal of Medicine’s website. From the titles and abstracts of the literature, 15 research subjects were extracted and examined for the publication year, research outline and methods, research objectives, and research findings. Results: The findings were classified into three categories: “awareness of the specificaction training system and expectations of nurses who have completed the training,” “matters related to the nursing practice of nurses who conduct specific actions,” and “matters related to the education of specific action training.” Conclusions: We believe that research issues for nurses who conduct specific acts to play an essential role in the nursing relationship need to consider nursing practice, nursing management, and continuing education to improve the quality of medical and nursing care for patients.departmental bulletin pape

    Current education methods in occupational therapy training schools: a scoping review

    pdf《目的》日本の作業療法教育方法におけるスコーピングレビューを実施し、作業療法養成校の教育研究の現状と今後の研究課題を検討した。 《方法》スコーピングレビューのガイドラインのPRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviewsに基づき実施し、2012年から2021年までに発表された文献を対象とした。 《結果》本研究により選定された文献数は15件であった。研究対象者は、4年制課程7件、3年制課程8件であった。研究デザインは、調査研究12件、観察研究1件、質的研究2件であった。教授法は、Bloomの分類の領域別に認知領域14件、精神運動領域5件、情意領域3件、その他4件に分類した。 《結論》日本における作業療法教育の現状や今後の課題として、作業療法教育研究のエビデンス構築や国際的な視点を含めた教育に関する更なる研究知見を探索する必要性が示唆された。Objectives: To conduct a scoping review of occupational therapy education methods in Japan, and to examine the current status and future issues connected with education research at occupational therapy training schools and future research issues. Methods: The study was conducted based on the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews guidelines for scoping reviews, and relevant literature published from 2012 to 2021. Results: After a search of the relevant literature, 15 articles were selected for the scoping review. The selected articles included seven 4-year and eight 3-year programs. The research designs included 12 survey studies, 1 observational study, and 2 qualitative studies. Using Bloom’s taxonomy, teaching methods were categorized into 14 cognitive domains, 5 psychomotor domains, 3 affective domains, and 4 other domains. Conclusions: This scoping review of occupational therapy education research in Japan and future issues suggest the need to build evidence for education research in occupational therapy and to seek further education research results, including international perspectives.departmental bulletin pape

    Goethe in The Book of Tea─From the “portals of discovery” in Ulysses─

    pdfThe Book of Tea(1906), a practical literature on the theory of Japanese art and culture, written by Okakura Kakuzo(1863─1913)has some allusions to Goethe’s Wilhelm Meisters Lehrjahre(1795─96)and Wilhelm Meisters Wanderjahre(1829). Though there has been no precedent for such comment, intensive reading of James Joyce’s Ulysses(1922)has led us to find Okakura’s artistic devices suggest Goethe scattered here and there in his work. From the intertextual perspective, this paper attempts to show that episode 9 of Ulysses illuminated the “portals of discovery” of how Okakura adapted Goethe parallel to the Japanese cultural context in his literature. In order to attain the goal of this paper, first we review the historical background of the publication of The Book of Tea. Second, it is shown that the strange description at the beginning of Ulysses episode 9 is a Joycean paradoxical comical way of twisted unification of Okakura’s serious Japanese art theories and dramatic descriptions of the last chapter of his book. Third, the adaptations of Goethe’s original are exemplified parallel to the context of The Book of Tea. Ultimately, Goethe was given a new birth in the context of modern Japan, as homage to a leading figure who had anticipated the arrival of world literature, which Okakura had earnestly longed for.departmental bulletin pape

    Research on sexuality education in Elementary, Junior High and High School─A Study on sexuality education in Elementary, Junior High and High Schools in Saitama, Mie and Kumamoto Prefectures─

    pdfIn this study, a fact-finding survey on sex education was conducted at elementary, junior high, and high schools in Saitama, Mie, and Kumamoto prefectures. The survey was carried out so that the results could be used as basic data to determine appropriate sex education for preteens. Based on the survey findings, three groups were identified: (1) Those who regard sex education as a necessity and agree that the required sex education is best taught in schools by external instructors. (2) Those who consider sex education as a necessity and agree that the content of sex education taught in schools is satisfactory. (3) Those who believe that while sex education is a necessity, it is not being taught properly, and that more external instructors are needed in schools. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: to improve the delivery of sex education, rather than revising the official course, many survey participants desired concrete guidelines, training, and budget for inviting external instructors to schools. Furthermore, to reduce the burden at teaching sites, the quality of course content should be standardized by the national government and/or boards of education.departmental bulletin pape
