PELATIHAN PENGOLAHAN PELEPAH PISANG GUNA PENINGKATAN KETRAMPILAN DAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT
Ketersediaan pelepah pisang yang berlimpah dimanfaatkan masyarakan Desa Semanding Kabupaten Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu sumber ekonomi masyarakatnya. Pengolahan pelepah pisang yang sederhana melalui penjemuran dan sekadar menjadi bahan baku untuk rumah produksi kerajinan berbahan dasar pelepah pisang yang menjangkau daerah sekitar Desa Semanding. Harga jual yang rendah, belum mampu menunjang ekonomi masyarakat secara maksimal. Berlatar potensi pelepah pisang di Desa Semanding, maka dilakukan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Melalui pelatihan, masyarakat Desa Semanding memiliki peningkatan dalam penglohan pelepah pisang dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakatnya. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan pemerintah Desa Semanding, kelompok PKK Desa Semanding, serta UKM Pa’e Debog BTC Bojonegoro. Hasil yang didapat setelah pelatihan berupa peningkatan ketrampilan masyarakat yang mampu mengolah pelepah pisang tidak hanya sebatas bahan baku, melainkan menjadi bahan setengah jadi ataupun bahan jadi berupa tali, tas, kopyah, asbak, pot, tempat pensil, dan lainnya yang dihargai lebih mahal sehingga dapat menigkatkan ekonomi masyarakat
PELATIHAN PENGEMASAN JAHE SERAI MENGGUNAKAN TEABAG DAN PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK TEH CELUP JAHE SERAI “ASAREHE†(ASLI SERAI DAN JAHE) SERTA PEMASARANNYA SECARA DIGITAL
Produksi minuman herbal teh celup jahe serai merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri Bojonegoro di Desa Ngulanan, Kecamatan Dander, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pengolahan jahe serai dilakukan secara tradisional yang bertujuan menjaga orisinalitas rasa dari jahe serai dan dapat memberikan manfaat pada peningkatan imunitas tubuh. Jahe dan serai yang dikemas dalam teabag atau teh celup selanjutnya dipacking dalam pouch dan diberikan label “Asarehe†(Asli Serai Jahe) menjadi salah satu daya tarik dan menjaga kualitas produk kemudian dipasarkan secara online melalui sosial media untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Dengan metode ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development), program pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberdayakan masyarakat secara ekonomi di masa pandemi. Pelatihan pembuatan minuman jahe serai melibatkan ibu-ibu PKK agar dapat mengembangkan kewirausahaan pada produk berbahan dasar jahe serai. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, praktik pengemasan dalam teabag, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Antusiasme peserta sangat tinggi selama pelatihan yang tercermin dalam keaktifan saat praktek pengemasan dan suasana diskusi yang interaktif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan
POLITIK HUKUM PENETAPAN BATAS USIA PERKAWINAN DALAM UU PERKAWINAN NO. 16 TAHUN 2019
Perdebatan mengenai batas usia perkawinan tidak berhenti dengan disahkannya UU No.16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perkawinan. Rekomendasi batas usia perkawinan yang diajukan berbagai kalangan berbeda-beda, baik dikaitkan dengan UU Sisdiknas, BKKBN, maupun UU Perlindungan Anak. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa politik hukum dalam UU No. 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perkawinan terbagai dalam dimensi subyektif dan obyektif. Dalam dimensi subyektif UU No. 16 Tahun 2019 menceminkan produk hukum yang bersifat demokratis dengan membuka peluang bagi berperannya potensi rakyat secara maksimal untuk turut aktif menentukan kebijakan negara. Sedangkan dalam dimensi obyektif nilai keadilan peraturan batas usia perkawinan diwujudkan dengan menyamakan batas minimal usia perkawinan 19 tahun bagi pria dan wanita. Nilai kepastian hukum dalam peraturan batas minimal usia perkawinan di Indonesia belum terwujud karena tidak adanya sanksi bagi pelanggar dan adanya celah dispensasi tanpa persyaratan yang jelas, langkah tersebut diambil dengan memperhatikan norma (living law) di masyarakat, hingga dalam praktiknya masih banyak perkawinan di bawah umur yang diberikan dispensasi oleh Pengadilan Agama. Dalam nilai kemanfaatan, peraturan batas minimal usia perkawinan di Indonesia perlu disempurnakan karena belum sepenuhnya mempertimbangkan resiko perkawinan pada batas minimal usia yang ditetapkan
INTERNALIZATION OF RELIGIOUS MODERATION VALUE THROUGH SCHOOL CULTURE-BASED ACTIVITIES
As a plural and multicultural country, conflicts frequently happened in Indonesia, it can be caused by the difference of race, ethnics, and also religion. This is certainly alarming. Therefore, there should be efforts to prevent the conflicts. This study aimed to describe efforts done by Islamiyah Malo Islamic senior high school in internalizing the religious moderation value through school cultural-based activities. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data in this research is gained through observation and interview. The result of the study shows that the internalization of religious moderation value in Islamiyah Malo Islamic senior high school is conducted through some cultural-based activities, such as: 1) socialization about the importance of relgious moderation values to the teachers and school staffs in very school meetings, 2) socialization about the importance of religious moderation value to the students through flag ceremony every Monday, 3) integrating religious moderation values in the process of teaching and learning, 4) literacy activity, 5) using momentum. Hopefully, from those activities, the students could have understanding anad knowledge about relgious moderation. So that they could be tolerant to any differences and be moderate in religious practice
A CORRELATION BETWEEN TEACHERS’ WORK EXPERIENCE AND CREATIVITY IN TEACHING TOWARD TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE
This study aims at determining (1) To find out wheather there is a significant posistive correlation between teacher experience towards teacher performance, (2) To find out wheather there is a significant posistive correlation between teacher creativity towards teacher performance, (3) To finds out whether there is a significant positive correlation between teacher experience and teacher creativity towards teacher performance. This study was conducted in 2021. The population of this study was teachers in the SMK Al Islam Kalijambe. This study used an approach which the data is numerical and processed using statistical methods. the data were analyzed using SPSS to look for linearity, normality, regression and others. The result of this study show: (1) the significance between teachers’ work experience towards teachers’ performance was 0,000 with significance level 0,00> 0.05. It means that there was significance between teachers’ work experience towards teachers’ performance. Among these variables, regression has also been tested, the result is that between the teachers’ work experience towards teacher's performance there is a large influence of 0.833, (2) teachers’ work experience can affect teachers’ performance. The significance between creativity in teaching towards teachers’ performance also showed significance, indicated by the significant value of 0.00 with significant level. Among these variables, regression had also been tested, the result is that, between creativity in teaching towards teacher's performance there is a large influence of 0.890, (3) teachers’ work experience and creativity, in teaching indicated value is 0.00 with significant level. towards teachers’ performance. And from the three variables, regression had also been tested, the result is that the length of teachers’ work experience, teachers’ creativity towards teacher performance has a large effect of 0.895. (4) The linearity test between the three variables, namely teachers’ work experience (X1) on teachers’ performance (Y), is 0.912. while the next variable is creativity in teaching (X2) on teachers’ performance (Y) is 0.331. All results are linear. It can be said having a linear relationship if the result is more than 0.05. and it will not be linear if the result is less than 0.05. In this study all the results are linear because the results are all above more than 0.05
ZAKAT PRODUKTIF SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN : (Studi Kasus BAZNAS Provinsi Kalimantan Barat Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Human Securty)
Zakat produktif dan pendistribusian dana zakat pada Program Zakat Perspektif Human Securty di Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan salah satu trobosan yang dilakukan untuk menentaskan kemiskinan yang komunitas secara komprehensif dengan mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi dan aspek sosial yang pendanaan utamanya bersumber dari zakat, infak, dan sedekah sehingga terwujud masyarakat sejahtera dan mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi, pertama program Zakat Produktif ini merupakan pilot projek yang bersifat holistik integtatif bagi Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, untuk memperolehnya harus melalui beberapa tahapan, verifikasi juga suvey lapangan. Kedua, distribusi dana zakat yang dilakukan oleh Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Barat secara umum terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat miskin yang bersifat konsumtif dan barsifat produktif. Ketiga, ada dua kendala yang dialami oleh Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat miskin, yaitu dana zakat yang dikumpulkan oleh Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tidak mencapai target dari beberapa intansi terkait dan kurangnya SD
PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN KERAJINAN HOME DECORE DARI BAHAN PASCA GUNA DI DESA KALIREJO KABUPATEN KOTA BOJONEGORO
Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak berkurangnya penghasilan masyarakat, baik yang bekerja sebagai karyawan atau pedagang. Di sisi lain, terdapat banyak barang pasca guna yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali menjadi kerajinan tangan, khususnya home decore yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pelatihan kepada masyarakat mengenai cara memproduksi dan memasarkan kerajinan home decore yang terbuat dari barang pasca guna. Tahapan kegiatan ini antara lain, a) tahap persiapan dan sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat, b) pelaksanaan pelatihan program pengabdian, c) monitoring dan evaluasi program pengabdian, dan d) pemasaran hasil kerajinan home decore dari barang pasca guna. Kerajinan home decore yang dihasilkan dari pelatihan adalah bantal sofa dari bahan baju bekas dan kain perca serta hiasan meja dari botol bekas. Program ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim KKN UNU Sunan Giri Bojonegoro. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ABCD (Aset Based Community Development). Pelatihan ini bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dalam 3 hal, yaitu a) mengurangi sampah botol dan memanfaatkan kembali baju bekas serta kain perca, b) memberdayakan masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, dan c) meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa dengan menjadi pengarjin home decore kemudian memasarkanya secara online
NILAI PENDIDIKAN DAN KARAKTER DI ERA KONTEMPORER DALAM PERSEPEKTIF AHMAD AMIN
Abstrak
Pendidikan sebagai sarana proses memanusiakan manusia. Tanpa pendidikan manusia tidak akan mungkin bisa meraih derajat yang seutuhnya. Pendidikan harus mampu mewujudkangenerasi bangsa yang berkarakter mulia.Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan manusia yang berkarakter adalah dengan mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam setiap pembelajaran. Nilai-nilai karakter utama yang harus terwujud dalam sikap dan perilaku peserta didik sebagai hasil dari proses pendidikan karakter adalah jujur, cerdas, tangguh, dan peduli. Ahmad Amin sebagai salah satu cendekiawan Mesir yang mempunyai pemikiran yang membawa pengaruh besar didunia. Ahmad Amin merupakan sosok orang yang mahircerdas dalam berfikir, dan meyakinkan dalam beretorika dan beragumen, tegas dalam bersikap dan bijak dalam bertindak serta pemikirannya sangat bernilai besar dalam kemajuan bangsa.
Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode telaah kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber data baik primer maupun skunder. Dalam penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif deskriptif.

PEMBAURAN AKADWADI
Currently, deposits in a Sharia Financial Institution are increasingly diverse, including at BMT NU Ngasem. There is one excellent product called education savings. There are four different practices, one of which is to use the “savings box” program. This practice is highly recommended by means of cash waqf, this savings is known as “Si Galis”. The results of the study indicate that the first practice is between BMT and students, the second practice is between BMT and schools where the MoU and bonuses are fully owned by the school, the third practice is between BMT and schools with MoU and the bonus is divided by 50% for schools and 50 % for students while the fourth practice is between BMT and students using the “savings box” program and it is recommended that cash waqf be used. In addition, the first, second and third practices are in accordance with the wadi>'ah yad al-d}ama>nah theory and the concept of guardianship, both terms and conditions. The fourth practice, apart from using that theory, also uses the concept of productive waqf. In terms of fiqh, the fourth practice is also in accordance with the terms and conditions of wadi>'ah and waqaf istithma>ry
PENGARUH SILENT READING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KECERDASAN KOGNITIF PESERTA DIDIK
Reading habits must become a culture, especially ini educational institutional such as schools, the reading habits has been determined by the goverment in accordance with UU RI Nomor 20 pasal 4 ayat 5 tahun 2003 about the national education system. Many factors affect the level of cognitive intelligence of students, one of wich is silent reading. Reading this silent make it easier for students to understand the knowledge they get from books and teacher information, one of the schools that has implemented silent training is YPM Junior High School, this silent reading activity provides a special time for silent reading before starting lessons. As for the objectivites to be achieved in this study are: 1) to find out about silent reading activities at YPM Taman Sidoarjo High School, 2) to find out the level of cognitive intelligence of students in akidah akhlak subjects at SMK YPM 3 Sidoarjo, 3) to find the effect of the implementation of silent reading on the level of cognitive intelligence of students at SMA YPM 3 Sidoarjo.
This research is a quantitative. As for the data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis using teh percentage and correlation of the production moment. The result is 1). Implementation of reading a razor blade in SMK YPM 3 Taman Sidoarjo otherwise good enough, because it is in the range of 56-75% this is based on the percentage results with a value of 71% 2) the level of cognitive intelligence of students at SMA YPM 3 Taman Sidoarjo is in the range of 56-75% this based on the percentage results with a value of 68%. Wich is ontherwise good enough. 3).
