Trends in Research on Basic Nursing Skill Training in the Basic Nursing Education Course─Focusing on studies published between 2015 and 2021─
pdf《目的》基礎看護技術演習に関する研究の動向を解明し、効果的な基礎看護技術演習の実現に向けて必要な研究課題を検討する。
《方法》研究方法には看護教育学における先行研究分析を用いた。医学中央雑誌Webを用い、2015年から2021年までに発表された文献を検索し、基礎看護技術演習に焦点を当てた研究40件を分析対象とした。研究対象は単純集計し、研究内容は、意味内容の類似性に基づきカテゴリ化した。
《結果》研究の85.0%が学生のみを対象としていた。基礎看護技術演習に関する研究内容を表す【学生の主体的な学習活動を促すアクティブラーニング型授業を導入した基礎看護技術演習による教育効果】、【基礎看護技術演習における学生の主体的学習活動に関係する要因】など9カテゴリを明らかにした。
《結論》今後の研究上の課題として、1)学生の能動的な学修を促進する演習の解明、2)臨場感を演出する演習の解明、3)正確な技術を修得できる学生の特性の解明、4)科学的根拠に基づく知識と関連づけた演習の解明、5)効果的な演習を展開する教員の教授活動の解明、6)研究対象となる学生に対する倫理的配慮、7)演習の教育効果を研究的に明らかにするための適切なデータ選択の7点の示唆を得た。Objective:To clarify trends in research on basic nursing skill training as a basis for discussing study topics needed to make such training more effective.
Methods:Prior research analysis in nursing pedagogy was used as the research method. Research papers published within the period between 2015 and 2021 were searched for using the Ichushi Web database, and 40 papers focusing on basic nursing skill training were adopted for analysis. Simple tabulation was performed for the subjects of these papers, and their topics were categorized based on semantic similarities.
Results:Among all studies, 85.0% only examined students. The topics related to basic nursing skill training were classified into 9 categories, including: the [educational effects of basic nursing skill training, consisting of active learning-type class sessions to promote students’ autonomous learning activities] and [factors associated with students’ autonomous learning activities in basic nursing skill training].
Conclusions:The following 7 topics may be appropriate for future studies: 1)the clarification of training approaches that promote students’ active learning, 2)clarification of training approaches that create realistic feelings, 3)clarification of the characteristics of students who are able to acquire precise skills, 4)clarification of training approaches connected to evidence-based knowledge, 5)clarification of the teaching activities of faculty members developing effective training, 6)ethical considerations for students as subjects of study, 7)selection of appropriate data to clarify the educational effects of training.departmental bulletin pape

Statistical quality control based on ISO management system in business administration
pdf本論文は測定システム分析の1つである、測定器の繰返し性と再現性の評価方法としてのゲージR&R(Gauge Repeatability and Producibility)の有効性を述べる.ゲージR&Rでは分散や標準偏差などの統計指標を使用しているが、経営視点からも品質マネジメントシステムであるISO9001に基づいて設立されたIATF(International Automotive Task Force)の中で使用が推奨されている.本論文では,3つの測定チーム,10個の製品が用意され,測定器は定規に決定された.各チームには3人の評価者がいる.まず初めに,各評価者は製品の長さを定規で測定した.10個の製品はランダムに測定され,測定は3回実施された.3人の評価者と10個の製品と3回の測定から90個の測定データが得られた.次に分散分析を行い,評価者,製品,測定ばらつきの標準偏差が推定された.最終的にはゲージR&Rが算出され,測定精度が評価された.経営視点から,ゲージR&Rの結果は3チーム及びチーム内の3人の能力差を表わしている.ここで,もしゲージR&Rの能力が低く,長さ測定が正確に行えないとしたら,測定システムの改善が必要となる.これは重要なマネジメントにおける課題であり,このことについて本論文の最終章において考察することでゲージR&Rの有効性を示した.This paper describes the effectiveness of Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility, Gage R&R, which is one of the evaluation methods of Measurement System Analysis, MSA. In MSA, many statistical quality control(SQC)methods are recommended. Gage R&R uses statistical indices such as variance and standard deviation. Gage R&R method is introduced in IATF(International Automotive Task Force)standards which was established according to ISO9001. In this paper, three measurement teams were organized, ten products were prepared, and a ruler was decided on as the instrument of measurement. In every team, there were three appraisers. First, in each team, every appraiser measured the length of the products by ruler. The ten products were measured at random, and the measurements were repeated three times. Three appraisers and ten products measured three times produced ninety measurement data for each team. Next, analysis of variance was executed and standard deviation of the appraisers, products, and measurement variations were estimated. Finally, Gage R&R was calculated and checked to determine whether Gage R&R was adequately accurate. The result of Gage R&R showed the difference of performance among three teams and three appraisers in each team. If Gage R&R is too large or inaccurate to measure the length of the product, it is necessary to improve the measurement system. From a management point of view, that is the most important management issue and discussed in final chapter of this paper.departmental bulletin pape
Relationship between Cancer Peer Support experience and Communication Skills in Cancer Peer Supporters
pdf《目的》本研究は、がんピアサポーターのコミュニケーション・スキルの特徴をとらえるとともに、その得点はピアサポート経験によって高まるのかどうか検討することを目的とした。
《方法》がんピアサポーターのコミュニケーション・スキルを測定するための質問項目は先行研究の概念分析より抽出された要素を参考にして18項目とした。
質問票は患者会または、病院を通してがんピアサポーターに配布し回答を得た。本研究計画は目白大学の倫理審査委員会の承認を受けた。
《結果》質問票の回収数は148名(回収率38.9%)であり、このうち104名を分析の対象とした。質問紙調査の有効回答者104名の回答を主因子法プロマックス回転による因子分析を実行した。その結果、18項目から3因子12項目が抽出された。3つの因子は、Ⅰ.「解読・表現力」,Ⅱ.「他者受容力」,Ⅲ.「自己統制力」と命名した。加えて、それら3因子の得点はがんピアサポート経験の程度に影響を受けていた。
《結論》以上の結果から、作成した12項目の設問はがんピアサポーターのコミュニケーション・スキルを評価するための有用な指標になる可能性があることが示唆された。Objectives:This study aimed to describe the characteristic of communication skills in cancer peer supporters, and to explore whether these communication skills were affected by the degree of cancer peer support experience.
Methods:A questionnaire of 18 items was used to measure communication skills; these items were adopted from a concept analysis conducted in a previous study. A self–administered questionnaire was distributed to participants through patient associations or hospitals after obtaining their consent to participate. The study plan was approved by our university’s ethics committee.
Results:Factor analysis, using the principal extraction method and promax rotation, was conducted on responses from 104 participants. As a result, the original 18 items were reduced to 12 across the following three factors: I. Decoding and Expression, Ⅱ. Receptiveness to others Acceptance, and Ⅲ. Self-control. In addition, these three factors were affected by the degree of cancer peer support experience.
Conclusions:These results suggest that this questionnaire of 12 items may be a reliable instrument for assessing communication skills among cancer peer supporters.departmental bulletin pape

Education for Sustainable Development(ESD)is an important element of Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)that the United Nations General Assemblies adopted. This study connected with ESD. The purpose of this study is to discuss the concept of learning skills dealing with SDGs, such as communication skills, skills for utilizing information, and self-development skills. Relationship between school lunch cooks participation in Syokuiku activities and items related to food and nutrition education and hygiene management awareness
pdfIn this study, we examined the relationship between participation in syokuiku activities and items related to food and nutrition education and hygiene management awareness among school lunch cooks. The results showed that those who participated in syokuiku activities group were more likely to be full time employees, those who worked in the school lunch kitchen system, and those who understood the duties of nutrition teachers. Hygiene management awareness was also significantly higher in the group participating in the syokuiku activities group. It is hoped that more cooks will participate in syokuiku activities in order to promote educational activities through school lunches.departmental bulletin pape
