    WOMEN PORTRAYAL IN INDONESIAN FOLKLORES: A SEMIOTIC STUDY

    “Indonesia consists of many islands, tribes, and cultures, so that the folklores possessed by this country are diverse. For Indonesian people, those folklores are not only used as a tool of entertainment for children, but also as a device for adults in teaching values and norms of society. Most of the folklores tell about the relationship between woman and man, whether they are as husband and wife, parents and children, lovers, friends, and others. That kind of relationship is closely related to gender, especially about the woman’s position. This writing analyzed about 15 Indonesian folklores and how women were portrayed or represented in those stories. In analyzing those folklores, the writer used descriptive qualitative research method, in which the writer concerned on how women were portrayed. From the analysis of the fifteen Indonesian folklores chosen randomly, it could be concluded that some folklores described women positively, but mostly described them negatively. Some folklore shows a woman who is smart, tough, wise and more concerned with the interests of others than herself. However, women are also described as negative figures, for example as stepmothers, as spirits, animals, objects of curses, and only doing domestic work (housework). Almost in every folklore above, it is stated that a female figure is a figure who has a beautiful face. So, it can be said that women are judged by their physical characteristics.â

    Model Pendekatan Guru dalam Optimalisasi Class Room Management di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    This study was conducted with the aim of describing the approach model used by teachers in optimizing the implementation of class room management as an effort to shape learning in Islamic elementari school Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), to describe the extent of student responses to the model used by teachers in optimizing the implementation of class room management. The design used in this study is case study research to describe the phenomena and facts that occur in the learning process in the classroom through non-participant observation activities, interviews and questionnaires with student respondents on teaching and learning activities undertaken by teachers and students at MI Al Asyhar Jelu Ngasem Bojonegoro. The validity of the data obtained using the method of triangulation of sources, and techniques are then analyzed to get conclusions. The results of the research that have been done show that classroom room management has a strategic role in creating efficient learning, through several stages, namely; planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating learning. As the results of the study show that under class room management that has been applied at MI Al Asyhar has a very strategic role, it is supported by the recognition of students as respondents taken through questionnaires, with the results of 89% of students feeling that the classroom management room teacher is applying a humanistic model, and democratic authority models by 84%, and behavioristic models 78%. Learning will be more fun and successful if the use of class room management maximizes and combines the advantages of the three models.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pendekatan yang digunakan guru dalam optimalisasi implementasi class room management sebagai upaya membentuk pembelajaran yang evisien di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana respon siswa terhadap model yang digunakan oleh guru dalam optimalisasi implementasi class room management. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini case study research untuk mendeskripsikan fonomena dan fakta yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas melalui kegiatan observasi non partisipan, wawancara dan angket  dengan responden siswa terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan guru dan siswa di MI Al Asyhar Jelu Ngasem Bojonegoro.  Adapun  validitas data yang diperoleh menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber, dan teknik kemudian dianalisis sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan  menunjukan bahwa class room managemen sangat  memiliki peran yang strategis dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang evisien, melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi belajar. Sebagaimana hasil penelitian menunjukan bawah class room management yang telah diterapkan di MI Al Asyhar memiliki peran yang sangat setrategis, hal itu didukung dengan pengakuan siswa sebagai responden yang diambil melalui angket, dengan hasil 89% siswa lebih merasakan bahwa class room managemen guru menerapkan model humanistis, dan model otoritas demokratis sebesar 84%, dan model behavioristik 78%. Pembelajaran akan semakin menyenangkan dan berhasil bila penggunaan class room management memaksimalkan serta mengkombinasikan keunggulan ketiga model tersebut

    PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

    “The quality of education is the top priority of every education unit in Bojonegoro Regency so that various activities programs are raised by schools and establish cooperation with communities especially parents of student guardians or committees in the form of active participation and involvement in various fields. This study included the qualitative type of data collection with observation, documents, and authority, analyzed by qualitative descriptive to answer the research focus on the form of committee participation and the quality of education in SMP N 1 and SMP N 2 Bojonegoro. The results of the study indicate that committee participation in educational units in the academic and non-academic fields, for example, input curriculum development, infrastructure or funding. The quality of education in two schools can be proven by the fulfillment of eight educational standards and added one character standard which is input from the committee as well as high public interest in the school, and alumni accepted in favorite secondary schools (input, process, and output). The answer to the two research focuses is in accordance with Johnlitlle's theory of participation and Deming's theory of quality.â

    Upaya guru dalam mencapai tujuan belajar Aqidah Akhlak pada bab akhlak terpuji dan akhlak tercela dapat ditempuh dengan menggunakan metode kooperatif teknik keliling ruangan (Gallery walk). Fokus penelitian masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah : 1. Bagaimana implementasi metode pembelajaran kooperatif teknik keliling ruangan (Gallery Walk) pada hasil belajar mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas III MI Hidayatul Islam Mentoro? 2. Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan metode pembelajaran kooperatif teknik keliling ruangan (Gallery Walk) pada hasil belajar mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas III MI Hidayatul Islam Mentoro? Adapun tujuan: 2. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi metode pembelajaran kooperatif teknik keliling ruangan (Gallery Walk) pada hasil belajar mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas III MI Hidayatul Islam Mentoro.2. Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan metode pembelajaran kooperatif teknik keliling ruangan (Gallery Walk) pada hasil belajar mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak kelas III MI Hidayatul Islam Mentoro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan analisis data reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Peneliti juga menggunakan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan tringulasi dan member chek. Penggunaan metode kooperatif ini menjadikan siswa mampu bersinergi dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas serta menghargai dan mengapresiasi hasil belajar teman satu kelompoknya maupun teman lain kelompok. Serta siswa kelas III ini melakukan atau mengaktifkan fisik dan mental siswa selama proses belajar dan siswa kelas III rata-rata mampu menerima kritik dengan sikap positif

    This study aims to know the relationship between religiosity and emotional regulation towards prosocial behavior in adolescents. The subject of the study is 107 adolescents from SMK Ketintang Surabaya, ranging between the ages of 15-18 years old. Using regression analysis, the result shows the existence of relationship between religiosity, emotional regulation, and prosocial behavior (Freg = 36.108; p = 0.001 < 0.01); and also of positive relationship between religiosity towards prosocial behavior (t reg = 5.561; p = 0.001 < 0.01); as well as the positive relationship between emotional regulation towards prosocial behavior (t reg = 2.348; p = 0.021 < 0.05)

    Ibrahim Hosen is an expert on Islamic law whose opinions often controversial. He is known as a unique thinker and dare to be different through the argument he built. In the development of Indonesian Islamic law in the late 20th century, Ibrahim's contribution was deeply taken into account. He often comes up with brilliant ideas every emerging problem of actual Islamic law. His ijtihad of beer excluding the forbidden kamr, lottery, Porkas, and SDSB is not the same as gambling, and his response to the issue of lard in Indonesia, has raised many question marks among Islamic legal thinkers about his capabilities and independence in his ijtihad.A qualified educational experience makes him appear to be an expert in Islamic law who often issue a brilliant fatwa that often cross with the existing discourse. His mastery of the opinions of the madhab scholars and the principles of istinbat}, his expertise in using the arguments, and his understanding of maqasid al-syari`ah is reflected in the results of his ijtihad.Among his Islamic legal thought that is the imperative for those who can not afford to be ijtihad and ijtihad imperative for people who are able and qualify ijtihad. He also allows talfiq though only to seek relief. There are nine methods used to re-actualize Islamic law, among which are: contextualization of the Qur'an and Hadith, promoting maslahah mursalah, fiqh the qat'i etc. Some of his controversial fatwas are about the permissibility of Family Planning (KB), organ donation, euthanasia, and others

Dalam jual beli tersebut, pembeli akan membayar barang yang diinginkan secara mengangsur dengan batas waktu yang telah disepakati. Namun, tentu saja harganya akan lebih tinggi dari pada membayar secara tunai. Tambahan harga itulah yang menjadi permasalah di kalangan ulama.Ada yang mengatakan haram, halal bahkan syuhbat. Terlepas dari perbedaan pendapat tersebut, sesungguhnya jual beli (Taqsith)kredit ini mempunyai manfaat bagi penjual dan pembeli yaitu penjual bisa membuat dagangannya cepat laku dan para pembeli bisa mendapatkan barang yang diinginkannya walaupun mereka belum memiliki cukup uang untuk membelinya.     In 2008 there was a viral article in the media that Siti Musdah Mulia, a professor at UIN Jakarta, had openly supported homosexuals. Homosexual is a condition of interest for other people who have the same sex. The teachings of Islam have been understood to strongly reject homosexuals. This research was focused in the mass media about thoughts which said that homosexual is sunnatullah, which is forbidden in sacred texts more on sexual behavior, not on sexual orientation. While sexual behavior is social construction. Is that really the thought of Musdah Mulia? What about the view of Islamic sacred texts related to Homosexuality? Is it true that homosexuals are given (nature)? The article had a long tail, Musdah was later accused of being a LGBTI pro and legalizing similar marriages. However, she has clarified the news several times that she had never justified homosexuals. She only talked about human rights, including homosexuals who also have the same rights over their bodies
