MEMAKNAI KEMATIAN DALAM UPACARA KEMATIAN DI JAWA
Javaneese culture adopts and mixes customs from some religions and local beliefs, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam. Funeral customs may vary across cultures and religions, but there is something common, a ceremony. Funerary customs comprise the complex of beliefs and practices used by a culture to remember and respect the dead, from interment itself, to various monuments, prayers, and rituals undertaken in their honor. Additionally, funerals often have religious aspects which are intended to help the soul of the deceased reach the afterlife. Thus, death is concieved as something terrifying at one side and something waited for at the other side. To respect the moment, people gather and pray for the death and for themselves. The ceremony, i.e. the feast, gave benefecial effects in their social life, creating harmony and solidarity between the members of the community. HUBUNGAN LOGIKA, BAHASA, DAN BUDAYA
“As creatures that can think, humans need the means of thinking. The means include language and logic. The intersection between logic, language, and culture exists in humans as the culprit. Humans use their logic to speak, and the language used as a communication tool will create a culture. Culture develops with the help of logic, so it can form 'new language' as the development of existing language. Where there are humans it is certain that language and culture exist. Because of the subjects, as well as objects of language and cultured, are human. The relationship of logic, language, culture is a relationship of mutual influence and has a very close relationship. All three become a whole communication system, binding, and enable the work of a society. It is also an interaction system that enables a society to occur, be nurtured and sustainably. Language as a part of the culture is a factor that allows the formation of culture. Language is the most importantly in a culture. Good language, showing a good society culture. Humans are able to maximize the potential of logic, of course, will be able to speak and cultured good. Language is a reflection of the nation's culture. Language shows the personality of the nation.â
PENDEKATAN DALAM PENGKAJIAN ISLAM: Kontribusi Charles J.Adam Terhadap Kegelisahan Akademik
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran metodologi dan pendekatan yang ditawarkan Charles J.Adam dalam melakukan kajian Islamic Studies. Tawaran tersebut muncul atas respon kegelisahan akademik terhadap kegagalan yang dilakukan para ahli sejarah Islam dalam mendefinisikan Islam atau agama terhadap metodologi dan pendekatan yang dipakai. Menurut Adams tidak ada metode yang canggih untuk mendekati aspek kehidupan-dalam individu dan masyarakat beragama, tetapi sarjana harus menggunakan tradisi atau aspek luar keberagamaan sebagai landasan dalam memahami dan melakukan studi agama. Sebagai tantangan dalam mengkaji Islam, sebagai sebuah agama harus melampui dimensi tradisi atau aspek luar agar mampu menjelaskan dimensi kehidupan-dalam dari masyarakat Islam.Untuk menjawab tantangan dan tugas para pengkaji Islam, Adams merekomendasikan dua pendekatan yang diletakkan pada sebuah garis kontinum yaitu merentang dari pendekatan normatif sampai dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pendekatan normatif adalah pendekatan yang dijiwai oleh motivasi dan tujuan keagamaan, sedangkan pendekatan deskriptif muncul sebagai jawaban terhadap motivasi keingintahuan intelektual atau akademis. Pendekatan normatif dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk misionaris tradisional, apologetik, maupun pendekatan irenic (simpatik). Sementara pendekatan deskriptif, Adams mengelompokkan pada pendekatan-pendekatan filologis dan sejarah, pendekatan ilmu-ilmu sosial, dan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pendekatan normatif dan deskriptif dengan berbagai varian tersebut dapat dipergunakan dalam mengkaji Islam yang memiliki 11 subject matter, yaitu: (1) pre-Islamic Arabia, (2) studies of the Prophet, (3) Qur’anic studies, (4) prophetic tradition (Hadis), (5) kalam, (6) Islamic law, (7) falsafah, (8) tasawuf, (9) the Islamic sects—shi’ah—(10) worship and devotional life, dan (11) popular religion
MENGEMBANGKAN KEMAMPUAN SOSIAL EMOSIONAL DALAM BEKERJASAMA MELALUI PERMAINAN HULA HOOP KELERENG PADA ANAK USIA 3-4 TAHUN PAUD KELOMPOK BERMAIN FLAMBOYAN GERDU SEHATI CAMPUREJO KEDIRI
Background research is based on initial observations of learning in early childhood play groups Flamboyan Gerdu Sehati Campurejo Kediri. Egocentric children aged 3-4 years are generally high, so that children are not able to control emotions while socializing with other children. One of these forms of emotional control in collaboration, prioritize child desires to be obeyed regardless of the wishes of others and make the child's interest to work together to be low. Problem solving requires collaboration, a research action research approach.
Action research using the subject of children aged 3-4 years early childhood play groups Flamboyan Gerdu Sehati Campurejo Kediri in the academic year 2013/2014, the number of children in one class there are 30 children, consisting of 13 boys and 17 girls. The research was conducted in three cycles, using instruments such as the Weekly Lesson Plan, Daily Lesson Plan, sheet performance of pupils, the observation sheet of students, teacher observation and documentation sheets.
Conclusion The results showed that the application game of the hula hoop marbles is done in three cycles during the learning can develop emotional social abilities of children in cooperation with the percentage of mastery learning outcomes of the students in the first cycle by 50%, the second cycle of 76.19%, and the third cycle reached 86.21%. Manajemen Kegiatan Ektrakurikuler Qiro’ah al Qur’an di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Mojokerto
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang berkembang pesat di bawah naungan LP Ma`arif NU. Dewasa ini sebagian orang beranggapan bahwa sekolah yang berbasis agama (Madrsah), siswa – siswinya bisa bahkan pandai dalam keagama khususnya bidang baca al Qur’an. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut maka dibentuklah ekstrakulikuler qiro’ah Qur’an di MI Miftahul Ulum. kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pebinaan qiro’ah Al Qur`an di MI Miftahul Ulum mengunakan pendekatan langsung, serta melalui beberapa face;Fase Klasikal ( Pembina membaca, siswa menyimak), Pembina membaca, siswa menirukan,Siswa membaca, Pembina menyimak. Manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam pembinaan qiro’ah Al Qur`an di MI Miftahul Ulum sudah berjalan dengan lancar mulai dari proses perencanaan sampai pada pengawasan control yang dilakukan hal ini dapat dilihat dari penjadwalan, proses pembinaan sampai pada penilaian, serta even/lomba-lomba guna menampilkan kemampuan siswa. walaupun dalam melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi tersebut belum secara maksimal. Faktor-Faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam pembinaan qiro’ah Al Qur`anantara lain; Kuranganya perhatian dan pengawasan orang tua, Teman sejawat, Keterbatasan teknologi sehingga Pembina kurang berkembang (variatif), Factor motivasi dalam diri siswa yang malu akan keterbelakangan dengan siswa lain yang telah bisa baca Al-Qur’a

This training is done outside the classroom because not alllearners at SLB Insani Karanganyar - Central Java have limited visions (blind).In order to focus on the hearing impaired, it is separated from other students inhopes that the results of the activity will be maximal.Islamic song in this paper is considered as a weapon to provide anappeal in understanding the religious values. PANDANGAN NASIONALISME DALAM PUISI MAḤMŪD DARWISY DAN RENDRA DALAM ANALISIS SASTRA BANDING: Nationalism View to Maḥmūd Darwisy and Rendra poetries in Comparative Literature analysis
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pandangan nasionalisme dalam dua puisi yang berbeda, yaitu puisi Arab dan Puisi Indonesia. Hal yang dibandingkan dari dua puisi tersebut adalah pandangan tentang negara dan perjuangan melawan penjajah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sastra banding, yaitu membandingkan karya sastra dari dua negara yang berbeda, bahasa yang berbeda, dan juga budaya yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya perbedaan dan persamaan antara dua karya sastra berbentuk puisi dari dua negara, yaitu Arab dan Indonesia. Puisi Arab "BitÄqah HÄwiyyah" karya Darwisy merepresentasikan bahwa negara adalah rumah bagi rakyat Palestina. Adapun puisi "Gugur" karya Rendra menggambarkan bahwa negara itu adalah jiwa bagi para penduduk Indonesia. Kedua puisi tersebut memiliki perspektif yang berbeda dalam memandang suatu negara. Akan tetapi, kedua puisi tersebut memiliki wujud rasa nasionalisme yang sama, yaitu sebuah perjuangan melawan penjahahan

Lots of responsesthat appear related to factors that affect a child's development so classified asnonnormatif. Some influencing factors are biological and environmentalfactors, including permanent development aberrations. Some techniques thatcan be used to identify a child experiencing nonnormative development or notare by conducting interviews, using questionnaires and observations. Optimaldata collection may have to be objective, because the results obtained willdetermine the way a child lives until the end of their lives
STUDI FATWA MAJELIS TARJIH TENTANG MEROKOK
Kegiatan merokok dipastikan kejelasannya mengakibatkan tidak terlindunginya jiwa umat manusia. Memang orang merokok tidak langsung meninggal dunia, tapi akibatnya perokok mendapatkan penyakit dan mafsadah yang timbulkan lambat laun akan menjadi kenyataan. Berpijak pada pendapat Ibn ‘Ashur bahwa jika suatu tindakan mengandung mafsadah baik dharuriyah maupun khajiyah , maka aktifitas tersebut dapat dihukumi haram. Dengan demikian, menurut hemat penulis, apa yang diputuskan oleh Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah sudah tepat. Namun, maslahah yang ditimbulkan oleh rokok ternyata bukan maslahah lazimah, dalam arti manfaat tersebut dapat diganti oleh yang lain. Di sisi lain, mafsadah yang ditimbulkan tidak mu ‘ tabarah . Maka, menurut hemat penulis, fatwa haram terhadap me rokok sangat tidak tepat, tapi fatwa yang tepat adalah mubah
