Nurses’ perception of support for cancer peer support activities at designated cancer hospitals

《方法》がんピアサポート活動を支援している看護職8人に半構造化面接を2018年10月～2019年2月に実施し、質的記述的研究方法により分析を行った。
《結果》生成された8つのカテゴリーは【がんピアサポート活動は有意義である】【がんサロンへの多様な支援が必要である】【がんピアサポーターによる個別相談には対応が困難な場合もあり、支援が必要である】【看護職等とがんピアサポーターとの連携が重要である】【がんピアサポーターへの健康面の支援の必要性を感じる】【がんピアサポート活動への支援の意欲と困難さを感じる】【がんピアサポート活動への職員、病院、国の支援がほしい】【がんピアサポーターの育成が大事である】である。
《結論》看護職の思いは、支援する際の基盤となる思い、支援の際の工夫と配慮、支援に関する困難さ、今後のがんピアサポート活動のための要望になると考察できた。そして、看護職が抱える困難さの内容が明らかとなった。がんピアサポート活動への支援で最も重要な課題は、病院内でがんピアサポート活動の価値が認められ、支援体制が整うことと考える。Objective: To identify nurses’ perception of support for cancer peer support activities at designated cancer hospitals.
Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight nursing professionals, who support cancer peer support activities, from October 2018 to February 2019, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive research methods.
Results: The eight categories generated from the interviews were: cancer peer support activities are meaningful; various support for cancer salons is needed; individual consultation by cancer peer supporters is sometimes difficult to handle and support is needed; collaboration between the nursing professionals, etc. and the cancer peer supporters is important in tackling cancer. The reasons included: I feel the need for the health support for cancer peer supporters; I feel motivated and face difficulty in supporting cancer peer support activities; I want support from staff, hospitals, and the government for cancer peer support activities; and It is important to train cancer peer supporters.
Conclusion: The nursing professionals’ thoughts were considered to be the foundation for providing the necessary support, ingenuity, difficulties related to support, and requests for future cancer peer support activities. The difficulties faced by the nursing profession were also clarified. The most important issue in supporting cancer peer support activities is the recognition and value of the cancer peer support activities in hospitals and the establishment of an effective support system.departmental bulletin pape
Contents of an alternative practice and student learning through the practice introduced in basic public health nurse education in response to the spread of novel coronavirus （COVID-19） infection
Get PDFpdf《目的》新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の流行により、2020年度の保健師国家試験受験資格を得るために必修の実習である公衆衛生看護学実習Ⅱ（地域保健活動）をオンラインによる代替実習に変更して実施した。よって、本稿では、代替実習の内容を振り返り、実習における学生の学びと課題を記述することを目的とする。
《方法》保健師課程の学生26名の内、実習目標に対する自己評価表19名、科目評価アンケート21名、最終レポート26名のデータを分析した。自己評価表と科目評価アンケートは記述統計、最終レポートは内容分析を行った。
《結果》学生の自己評価表の点数は、4段階のスケールで、すべての項目において中央値は3～4の範囲であり、平均値は3点台であった。すべての学生が目標に対して、「よくできた」「だいたいできた」と評価した。科目評価アンケートでは、実習の満足感、実習目標の理解、教員の関わり等に関する項目は評価が高い一方で、パソコンを長時間使用することによる身体的・精神的影響を尋ねた項目の評価が低かった。最終レポートの内容分析では、地域づくりや施策化に関する考え、保健師の役割や姿勢等に関すること等の10のテーマが抽出された。
《結論》オンラインによる実習であったが、学生は保健師として求められる知識や技術を幅広く学び、保健師の役割を自分の言葉で表現できていた。しかし、今回の代替実習は教員が課題を作成し、その枠の中で進むものであった。学生は臨地での住民や指導者、関係職種等との相互作用の中で学ぶ経験をすることができなかった。これらの影響を長期的に評価していく必要があると考える。Objectives: The study aims to review the contents of an alternative online practice introduced in nursing education in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and students’ learning and agendas in the practice “Public Health Nursing Practice II” （Community Health Activities）, which is required to qualify for the national examination for public health nurses.
Methods: Data from 19 self-evaluation sheets on practice objectives, 21 practice evaluation questionnaires, and 26 final reports from 26 students in the public health nurse course were analyzed. Descriptive statistics was conducted for the self-evaluation sheets and practice evaluation questionnaires, and content analysis was conducted for the final report.
Results: The medians ranged from 3-4, and the means are in the 3-point range on a 4-point scale for all items of student’s self-evaluation sheet. All students rated their performance as “well done” or “mostly well done” on the objectives. In the practice evaluation questionnaire, items related to satisfaction with practice, understanding of practice goals, involvement of teachers, etc. had high evaluations, while items related to physical or mental effects due to long-term use of computers had low evaluations. In the content analysis of the final report, 10 themes were extracted, including thoughts on community development and policy making, and the role and attitude of public health nurses.
Conclusions: Although the practice was conducted online, students gained a wide range of knowledge and skills required of a public health nurse and were able to express the role of a public health nurse in their own words. However, since this alternative practice was conducted within the framework of assignments created by the faculty, students were unable to experience learning through on-site interactions with residents, supervisors, and related professionals. Examination of factors that inhibit help-seeking behavior after Sexual Violence ─ Focusing on victims’ reactions at the time of the victimization
Get PDFpdf本研究は，性暴力被害後の相談行動を妨げる要因について，被害をうけた人の被害時の状態に着目して検討することを目的とし，NHKが実施した性暴力被害に関するアンケート結果の二次分析を行った。NHKアンケートの全体は38,383件の回答があり，そのうち，相談の有無について回答があり，従属変数と目的変数への回答が揃っている33,883件の回答を対象とした。また，11,670件の「誰にも話さなかった理由」に関する自由記述について分析した。ロジスティック回帰分析の結果，年齢が低い，体が動く状態だが抵抗をしていない，相手に合わせる言動を取っている，加害者と関係が近いなどの場合に，相談行動が阻害されることがわかった。自由記述の分析では，頻出語による回答のイメージ図を作成し，頻出語が用いられた記述を検討した。その結果，被害の認識の薄さや，相手に従う行動を取ったことで自分が悪かったと思う気持ちなどが相談行動を阻害していることが推測された。また，ジェンダー規範を背景としてレイプ神話，そして二次的被害が起きていた。性暴力に関する社会の認識を深め，被害にあった人が被害認識を持ちやすくすること，また，抵抗できない状態には，体が動かないということだけではなく，様々な状態があるのだということを，社会に積極的に伝えていき，性暴力被害に直面した時の人の行動について適切な理解を促すことが必要だと考えられる。This study aimed to examine, quantitatively and qualitatively, the factors that inhibit sexual violence victims from seeking counseling, focusing on the factors at the time of the victimization, and using a secondary analysis of the results of a survey conducted by NHK. The quantitative analysis included 37,531 respondents and the qualitative analysis included 11,670 open-ended statements as part of their free responses. A logistic regression analysis revealed that counseling-seeking behavior was inhibited when the victim did not physically resist, at the mercy of the other party and in a close relationship with the perpetrator. From the analysis of the open-ended statements, it was inferred that the lack of recognition of the victimization and the feeling of being at fault for following the actions of the other person inhibited help-seeking behavior. I introduce a relation with Mr. A from a viewpoint of Tojisha-kenkyu utilization. ①The example that Tojisha-kenkyu using the opportunity of Mr.A and the business trip, and ②Tojisha-kenkyu example as part of the conference for the group home withdrawal. Tojisha-kenkyu is practice aiming at individual recovery. The inflection of Tojisha-kenkyu is possible with the style that fitted each one. Get PDFpdf大学授業では、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響から教育のデジタル化が進んでいる。長年手書きで残されてきた学習記録もデータ化し活用され始めている。そこで本研究ではオンラインツールを活用した授業や課外活動で「人にみせること」を目的として作成した学習記録のプロセスから学習成果を分析することとする。アプリケーションに求めることが概ね一致したPadletを使用した。投稿については明示的な指示は与えなかった。与えなかった理由としては他の学生から投稿の様子から相互に学べることを期待したからである。
分析の結果、学習記録が「人に見せること」が前提の記録となることによって、学生同士の学び合いが主体的・能動的に変化した。文字化だけでは分析が難しい実技分野には、学習記録を可視化し共有することで、目標達成のための分析力や考察力を引き出し、またコミュニケーション力や自己表現力が養われる可能性が示された。departmental bulletin pape
