Characteristic of Production Cost in Germany: Focusing on the View of Sanden
Get PDFpdf本稿の目的は，ドイツ商法を通じて製作原価論を構築するザンデン（Sanden,P.）の所説を取り上げ，その論理がいかなる特徴を有しているかを解明するものである。
分析の結果，その論理的特徴は，特定の支出を製作原価とみなす租税判決上の区分規準に依拠せず，商法典第255条第2項第1文における「財産対象物の製作，その拡張，その原状を超える著しい改良」という法律文言の解釈を通じて，製作原価を維持費に分類変更している点である。
こうした論理展開が図られた理由は，建物の修繕・改修に係る出費の判定が，維持費であるか，製作原価であるかによって，税務上の控除可能額が大幅に異なるからであると考えるものである。This paper analysed Sanden's theory, which constructs the concept of production cost based on German commercial law, and clarified the characteristics of its logic.
As a result of the analysis, Sanden does not rely on the classification criteria shown in the tax judgments, and reclassifies "production cost" into "maintenance cost" by interpreting the Article 255, Paragraph 2, Sentence 1 of the Commercial Code. Examination of Items to Measure User Perceptions of Collaboration Between Visiting Nursing and Visiting Care

《方法》東京都A市内の24訪問介護事業所の利用者1,321人を対象に質問紙調査を行い,有効回答667件のうち訪問看護を同時に利用している171件を分析した.訪問看護と訪問介護の聞き取り調査から作成した14項目を因子分析した.項目の測定内容を調べるためにヘルパーとの援助関係尺度,連携の全般的評価との関連を調べた.
《結果》因子分析により2因子8項目の連携評価項目案が得られ,測定内容を調べるためのヘルパーとの援助関係尺度,連携の全般的評価とも有意な関連を示した.評価項目全体のα係数は.837であった.
《考察》訪問介護と訪問看護の2つのサービスを利用する高齢者及び家族が両者の連携を評価する項目の可能性が示唆された.Objective
The purpose of this study was to explore items for users of visiting nursing and visiting care to measure the quality of collaboration between these services, which has an impact on the users．
Method
A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,321 users of 24 visiting care facilities in A city in Tokyo, and of 667 valid responses, 171 responses of cases which had simultaneously used visiting nursing services were analyzed． A factor analysis was performed on 14 items, which were created based on an interview survey on visiting nursing and home care． To review contents covered by the items, relations of each item with a scale about supportive relationship with home and helpers, and general evaluation of collaboration were examined．
Results
A set of eight evaluation item candidates with two factors was identified by the factor analysis． It indicated a significant relation with the scale about supportive relationship with home helpers and the general evaluation of collaboration, which were used for item analysis． A coefficient alpha of tall the items was .837．
Discussion
It was suggested that these items may be used to enable elderly people and their families to evaluate the collaboration between visiting nursing and home care services they are using．departmental bulletin pape

I conducted an interview survey of university students using the evaluation grid method to find out what the actual situation was. As a result, it became clear that they had a new perspective on tableware, connected it to their own interests, and had their own unique lifestyle. An Examination of Adult Nursing Method Practice for Acquiring Communication Skills
Get PDFpdf成人看護方法演習は、成人看護学実習の準備科目として位置付けられている。成人看護方法演習のうち、慢性期・終末期ケアでは、対象との援助関係の構築のためのコミュニケーションスキルの習得が重要である。今回、コロナ禍のため対面での演習が困難な状況な中、オンラインでシナリオを基にしたロールプレイによる演習を展開したので、概要と今後の課題を報告する。学生は、成人看護方法論Ⅱにおいて展開した事例援助計画の立案とシナリオ作成、グループ内での意見交換を経て、シナリオを基にしたロールプレイを行った。緊急事態宣言下における工夫として、意見交換やロールプレイはGoogleクラスルームとZoomブレイクアウトルームを活用した。演習は対象と援助関係を構築するためのコミュニケーションを学ぶうえで有意義であったと考えられた。今後、さらに臨場感のある演習内容となるよう工夫を図りたい。departmental bulletin pape
