Factors related to the expression of resident complaints at Institutions for persons with disabilities．
Get PDFpdfWe generated categories through resident interviews regarding factors related to complaints at Institutions for persons with disabilities. 29 codes and 16 categories were generated from the interviews of 8 people. Furthermore, 16 categories were organized into 4 factors.
As a result of the analysis, it was found that the factors related to complaint expression include the following environmental factors. It's Lack of explanations and reports from the institutions, Attitudes and systems of staff that hinder the expression of complaints, and The function of the residents organization has become a mere shell. And it became clear that this led to the resident's mind conflict and giving up.
In order to promote the complaints of residents, it is necessary to carry out systematic efforts to deal with these factors and involvement from the standpoint of residents.departmental bulletin pape
View of Nature of the Youth and Environmental Issues: Preliminary Study by interview research
Get PDFpdfThe purpose of this paper was to discuss Japanese youth’s view of nature and environmental issues. Environmental issues are very important agenda in the society and how people think about nature may affect their attitude and behavior on environmental issues. According to some survey data, recently young generation tend to think about nature to be more remote, untouchable, and spiritual. To deal with the environmental problems, the attitude toward and view of nature of young people are crucial. In this research, the author interviewed 10 college students about their view of nature and their attitudes about environmental issues, science, religion, and disaster. As the result, young college students tend to think that nature should not be modified by human. They think science and nature are conflicting concepts and nature always defeats science. Even though most of them go to shrines and temples and worship their ancestors at the grave, they think they are not religious and have no religious beliefs. About the disaster, they do not have self-efficacy about dealing with disastrous events. Those results are consistent with the existing research. Improving Communication Skills and Clinical Judgment Skills Remote Training in Home Health Care
Get PDFpdf2022年に向けた看護基礎教育のカリキュラムの構築に向けて、地域包括ケアを担うこれからの看護職に求められる能力が習得できるよう、ICTの活用による遠隔実習を構築した。遠隔と臨地での実習を統合して授業設計し、学習目標・教育内容・評価方法の3要素を含むインストラクショナル・デザインとした。今回の在宅看護領域の遠隔実習の試みにより、ICTを活用した看護教育の新たな可能性を見出す機会となった。今後の実習におけるICTの活用の具体例として⒜繰り返し視聴が可能なオリエンテーション資料の作成と配信、⒝いつでも視聴可能な10分程度の教材の作成と配信、⒞遠隔によるカンファレンスの実施などが効果的であると考える。そのための課題として施設でのWi-Fi環境の整備やプライバシー保持のためのルール作り、指導者や学生の情報リテラシー教育が必要となる。departmental bulletin pape
Gender Differences, Learning Status and Lifestyle Habits in On-Demand Distribution of Exercise Tasks
Get PDFpdf本研究は、共通（必修）科目として位置付けられたスポーツ・健康科目の遠隔授業において、運動課題のオンデマンド配信にみた性差及び学習状況（欠席頻度）と生活習慣の実態について明らかにすることを目的とした。対象は279名の中から無作為に男子学生及び女子学生を50名ずつ抽出し、欠席がないもしくは欠席1回までの学生A群と欠席が2-4回までの学生B群を50名ずつ抽出し、運動課題を振り返る質問紙を全12回にわたり調査を実施した。性差の比較において女子学生の方が男子学生よりも生活リズム、体調変化に有意に高い割合を示し、学習状況の比較においては良好な学習環境にある学生は改善を要する学生に比べて、課題への取り組み、生活リズム、体調変化に有意に高い割合を示した。以上より、運動課題のオンデマンド配信にあたっては履修学生の性差や学習状況に配慮した方策を精選する必要があることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Learning of Japanese Language Teachers and Possibilities from "Round Table Teacher Training regarding Reflecting on Practice" in Vietnam : Analysis of Teachers’ Narratives
Get PDFpdf本研究はベトナム在住の日本語教師を対象に実施した「実践を省察するラウンドテーブル型教師研修」において、かれらが何を語り、その背後に何が関係しているのかを追究したものである。データは語りの資料、フィールドノート、反省会の録音記録で、これらを焦点的コーディングの手法で分析した。その結果、語りのコードとして9つ（「授業についての不安、葛藤、試行錯誤」、「キャリア形成」「気づき」、「教師を取り巻く人間関係」「ふり返り」など）が生成された。これらの結果から、日本語教師はベトナムの高等教育機関の教育改革の中で多くの葛藤や不安を抱えているが、研修で実践を語ることにより、様々な点に気づき、省察していることが示唆された。また、当該研修が国の新教育方針と教師の経験知のギャップを埋める場、省察がキャリア形成に寄与する機会、実践の語りの共有が教師間の関係性を構築する場になり得る可能性を示した。departmental bulletin pape
Primary Study on Career Development for Graduates: Study of the Inventory Survey That Targeted Graduates
Get PDFpdf本研究は、目白大学子ども学科の卒業生の実態を把握し、現在保育福祉職を目指している在学生に対する「就職前の期待と現実とのギャップから生まれるリアリティショック（RS）への対応」への有効な支援策検討資料を作成することを目的とし、本学科の卒業生全員を対象に質問調査を実施した。現在保育・福祉職に勤務している者としていない者では、どちらも仕事にやりがいを感じていた。保育福祉職を選んだ理由として、現在勤務していない者の方が「自分に向いてる」と回答する割合が高く、そう考えて仕事を目指した者の方が現実とのギャップを感じ保育福祉職を離れてしまっていることが示唆された。また、現在勤務している者は退職の理由として「職場の方針に疑問を感じた」「継続できないような職場の雰囲気」と回答する割合が高かった。保育福祉職にやりがいを感じていれば、外的要因（職場の雰囲気など）で離職しても再度保育福祉職に勤務する可能性があるが、内的要因（RSなど）で離職した場合その可能性が低いことが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Current Status and Issues of Cooperation of Home-Visit Nursing in the Comprehensive Community Care System Witnessed in the Literature Focusing on Multidisciplinary Collaboration for Discharge Support
Get PDFpdf《目的》本研究は、地域包括ケアシステムにおける訪問看護の連携の現状と課題を、退院支援の多職種連携に焦点を当てて文献検討を行い、連携の障壁や対処方法の示唆を得ることである。
《方法》医学中央雑誌により、①「訪問看護and連携and原著」1537件を概観し②「訪問看護and連携and原著and2015-2020 and地域包括ケアシステム」から47件を抽出し、在宅看護の研究者で精選したキーワード：「退院支援」「リハビリテーション」「終末期」「精神疾患」「認知症」「がん」などについて文献を分類した。そのうち最も数が多く、地域包括ケアシステムの中で特に重要となる「退院支援」について検討した。
《結果》2000年の介護保険制度の施行後、①は著しく増加していた。さらに②の文献47件のうち「退院支援」に関連した文献は、14件であった。事例3件、アンケートやインタビュー調査8件、文献検討1件、看護師の研修の評価2件であった。病棟看護師から見て退院困難な事例が多職種連携により自宅に帰る事が可能となっていた。また、病院の退院支援看護師や訪問看護師には意識の違いがあり、訪問看護師は対象者の生活を支える為に日常生活の情報を必要としていた。また、多職種の連携推進には研修が有効であった。
《結論》多側面の課題を抱える患者の退院に多職種連携が有効であるが、課題として、病院看護師と訪問看護師、サービスを提供するスタッフと行政・福祉職の認識に違いがあり連携の障壁となっていた。この認識の違いは同行訪問や研修などの教育によって変化した。そのため、多職種連携の推進には研修や教育が有効であることが示唆された。Objective: This study examined the current status and issues associated with home-visit nursing cooperation in a community-based comprehensive care system, focusing on multidisciplinary cooperation for discharge support and obtaining suggestions for barriers to cooperation and coping methods.
Method: Referring to the Central Medical Journal Database, (1) we reviewed 1,537 articles including the following keywords: home-visit nursing, collaboration, and original work; and (2) extracted 47 articles from them on the basis of the following keywords: 2015-2020 and community-based comprehensive care system. Keywords selected during the discussion were: "Discharge support (transitional period)," "Rehabilitation," "Recovery Period," "Terminal Stage," "Mental Illness," "Dementia," and "Cancer," among others. The contents of the paper on "Discharge Support", which is important in the comprehensive community care system, are summarized in a table.
Results: Post the implementation of the long-term care insurance system in 2000, the number of original articles concerned with home-visit nursing and collaboration has increased significantly. Furthermore, of the 47 articles selected in (2) above, 14 were related to "discharge support." There were three cases, eight questionnaires and interview surveys, one literature review, and two evaluations on nurse training.
We also found the following. First, multidisciplinary collaboration enabled patients to return home even in cases where ward nurses had not believed that they could. Second, there was a difference in consciousness between discharge support nurses and visiting nurses in hospitals; visiting nurses required medical assessment data on subjects on a daily basis to support their lives. In addition, training was effective in promoting collaboration among multiple occupations.
Conclusion: Multidisciplinary cooperation is effective for the discharge of patients with multifaceted issues; however, there are differences in their views of multidisciplinary cooperation among hospital nurses and visiting nurses, staff providing services, and administrative/welfare workers. This difference changed, if not dissolved, with education such as accompanying visits and training. Therefore, it is suggested that training and education are effective in promoting multidisciplinary collaboration.departmental bulletin pape
