    Kreativitas Guru Tahfidz dalam Mengajarkan Al-Quran pada Siswa Penderita Tuna Wicara

    This study aims to discuss the creativity of teachers in teaching the Koran to students who have limited speech. It can be seen that students with speech impairment are students who have lives with special needs. Nothing else in the process of studying a religious science, namely learning the Koran, both in terms of reading and memorizing. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of this research data with several parts, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that the methods applied by the Tahfidz teacher in teaching the Koran to students with speech impairment had a good influence.     Religious behavior is a condition that exists in humans, which encourages someone to do or behave related to religious teachings. Various institutions in human life will influence and direct the actions or behavior of citizens. To build the religious behavior of rural communities religious leaders conduct guidance with weekly recitation, tahlil, and sholawatan. The animal society is still lacking in religious behavior, most residents and children cannot read the Koran, let alone understand the teachings of Islam, and on average they have not performed the five-time compulsory prayer. Based on data from Kedewan Village 100% of its citizens are Muslim, the habit of people gathering at night or in the morning when they take their sons and daughters to study, such community meetings are called "jagongan". Therefore, one of the methods or approaches taken in the context of building religious behavior in the community is by taking part in the show, because they are not yet accustomed to paper invitations, but still through direct talks to meet each other. In this watch, it gives input to the parents' thoughts about religious activities so that changes in behavior and practice of Islamic teachings occur.Perilaku beragama merupakan suatu keadaan yang ada pada diri manusia, yang mendorong seseorang berbuat atau bertingkah laku terkait ajaran agama. Berbagai pranata dalam kehidupan manusia akan mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan tindakan atau perilaku warga masyarakat. Untuk membangun perilaku beragama masyarakat pedesaan para tokoh agama melakukan  pembinaan dengan pengajian mingguan, tahlil, dan sholawatan. Masyarakat kedewan masih minim perilaku beragama, sebagian besar warga dan anak-anak belum bisa membaca al-Qur’an apalagi memahami ajaran agama Islam, dan rata-rata belum menjalankan ibadah sholat wajib lima waktu. Berdasarkan data dari Desa Kedewan 100% warganya beragama Islam, kebiasaan masyarakat kumpul-kumpul  waktu malam atau pada pagi hari saat mereka mengantar putra putrinya belajar, pertemuan masyarakat seperti itu disebut dengan “jagonganâ€. Oleh karena itu salah satu cara atau pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam  rangka membangun perilaku beragama pada masyarakat dengan ikut nimbrung jagongan, karena mereka belum terbiasa dengan undangan kertas, tapi masih lewat pembicaraan langsung saling ketemu. Dalam jagongan tersebut  memberi masukan pada pemikiran orangtua tentang kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan agar terjadi perubahan perilaku dan menjalankan ajaran agama Islam

    Kekerasan seksual pada perempuan hingga saat ini masih terus terjadi, maraknya kasus kekerasan seksual yang dialami oleh perempuan menjadi salah satu topik yang selalu diperbicangkan untuk dikaji. Berbagai upaya dan kajian terus dilakukan untuk menanggulangi maupun menekan angka kekerasan seksual pada perempuan. Artikel ini memaparkan tentang kekerasan seksual pada perempuan dalam perspektif Islam dengan landasan sumber dari Alquran dan Hadis yang berkaitan dengan nilai agama dalam Alquran dan hadis Nabi mengenai seksualitas dalam Al-Quran, sebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual, serta menjelaskan makna yang terkandung di dalamnya dan contoh ayat-ayat yang terkait dengan kekerasan seksual.     Perkembangan era digital membuka peluang baru untuk beragam situs internet yang menawarkan layanan biro jodoh secara online. Peralihan terhadap konsep perjodohan dari konvensional ke online bukanlah hal baru, seiring dengan kemajuan zaman. Biro jodoh online memiliki banyak metode di setiap website atau situs aplikasinya, ada yang biasa dan ada pula yang berbasis syari’at Islam. Penelitian ini berfokus pada motif-motif yang mendasari seorang laki-laki dan perempuan lajang memilih pasangan menggunakan website/layanan aplikasi biro jodoh online. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seorang laki-laki dan perempuan lajang memilih biro jodoh online karena merupakan sebuah kebutuhan penting bagi mereka yang memiliki tingkat mobilitas sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan sehari-harinya, sehingga hadirnya biro jodoh online memberikan alternatif dalam memilih calon pasangan dengan cara yang efisien dan praktis serta tidak mengeluarkan banyak biaya dalam mencari calon pasangan

    The demand for innovative learning methods that support the achievement of learning objectives needs to be continually developed. Alam Ar-Ridho Elementary School Semarang responded to this by developing natural-based learning methods, one of which is outbound. Problems that arise then does SD Alam Ar-Ridho Semarang have requirements that must be met in the outbound activities so that the outbound activities can deliver the students to understand the material of Islamic religion? And how are the efforts made by SD Alam Ar-Ridho Semarang in achieving these requirements? Through a qualitative field approach by combining data triangulation namely observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed in depth so researchers can find answers to these problems. The results of the field research indicate that SD Alam Ar-Ridho Semarang has a clear Operational Implementation Standard (SOP) for carrying out outbound activities as a learning method so that the safety of students is guaranteed. From the absorption point of the material, a mapping of the target achievement of students' competencies has been made which includes 3 aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor so that each student has a descriptive learning report.     The idea of ​​renewal in Islam, Islamic philosophy, philosophy of Islamic education, and contemporary Islamic thought lies in the extent to which these sciences can interact and dialogue with new developments in Islamic discourse. Educational reform has pragmatically placed education as an inseparable part of changing the mindset and life of mankind. In the repertoire of Islamic education, the pragmatic theory of education is known as al-Dzara'i theory. Education and science must create a skill. Skills develop following the development of progress and prosperity according to the context of the times and regions, as the main capital for community development, when the profession in society has developed in a complex manner, a science teaching is needed that aims to acquire and develop the skills required by a required profession. Pragmatism in education is the result of human existence in absorbing the outside world into oneself (internalization), then interpreted (subjectification) using reason and mind with the help of science, and then re-expressed to the outside world (objectification) through the process of externalizing and legitimizing it.     Persoalan waris merupakan bagian hukum keluarga yang sangat sensitif apabila tidak adil dan bijak dalam menghadapinya karena berkaitan dengan harta. Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) yang memuat aturan tentang waris Islam di Indonesia mempunyai interpretasi baru (doktrin tajdÄ«d) terkait konsep fikih tentang sistem waris żawÄ«l arḥÄm dengan melakukan rekonstruksi dalam bentuk ekstra doctrinal reform (melakukan pembaruan dengan cara memberikan penafsiran yang baru) yang berbeda dari konsep fikih klasik yaitu dengan menerapkan aturan Pasal 185 tentang ahli waris pengganti. Rekonstruksi sistem waris żawÄ«l arḥÄm dalam KHI merupakan ijtihad ulama Indonesia dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan hukum (legal need) dan budaya hukum (legal culture) masyarakat Indonesia yang majemuk kaya akan ragam suku dan budaya serta menganut ragam sistem kekerabatan yaitu patrilinial, matrilinial, dan parental/bilateral. Sebagai upaya mewujudkan maqÄá¹£id al-syarī‟ah (tujuan hukum Islam) yang á¸aruriyyÄt untuk mendatangkan maá¹£lahah bagi cucu pewaris baik laki-laki maupun perempuan yaitu sebagai rangka menjaga harta dan menjaga keturunan.     This study seeks to synergize the education of character-based Sirah Nabawiyah. The effort to identify the education-based moral and ethical education theme in Sirah Nabawiyah synergizes with the concept of the liberation character of Paulo Freire. The purpose of education is moral education and the ability to cultivate a liberation spirit of inequality and social discrimination in the community. This study is library research, a literary search related to the thought of Freire and the concept of Sirah Nabawiyah. This research is also included in the category of historical-factual research because the one that is research is the history of one's thinking. The results of the study found: firstly, education, according to Freire, must be able to adapt to the pace of reality, to remain in the state of being. Second, the education learning of the liberation-based character Sirah Nabawiyah rests on ethical values, perceives and loves the goodness manifested in the advocacy effort of the suppression and oppression situation. Thirdly, a release-based education based on Sirah Nabawiyah should present a critical, adaptive and integrated attitude.     Pesantren has long been known as an Islamic institution in Indonesia has a significant role in the intellectual life of the nation, in the world of education, especially in Islamic education. During the colonial period, pesantren was highly hostile and suspected by the colonizers, moreover, the pattern and education system contained in the pesantren had its uniqueness which always faced vis a vis the secular education brought by the colonizers. After Indonesia's independence, pesantren were often suspected of having anti-Indonesian government attitudes. Pesantren at the beginning of its development, apart from being a tafaqquh fiddin institution, whose function was to broadcast religion by providing a place for religious learning, a social institution that taught various things about mental education and its maintenance.
