The Role and Cooperation of Nurses in the Regional Comprehensive Support Center―Basic Research (Vol. 2) on Network Development Concerning the Prevention of Long-Term Care Support Network―
Get PDFpdf《目的》A市介護予防事業における地域包括支援センターの看護職の役割と連携の実際について明らかにすることである。
《方法》A市3地区の地域包括支援センター看護職4名に半構造化面接を行い、インタビューデータから作成した逐語録の内容を質的記述的に分析した。
《結果》地域包括支援センター看護職は介護予防対象者の選定に際し、【介護予防対象者への電話連絡と状況の把握】【介護予防教室参加者の選定】【介護予防教室の潜在的なニーズを掘り起こす】ことをしており、介護予防教室の企画と運営では【生活機能の低下に応じた教室の企画】【マンネリ化を防ぎ魅力ある教室の企画】【教室に参加しやすいよう工夫】をしていた。さらに、介護予防教室卒業生には、【介護予防教室の自主化】に向けた関わりがなされていた。
連携の実際として5つのカテゴリー、【地域との顔の見える関係と連携】【多様な情報提供や相談のルートがある】【協力を得てかかわる、つなげる】【住む地域によって自治会や住民のつながりが違う】があげられた。また、地域包括支援センターだけで抱え込まずに【行政との協働】を行っていることが明らかとなった。
《結論》地域包括支援センター看護職は介護予防対象者に対し、チェックリストのスクリーニングだけではなく、潜在的なニーズを掘り起こすために総合相談や関連機関や団体及び住民からの情報を活用し、教室参加者に柔軟に対応していた。連携の実際では、地域住民や団体との顔の見える関係を大切にしており、行政との協働を意識的に行っていた。今後の課題として口腔機能やうつのアセスメント、地域住民とのコミュニケーションや組織作りのための能力の向上が考えられる。Objective: This study aimed to clarify the role and cooperation of nurses at the regional comprehensive support center and the characteristics of each area of the Regional Comprehensive.
Methods: This study was conducted involving nurses and public health nurses (n=4) who work at regional comprehensive support centers. An approximately 1-hour interview was conducted for each subject. The obtained data were examined and categorized.
Results: Seven categories were given as the role of the nursing staff in the regional comprehensive support center. At the time of selection of care prevention target persons, [Telephone contact to the care prevention target person and understanding of the situation] [Selection of care prevention class participants] [Discover potential needs of care prevention class] etc.
There are five categories of collaboration. The community-based nursing staff carried out [Collaboration and cooperation with the face with the community] and [Collaboration with the administration] etc. by utilizing [There are various information provision and consultation routes].
Conclusion: The nursing staff at the regional comprehensive support center screened checklists for those who were subject to care prevention. In addition, in order to uncover potential needs, they used flexible consultations and information from related organizations, organizations, and residents to respond flexibly to classroom participants. Nursing staff valued the visible relationship with local residents and organization as a matter of collaboration, and consciously cooperated with the government.

Relationships Between Types of Exercise and Moods in Physical Education―Focusing on Basketball and Badminton―
Get PDFpdf近年、若年層の運動不足が問題となっている。さらに、運動状況の二極化も進み、運動を行う上での得意不得意が顕著に表れるようになってきている。これらの問題は、高等教育機関に所属する学生にも当てはまり、運動を指導する高等教育機関では、運動状況の二極化した学生に対応した授業を構成しなくてはならず、教員への負担が増加している事が予想される。そこで本研究は、高等教育機関において体育実技を行う際に、実技種目の特性や種目数を変化させ、どのように学生の気分が変化するのかを明らかにする事で、体育実技を行う際に有効活用できる一資料の作成を目的として、二次元気分尺度を用い、体育実技前後の学生の気分調査を行った。その結果、一種目（バスケットボール）のみを行う授業より、二種目（バスケットボールとバドミントン）行う授業の方が、二次元気分尺度の「活性度」「快適度」「覚醒度」の変化量が有意に高値である事が明らかになった。これらの結果から、体育実技の授業で二種目行う事で、一種目で行った授業より学生の気分が向上する可能性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Examination of education contents of Home Nursing Skills in Basic Nursing Education―Discussion of through the analysis of textbook content―
Get PDFpdf我が国の超高齢多死社会に伴う社会のニーズから、在宅医療の⼈材を育成する教育が求められている。本研究は、国内の看護基礎教育で使用されている在宅看護論の教科書のうち看護技術に焦点を当て、在宅看護論で教授すべき内容を検討することを⽬的とした。分析のための枠組みを看護師国家試験出題基準の項⽬とし、教科書の看護技術に焦点を当てて記載内容を分析した。その結果、在宅看護論の教科書の中には、それらの項⽬や説明が不⾜しているもの、新たな知⾒やガイドライン、倫理的な課題について十分に反映されていないものが混在していた。このことから、在宅看護論で教授すべき内容は、在宅看護の現況と乖離しないように精選する必要があることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Video-based Learning for Nursing Students Preparing to Take National Nursing Examination
Get PDFpdf看護師国家試験（以下、国家試験）は、4年間の学習の集大成とも言え、低学年次から確実な知識の習得が必要になる。2年次は疾病を学ぶ科目が始まり、専門的な内容が増してくるが、国家試験への現実感はまだ低い時期でもある。この現状に対し、今年度学生の国家試験委員をリーダーとして、2年次生が自主学習グループ活動を立ち上げ、本学のwebシステムであるWebComで、自作の解説動画を配信するという取り組みを行った。アンケート調査等の結果から、本活動によって、国家試験への意識向上と、国家試験対策を始めるきっかけとして一定の成果があった。グループで解説動画を作成し配信するというICT技術の活用は、学生の強みを活用できる一方で、視聴手順の煩雑さや学習進度によっては活用されにくい欠点も明らかになった。教員は、学生が負担なく主体的な取り組みを維持できるように、定期的に学生委員の活動方針を確認するとともに、全体の円滑な取り組みを支援する必要が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
